Today workout was single arm DB clean and press for a couple sets to get loose.

Full body with extra emphasis on legs.
OHP 95,145,185x5
Machine chest press 200x20,20,18,14
Low cable row 240x20,18,15,11
Hack squat 4 warm up sets and 205x31
RDL 4 warm up sets and 195x21
Farmers walks with 115 in each hand
 
Yeah man when you’ve been eating for so long to stay in shape, and then you try to steadily bump up the calories in that 3500 to 4000 range that can be tough, especially when trying to keep it somewhat healthy without too much junk food. I don’t know if you like bagels, but a bagel with cream cheese is a good chunk of calories, but they can also fill you up. Truthfully a lot of times it may just come down to at the end of the day just force feeding one more meal.
Everything bagel with cream cheese on one side and garlic and roasted pepper hummus on the other side. Love it!
 
I forgot to mention this but about a week ago my brother had a take-home style testosterone test where you prick your finger and squeeze the blood on a card and put it in a sealed bag and ship it out. It only tells you your total testosterone, does anyone know how accurate they are?
 
And one last thing, I'm putting in an MA order. I've got 15 products coming, and the list has gotten mighty 😂😂😂. There's a lot to choose from, does anyone have any suggestions. Or maybe something they want to see guinea pig that won't interfere with my current eating situation.

This is the yogurt brand I buy sometimes, they had 18 packs of these in vanilla and chocolate for 24 bucks, can't beat that. They're not lactose free but they are ultra-filtered with most of the lactose removed so far the vanilla taste very good
I've seen these the last few times i've been at Costco just haven't pulled the trigger to try them. I may have to now!

Have you tried the newer SLU-PP-915? Better bioavailability I’m assuming?

And have u ever tried MT-1 or MT-2

Or the “Glow” 3way w BPC, TB, and copper peptide?

I don't really have any use for any of those at the moment.

SUPP is going to make it even harder to gain weight. (I think)

I definitely don't need help tanning lol, I think a couple people on here already thought I was black over the summer 😂

And if I was going to take glow, I would just take them separately so I can control my own doses.

I am grabbing bpc and TB separately tho. And I will grab 915 also. But probably won't use it for a while

I've only tried vanilla so far. It has a milk consistency, not overly thick at all. Flavor is a light natural tasting vanilla.

If trying to just drive carbs but control fats for less fullness, a good variant I’ve found of this is bagel with jam or honey. Not quite as good as cream cheese, but definitely less filling and easy enough to tuck down right after you are stuffed from your real food.

I think Glow is the only thing keeping my body together at the moment! I just stick it in a couple different spots that ache each day the last week now that I’m peaking, whatever the ache of the day is, and it seems to cheer it right up in a couple days.

For a long time a plain bagel with strawberry jelly was my pre-workout snack, and you're right it goes down very easy when you don't have the fat I could probably slam three or four bagels that way on my way to the gym lol. As long as I have some milk or some ice water to wash it down I can demolish that.
 
Quick question guys, who was using the oral bpc? I know at least one of you has reconstituted and just drank it, but I believe someone had sent me a link for capsules. Trying to help someone get it capsules. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I asked today if I can stick a blender and a mini fridge in the empty upstairs office that's basically been turned into a miniature storage unit. Can't leave the slin pins there tho 😂

Made triple Decker smash burgers and a chicken sandwiche, grilled onion rings and some crappy freezer french fries the beef up the calorie count.
 
I got my niece most Friday nights and we decided we're doing movies and junk food tonight so I'm probably going to eat nothing but garbage for the next 2 hours lol. We're also doing donuts for breakfast tomorrow lol.

She's like a hundred pounds and her mother doesn't let her drink soda or eat junk food unless it's like a special occasion lol, but not at Smonts house. We eat pizza for breakfast and ice cream for dinner around here!!!

I don't feel as hungry as I usually do when I see this because I have five guys yesterday! Can't beat five guys when it comes to burger and fries and in my opinion!

I'm a fan of 5 guy's. The way I get my burger there is 1200 calories and with fries and a soda it's 2000+ .

Can't really be 100% positive on the actual macros and calories, especially with the french fries because they just load the bag up. But I know if I get that burger with fries and a soda I'm getting 2,000 calories lol

1680 cals 75 protein, 100 fat, 120 carbs

If Piana went to Habit Burger and Grill every night it can’t be bad…🤣🤣🤣
They opened a Habit Burger 30 min from my house but I’d have to go to Massachusetts. I think I’d have to add a second left directional to the truck to be able to drive there!!!…🤣

lol I haven’t either and just saw where there’s one 2 hours from me outside of Charlotte. I may have to try it if I’m in the area. For the ones that’s had it, is it as good as Five Guys?
 
Chocolate cake doughnut and 6 breakfast sausages lol, then I had about a cup of Greek yogurt with bananas and honey and chocolate chips on my way to the gym.

Didn't feel very strong today for some reason, my whole workout was kind of blah. And my legs, ass and traps are still sore from Thursday.

I was about to whip up a post-workout meal when I realized I have accumulated quite a bit of leftovers the past few days and none of them are quite enough for meals it's just like a collection of random ingredients. So I made what I would call taco pizza burger lol

When I eventually die of a massive stress-induced heart attack, they're probably going to blame steroids, but I'm just saying it might have something to do with this diet lol

Toasted add some smashed up avocado, liberally apply everything bagel seasoning to that then I like to top it with an over easy egg.
I was going to turn a avocado into guacamole and I have everything bagel seasoning, but when I opened up the avocado it was all funky on the inside so, I chucked it :(
 
Catching up in here, but the amount of food you're eating yet still not gaining is crazy to me. My "bulking" calories are a legit 1000 cals below yours. I'm like @Dustin07 where if I ate a little higher I blow up. So you must have a crazy metabolism. I'm also like 40 lbs lighter than you though, but it is just amazing when I see people's individual differences in terms of caloric needs.

I'm cutting now, so this thread is pure food porn for me. I'm super jealous. But also get that it can become a chore to eat.

For clean cals, I know someone who is doing Greek Yogurt mixed with a scoop of whey. Easy to get down and digest in between meals.

Last batch we got from Sam’s had a couple of those.

Yeah another good one for the sourdough is if you make guacamole and then make pico, layer those on is delicious.

Also I take sourdough cut it up into squares, then air fryer them and add them onto a salad if I’m feeling fancy 💅🏼
