PFlow's TRT + PED Chat & workout Logs via Tonal + dumbbells

Good deal, it sounds like you have a plan. I just got a different impression from your returning post. Of course you know I am not calling you out just being a concerned friend. It has been good having you back on man. It is nice to see you posting again and having so much success in other areas of your life is awesome. Keep killing it brother and yeah that Test + Trenavar sounds nice.

That is on deck, sits next to the Blackstone grill that are both in need of serious grill rescue brush.
I'm finally in a really good routine here, I got one of those natural (ish) citrus sprays so when I'm warming up the grill soak it all down really good and scrub it down. "trying" to be a mature adult and keep this new grill in good shape for as long as possible lol.

I know, actually it's much appreciated. I have "gone through some phases" here on the board, so don't blame ya for giving me a friendly goals consistency of purpose check.

Yeah - i have a different relationship with the lifting now - its hit a new good place to be more adaptable and just keep at it (don't let perfectionism or pauses in training due to my busy life stop the train mindset).

Glad you're still here! Today is feeling like a pull kinda day. I need to check your logs, but what are you working on?

Anyone here ever dealt with "umbilical hernia" I think I have a minor one right over belly button now I have abs visible from the biking weight loss. I bear its minor 20-30 outpatient, they just push it in and maybe add a mesh to stengthen the ab wall there?

When I post update e-scale and current upper body pics, I'll show ya. Gotta shave the abs first.

That's awesome, I'm now jealous... my goal is to get these both running next weekend or two before it gets too hot down here.

You see Apex Alchemy came out with transdermal, topial Armistane. I do like me some armistane here and there strength + hardness. https://www.apex-alchemy.com/products/topical-arimistane

I'm still learning the Traeger method of grilling. I have a hard time getting it as hot as I want for a good steak sear but the taste on everything has been phenomenal!!

Yeah that is a challenge, the fire gets up to lick it but never really gets super hot. Plus you can only seer one large steak at a time on my pellet grill. You can have tons of them cooking but the searing opening is so small. The meat still tastes great, but the searing needs work. You could always reverse seer in a pan then slow cook on the grill or visa versa. I have a 22 inch Webber I use for searing, or burgers most often, and the pellet for longer slow cooks, then the 36 inch Blackstone I think I am going to clean and season today. Probably knock out some chicken on it. I love the ease of Sous Vid meats but not searing it leaves it a little lackluster for certain dishes without sauces. Plus I need a faster way to cook the meat on occasion when I didn't plan ahead and get the meat cooked so I don't have to wait for hours to eat. I can't believe this will be the first time pulling it out this year. It has been warm enough for a while. We are typically in the 90s or close daily now.

@PFlowReborn - Right now I am just trying to lean the rest of the way up before my wife and I go to the Destine area for vacation on the 18th of June. Getting aggressive now because I farted around a bit when I should have been fasting more due to injuries making training painful and risky. So I was stuck with a lot less training and cardio than intended, and didn't make the adjustment needed to keep things moving. Doing ADF for the next few weeks to try to get lean enough to succeed in my challenge for the accountability thread.

I am here! Man ran into some car / minor health issues but will post new workouts shortly.

Hard to explain but we had family hay fever and then I've been just struggling with whole body stiffness and swelling.

Started off strong and bam!

Any of y'all use 7-OH (kratom extract, 7-hydroxymitragynine) for pain and mood management?

I don't know anything about it. I have stayed away from the kratom I've seen because I've heard about it having addictive sides. in the winter I have been known to use a little DHEA for mood stabilizing but usually the only thing I've really noticed crazy good mood increases from was running brief stints of androsterone like in ultra hard.

Sorry to hear about the health troubles.

What kind of pain are we talking about? And what kind of mood management? FWIW, KSM-66 / ashwaghanda seems to be beneficial for some for mood. Lately, I've been running SNS Stress & Anxiety Support - and noticed a change when I ran out. I also had been doubling up with their Mood Support.

Other things depending on what's bothering you that could try are CBD, for relaxation and potential minor pain management.

I'm also running XPG CurcuPrime (TD) right now for lower back issues.
