I'm guilty of only being on top of my vitamins and minerals when cutting. When I'm stuffing my face I always just assume I'm going to get enough of everything lol. But other then d3 and B vitamins, I haven't really been religiously taking any vitamins/health supps since Early December.My wife, in the Winter, will make homemade vegetable venison soup, with the tenderloin, homemade chicken and noodle soup, and chicken and dumplings, and put it all in our big freezer. So during the winter we we take our normal supplements with estra vit C, garlic, zinc, vit D, Elderberry, and pre and probiotics, and if we get sick or just feel crappy, those soups or chicken and dumplings hit the spot, and of course we like a lot of meat so loaded with protein. Actually chicken and dumplings would be another good one to add into your bulk. I can down a 1000 calories of that in no time, and when I’ve had ulcers act up, it’s easy on the stomach.

I'm usually listening to a podcast while driving, more informational than entertainment, and lately 40-80min of cardio per day have been completely filled with youtube videos on greenhouses, aquaponics, growing grains, etc (so again, 2 tasks, studying while getting training in) then I get home and if its my night to cook cause shes at the gym till 6:30 I'm balancing boiling water for hard boiled eggs, with letting dogs out, with cooking veggies, with cleaning kitchen, with cooking / defrosting meat, timing myself so I can run out to the chicken coop, feed them, grab eggs, come back in, unpack my ****, etc etc etc. like the 'tism side of me takes that 45 minutes I have before she gets home and unpacks like 180 minutes worth of productivity hahaDo you often get the random urge to start a project at a very awkward time or just randomly out of nowhere drop everything you're doing and go start some task that you might have been putting off? Cuz I do that![]()
Even 1ml had some pain. It was painful during the actual injection, nothing crazy, but noticable for sure.Take a 3cc shot of glutathione on a rest day. Got this from Alex Kikel and it makes a big difference in recovery and especially fighting off crud. I’m not saying not to do the 200mg, but that 600mg when you are feeling run down really helps turn things around. And Mike’s Setria glutathione has lidocaine in it so you don’t get the immediate pain other glutathione gives, even with a big shot in the ass.
We have a lot in common, when Im using cardio equipment instead of hitting the bag, I always got YouTube on and it's usually plant/garden related, hydroponics/aquaponics (maybe in another year or 2 il build a 4 season greenhouse with a aquaponics tank. It's on my list) but ya, I'm trying to learn those things. Lately I'm into soil biology and thinking about building a indoor 4x4 garden bed, filled with worms, top cover that you chop down and work back into the soil. We should swap notes as this thing continues because I've been killing myself this winter to get "my wife's" greenhouse built. it was cold AF but I got it built and its pretty good for the money, cheapo chinese import. its available on amazon but we got it from home depot for $100 less and this way we figured customer service woudl be betterSomething like this, but with microgreens and spices for ground cover. So that there edible and the spices act as natural bug repellent at all times

so for the aquaponics I just need to build the growout bed, I haven't decided what to use on that yet. going to be about 31" deep and 6ft long so it coudl get really heavy. going 8" deep bed to work with the bell siphon. it will be a flood and drain system. all i need to get still is a pump for the water from the fish tank to the grow bed, and a heater for the tilapia.
once i have all that under control, I want to do a second setup for prawns and/or catfish then a larger pond outside the greenhouse where I can move the tilapia to for growout.
I'm going to start with like 40 tilapia fry, and I've seen other folks say that theirs started reproducing fast. If I can keep them alive in the winter and harvest 50-100 per year at full size thats like 75-150+lbs of fresh tilapia meat from my garden!
thats my plan, I have some 600w ones on an inkbird in the reef tank, thats about a 130g system but its also in the house so its more protected obviously lol. I will probably go larger than needed to heat this system but if I can get it on an inkbird to track the temp via wifi that will give me a lot of info. I picked up a govee bluetooth thermometer for the greenhouse thats collecting data for me too. we're in a false spring and only just finally hitting freezing temps next week, so my data is useless right now, but the avg temp in my greenhouse the past 2 weeks has been about 49.5F! My main concern for the 4 seasons is the temperature. I've got a great location for summer, and a great location for winter, but there not the same location lol.

Started glutathione @200mg yesterday, I'll take it today and when I get back from Florida I'm going to take 200 daily until the bottle runs out and il switch to nac afterwards, I also got a supplement with nac and tudca on the way. And today I'm back on my vitamin routine soon as I get back from Florida. I'm also probably going to reconstitute my bpc and drink that for a week. Elderberry makes me poop my pants if I remember correctly so I might need to skip that one lol.

As soon as I started lifting weights again and took off the calorie restriction i reanimated lol. I'm having a hard time waking up past 205 consistently at the moment. That’s some impressive OHP work…..Your traps, shoulders, and arms are really popping and you still have good vascularity.Didn't make it through the whole workout, I got heckled into a 27 rep set of standing overhead press with 135 lb and that finished my workout pretty much. There was no way I was doing zurchers or hack squats after that so I just did a couple super sets of cable press downs and side laterals to finish it off.
I did manage to hit a 43 inch box jump for a set of 6, a OHP 240x1 with a little leg drive, and 135x27. I know 135 for 27 sounds ridiculous but I swear to God I did it lol. I actually have a video from another day where I did it for a set of 20. I was just going to go for 20 again today and then someone yelled out five more and then when I got to 24 someone yelled out three more and I legit failed at 27 with my forearms cramping up.

I miss his podcast, he might not been able to coach himself very well, but he put together some good packages on other people and had a wealth of knowledge, especially if your someone who likes to self experiment. Quite honestly, the idea began from here. And I am grateful to be part of AM that I was able to see what we are missing in India.
My big thing with the AA glutathione was at that time when they released it, even medical glutathione had to be kept cold, not shelf stable. When I reached out to AA, be basically just said it's fine you can use it and I wanted a little bit more information and they couldn't provide me with any. I wasn't rude or anything, I was just asking for them to explain or tell me what they're doing to make the product shelf stable, and eventually I got an attitude and no more responses. The whole back and forth was only 2 of 3 emails. For all I know the product was shelf stable and they were doing it correctly, but when nobody can provide you any kind of answer and it seems like they don't even know what you're talking about that makes me a little nervous and that's why I wouldn't use itI’m using a 25g 1” and putting it down into the glute or VG, so that may have something to do with it hurting less. It’s uncomfortable, but better than Amino Asylum’s was. Which, I know they didn’t sell it right being premixed and not shelf stable or refrigerated, but in their defense this Setria SMELLS exactly the same, a unique burnt. So AA probably was selling totally legit doses, just doing it wrong. Which makes sense because it did seem to help very truly. But MA’s is definitely better.
I believe he’s quite active on IG, which I don’t have, and occasionally releases long videos on his YouTube channel The Prep Coach. They’re really crunchy and hard to digest, but if you can slog through and focus there is some great golden tidbits. I use quite a few particular supplements strictly because of him.
I suspect he’s making money hand over fist consulting at this point, as far as I can reckon. I think he loves being a family man & helping others with his job too much to do anything competitively anymore (nothing wrong with that!). That guy was born to fix issues and coach supplementation strategies.

The S Acetyal version should be significantly more bioavailable. But putting a % on how bioavailable is impossible. It should be 30-60% orally bioavailable compared to the injectable version but there's a lot of factors that determine where it falls in that 30 to 60% so it would be really hard to figure accurate dosing to compare it to the injectable.

Now, he personally uses S Acetyal Glutathione! He doesn't like taking shots. He is big on making sure all the cofactors are in place so that he has a chance to get maximum benefits from it.
