So it’s really dependent on what else is going on in the picture.
For example, I can run about 150-180mg test/wk on cruise with no AI IF I inject daily - EOD shots would still needs a weekly 12.5mg dose of Exemestane. On 500 test/wk split up daily, I would need about 3x12.5mg doses over 2 weeks (12.5mg every 4-5 days). On this 300mg, I was needing 12.5mg once a week generally even with 300 mast, but have stopped that this last 2 weeks - I noticed some acne/oiliness increase, but chest has felt fine. Also consider there was 75mg Var in that time. So this tells me that with daily shots and 400 mast, I seem to tolerate 300 test/wk with no AI finally.
I also normally do 5-10mg sublingual Pregnenolone tabs (Nootropics depot) most days that does increase estrogen burden slightly, but I want the progesterone-mediated collagen synthesis and the extra neurosteroids. I also use CEL BASIS & Joint Edge twice per day, as well as 40mg of UCII collagen (morning on empty stomach) and 20g of beef collagen (mixed in postWO or last meal with Greek yogurt).
Both Broderick Chavez and Dr Todd Lee say that many athletes, and certainly those who use Masteron, should be using a lot more sodium (and a surplus of electrolytes in general). Which jives with what Stan Efferding preached for many years back. So I supplement more salt now, which seems to also make a big difference in keeping joints hydrated and muscles fuller. Every morning I take a 1/4tsp of salt, I have another in my 48oz intra, and will make effort to always salt my food and/or use high sodium sauces, have some sauerkraut or pickles, etc. When it gets hotter in training soon, I’ll probably go to 1/2tsp preWO, and maybe intra.
I also can’t use Nandrolone without crazy aromatization, acne, water retention, BP increase from it. I have to use Ralox or Nolva with it, and you don’t - so you seem to be drier than me naturally, which is the demographic that benefits from 19-Nors the most as they tend to lack absolute size. I’m more in the camp that can put weight on but benefits more from nervous system spark.
