About 15 years ago my cousin quit drinking for about a 3-year period of time and he was really big into exercising and he bought a juicer, and his big thing was going around telling everybody that he's juicing lol.

I will never forget the conversation I had in my early 20s at a commercial gym with a guy who suddenly told me he had finally started juicing & couldn’t believe how good he felt in the gym. I was so taken aback I didn’t know where to take the conversation; then he proceeds to go on about celery vs greens vs fruits…man I could barely hide my laughter 😆

My 4:00 today didn't show up so I did my own thing for about a hour or so.

10 sets of safety bar box squats. I started with the bar, worked up to 225 and finished with 5 sets of 3 - 30 seconds rest in between sets.
Leg press with 2 plates for 100 reps over three sets.

Actually let's just make this simple.

12in box 225x3,3,3,3,3
Leg press 225x41,33, 26
OHP 205x3, 235x1,1 135x20
Side laterals 25x25,25,19
Heavy bag 3x3min.

Tomorrow is my 6pm class and then pull

I'm basically starting at rock bottom. 225 was where it started to slightly bother my left knee so that's why I decided to stop there and do the short rest sets of 3. Maybe next week il do it 10x3 Westside barbell style.
 
Sorry guys, didn't have time to cook tonight, made rice and I heated up a bag of frozen mini . meatballs in some sweet and sour sauce and made a couple PBJ

FWIW Westside did 12x2 on squats, or less depending on phase & wave (and era).

I’m 5’10 and a 12 inch box is damn near ATG for me. A 16 inch box is slightly above parallel and 14” is pretty close to completion depth for me. Every other week I squat twice a week and that second day I like squatting to a 16 inch box to save on my knees and hips from going to comp depth. You can still get some really good work at that depth, especially if you pause slightly so you can really activate your glutes and hamstrings in your accent from the box.
 
So I was talking with my buddy last night, giving him my situation. What I'm eating, how I'm training, what I'm taking, what I'm waiting for to continue this and all the details.

He wants me to swap compounds soon, drop the eq and NPP, add primo or mast and lower the doses to about 600 total + GH. Something like 400 test 200 mast or primo (whatever doses don't lower estrogen too much) and basically do a 6-8 week "cruise" and then beef it back up .

I wanted to just continue on with like 750 test and however much primo was needed to cover my estrogen, if it's anything like eq, that would be 300-400mg bringing me a little over a gram with HGH.

His question to me was can I maintain on those doses that he suggested and I absolutely can I could probably maintain on trt, I'm nowhere near my best or my strongest at the moment. He said correct. Lets bring everything back down, restructure the food and training and use this time as some what of a health phase.

So I think I'm gonna do what he said, pull labs mid to late March and go from there.


Now even though I've just said all this, I don't have primo or masteron in my possession right now and I'm waiting for my guy to get restocked with HGH. So for the time being I'm still continuing on with what I've been taking.

***when I do switch from EQ to primo, do you think there would be a significant overlap between the two as one is building up and the other is tapering off? Because when I plugged the numbers into a steroid plotter chart they do seem to overlap a little bit and I don't want to hammer my estrogen.

So maybe right now I should start by removing a little bit of my EQ dose or maybe dropping it all together. If I'm only two more weeks on NPP I don't think the EQ is going to be far enough out of my system that I'll even notice anything if I'm pulling the NPP out right after.

What thoughts to you guys have on this topic?

I would think they would overlap some, because EQ has a longer half life than Primo. It probably wouldn’t be but maybe a week of overlap as the Primo is building up, so I don’t know how much of an effect it would have on estrogen during that week. It may be so insignificant that you wouldn’t even notice. But just to be sure you may want to drop the EQ to avoid your estrogen tanking.

Pull the EQ at least a week before you add in the primo. Ideally 2 probably, so wait until your guy confirms he can get the primo then shut the EQ off.

When I was using 4-500 primo e on my Trest super bulk to bench 405 ASAP, the AI factor was obvious by end of week 2. No more AI needed even on like 30 Trest per day, 180 test e per week and 100-200mg of test suspension weekly. Plus 20mg injectable Dbol most days at the end.

Sooooooo.......... 1000 cal shake 1.5 hrs pre workout is too much frothy volume for me. My workout was about an hour and a half long and at about the one hour mark I was struggling not to throw up and I'm still very nauseous 30-40 minutes post workout. It could be a coincidence but I definitely think it was from that shake because I have no appetite I'm nauseous and I got that sick feeling like the last meal is ready to come back out. Almost feels like when I eat too much before a boxing session.

After the class I did pull
Weighted chins 10x10, 25x3, 50x3, 75x4
Supported DB row up to 70's for 15,12,11
Sled pull with a rope, +150lbs on the sled for 8 sets. Four sets with 10 seconds rest in between each set then I took a 3 minute break and then did four more sets with 10 seconds rest between each set.
Finish that up with some 20 rep cable pullovers, hammer curls for three sets of six with the 50s and some incline cable curls till I hit failure

I agree that it was the shake. No way I could eat a shake with that many calories before a workout lol. I usually eat about 30 grams of protein and 45-50 grams of carbs preworkout and my daily goal on protein is 230-240 range. I’d puke too if I drank a thick shake like that PWO!! What were the macros on the shake?

I had AI make me a shake with the ingredients that I had all I told them was I wanted a thousand calories and over 75 g of protein and this is what it gave me lol.

I think I'm going to start making that shake in the morning and drinking half of it for breakfast and then trying only half of it pre-workout

Edit, it also had 90-95gm carbs. So with about 95 G of carbs and about 95 g of protein that's about 760 calories right there, so I had about 300 calories from fat also

I know you’re trying to pack in the food but I’ve always went by the rule of no more that 30 grams of protein PWO so the carbs can digest quicker. And just a reference I weigh 238 lol

I normally go light pre workout, Greek yogurt and some fruit, then il have a Gatorade on top of my intra workout mix. If it's legs or a really hard workout I might slip a bag of gummy bears in my pocket lol.

Today I was working all morning on coffee and a cup of Greek yogurt, I tried to slam the 1000 cal shake to make up for not eating my 2 planned meals. Won't do that again 😂.

Unfortunately I'm still nauseous and I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to eat tonight. If that happens il try to get up a little early and cook a big breakfast. Im making a PBJ right now and throwing it in the fridge. I'm tempted to go get McDonald's because I feel like once you bite into a McDonald's cheeseburger your instantly able to eat 10 cheeseburgers 😂😂😂

Yeah the worst thing is trying to make up for missed meals. I’ve done it also and learned my lesson on cramming it in at the wrong time lol!

Ya probably for the best I don't force nothing right now. Also, I just realized, my high was 206 dispite not really eating much today. I'm barely at 2000 calories. That's a good thing I guess 😃, I thought getting back to 225 was going to be super easy but I'm burning hot over here apparently.

Forgot to mention, at the end of my workout, for no reason at all, I put 100lbs on a barbell and did some single arm clean and press, no build up these 3 singles each side with 100, just to see if I could still do it. 115 was my pr. I've always wanted to snatch 135 on a barbell with 1 hand. Love me some circus tricks lol. I think il throw that back on the list.

Thursday is the class + box jumps, OHP, Zerchers, hack sets, shrugs, superset leg press with side laterals for 4 sets of 25/25.

I've been make pretty damn good strength progress training like this, (it's more like regaining strength quickly) but I'm sure sooner or later il need to start a actual program (I've been using lots of 5-3-1 principles so I'm not completely flying blind).

I've got the unity powerbuilding program collaboration with Dave Tate and John Meadows. I may try to find a way to alter that program to fit my schedule.

If anybody's interested in that program I can send you a PDF.

It was supposed to be this Sunday, I was going to take some progress pictures while I'm on vacation but now I'm feeling terrible, can't eat and my face looks bloated lol. Hopefully this is some 24hr stuff
 
I believe I'm on week 9 of this bulk, the first 4 I rebound gained 14-16lbs, but for the past 5weeks I've only gained about 2-4 lbs depending on the day

one of my best friends is deep into a.d.d. and its wild how it really does turn into a super power for him. he only half finishes everything but considering what all he starts he still ends up accomplishing 10x the average person
 
Something Ron Partlow mentioned on It’s Just Bodybuilding about off-season (he was a superheavy) was blending up a big mass shake each morning, having a little, but then putting the blender in the fridge with the bulk of it. Then throughout the day between or after meals he’d just have a few gulps and get it done by bed.

This way he never had to really adjust his meal times or get all bloated up at once.

😂 I do tend to finish my projects, but I procrastinate on diving in so il work on 4-5 things all at once and eventually finish everything but it takes a while lol. I tend to lean into projects I've already done before and when I get really good ideas or things that are risky, I hold off too long. Then I'll randomly get a burst of courage and start four new projects at the same time lol.

I will say though, in the rare occasion I get hyper focused on a single task, I kill it. Especially if someone says I can't do it.

I used to joke that proven people wrong with my superpower lol.

Im definitely drained today, haven't been able to get off the couch much lol. I managed to eat a big sandwich and some Greek yogurt with a banana but that's about it. I'm hoping it's almost over because I basically have to work all day tomorrow up until tomorrow night and then get on an airplane.

I'm really hoping she just wants to eat, bend over and sleep all weekend lol. I'm not in the mood or have the energy to go on any adventures. Maybe a trip to the swimming pool lol

man I get it, my co-workers call me tab whore cause I usually have 10-20 tabs open at a time at work. and they're in a very specific order, every single day (there's the tism). on the flip side, my wife couldn't understand why I was out digging a ditch with the music on at midnight on a work night a couple summers ago when I had to completely redo plumbing on half our house lol. Hard to walk away from a project until you feel like you've hit a milestone/stopping point, lol.

Pissed kinda brown so I'm definitely dehydrated, reminded me of every Sunday morning about 10 years ago lol. Piss would look like maple syrup after a weekend of partying lol. I've been having electrolyte packets and lots of water trying to get rehydrated. It's like I'm endlessly thirsty but I'm sick of drinking water I want soda and sweets probably because I haven't been eating much food
