Any supplements or tips for getting "paper thin skin" for a bodybuilder in prep?

A friend of mine who will be competing for his Pro Card in Physique in 6 weeks is wondering how to get "paper thin" skin by his show date. He is already absolutely peeled around 5-6% bodyfat but has always had what he calls 'cow skin'. I know bodyfat and water obviously come into play, but besides those - what other things could he try to get that look and further dial-in before he steps on stage?

I thought I'd post and ask the brain trust. Got any tips, supplements, peptides, peds or tricks you guys would recommend?

Are you thinking that its a bit of subcutaneous fat hanging on? (I want to make sure I'm understanding correctly).

If so, I would say Lipoderm Xtreme at that body-fat level bc fat under the skin would be subcutaneous fat, and that's what Lipoderm Xtreme is designed for.

A lot of people that are in contest prep or very lean that feel like they're dealing with some visceral fat (fat around the organs that causes a little bit of a bulge), use Ab-Solved for that particular type fat.

I mean it could be anything. Subcutaneous fat, holding water from improper carbs, stress, salt, whatever- BUT he wonders if there could be other factors contributing. Swelling of the skin layer? Too much collagen production?
Would Ab-Solved be more of a "spot treatment"? Are there any topicals that help similarly for water weight in other areas? Like those ladies that wrap their midsection in a sauna?

Lipoderm Xtreme would target subcutaneous fat, which is the fat under the skin.

Ab-Solved would target visceral fat, which is the fat around the internal organs that can make some people's stomachs give the appearance of sticking out some even though lean.

I'm not sure what you mean by spot treatments - they use localized delivery to deliver the actives directly to the applied areas to allow you to help burn more fat in the specific areas.

Avant Labs originally made them and the versions XPG offers are updated versions of the Avant ones.

Overall, there could be numerous factors contributing and it could vary by the person.

I've seen bodybuilders use everything from wraps to sauna suits to preparation H in situations like this, depending on what the issue was - but there's no way to know what the issue is seeing them, and sometimes its hard to do even through a picture. You're welcome to email me or pm me and I'd be glad to try to offer suggestions if I can.

One thing i learned... tilapia... the ARA amount really helps to look drier... but honestly he needs a good drug protocol

Does he have a coach?

On another note, I'm the director of HR, got any recommendations for thicker skin? Got an entire University that could use it.
