A friend of mine who will be competing for his Pro Card in Physique in 6 weeks is wondering how to get "paper thin" skin by his show date. He is already absolutely peeled around 5-6% bodyfat but has always had what he calls 'cow skin'. I know bodyfat and water obviously come into play, but besides those - what other things could he try to get that look and further dial-in before he steps on stage?
I thought I'd post and ask the brain trust. Got any tips, supplements, peptides, peds or tricks you guys would recommend?
