I’ve been saving super fine keef from my grinder for a few years now. Should be some really good CBG content in that bad girl! I made a block of butter last night, can’t wait to try it. Has probably [emoji6

Sooner or later I gotta do something, I have trim from pounds and pounds of bud lol. They sell these sift screens with different sizes and I've been thinking about dry sifting some keef out. I have a couple 3.5oz jars full of keif but I wonder how much I could get I'd I sifted some of these lol

Took 2 days off of lifting, yesterday was supposed to be my push but when I got to the gym BKFC sent a camera crew to interview one of the guys for his fight And I wasn't trying to work out in silence or interrupt the interview so I left and went to Texas roadhouse for a NY strip, Cesar salad and boneless hot wings.

Today is push day and I may have to give my buddy 3-4 rounds of light sparring or whatever he needs to get done today for his training
 
Gonna skip meal 1 today and just pound coffees till meal 2. 5oz Chicken in a wrap 3. (Shake with 50 gm protein). Gym 4. Dinner and second dinner is undecided but likely gonna be just meat and rice and then a omlette

Hey smont ,I read you opening post. Sry for your loss ,keep your head in the game ,any progress is still progress.your a knowledgeable person that I look up to for advice. It's a marathon man your gonna get tired at times just keep moving

Some roasted vegetables and roasted chicken breast over rice, topped with Feta and balsamic reduction (store brand) . Second meal is without rice and I got some extra chicken for lunch tomorrow

5 rounds of bag work today. Between tomorrow and Sunday I'm going to train everything and take a Crack at a few new exercises. I'm gonna push myself a little on zerchers and I'm gonna take my first round of progress pics and weigh myself.

Tonight I got boneless ribs in the crock with a spicy Hawaiian BBQ is what I'm gonna call the sauce. Pot or rice and I'm gonna make Mac n cheese with red lentil pasta and low fat charp cheddar and some fairlife
 
It was pretty fukin good for the most part. The mac n cheese did the job but i could Definitely Tell I was eating lentil pasta and low fat mac and cheese. Were looking at 1200 cal and 70gm of protein. If i had to guess, my weight is still about 195-196 but body composition is improving so my only diet adjustment is going to be more protein and carbs, less fat, mostly for my digestion

Red lentil pasta is one of the ones I like, I've tried a few pasta substitutes and I like the taste and nutrition/maco profile. There's some edamame pastas that are like 25 grams protein per cup but I don't like counting plant protein the same way I do animal. Like..... I count all protein regardless of source. But my 200gm / day goal I like to accomplish with meat, eggs, yogurt, milk ect. And my side dishes push that number up
 
141am, sleep notes, I fell asleep after dinner, woke up at midnight and this is becoming fairly normal. Midnight is early, it's normally like 2 or 3. But sleep he's been wacky as **** yet I'm pretty much fully adjusted (take that with a grain of salt lol) 9-10pm I'm falling asleep. Around 2-3 I'm up, (bout 5hrs), I might take a brief nap 5-6am before I shower n get ready for work and any gym days off I'm taking a nap. I'd like to get that 5hrs back to 6.5-7 + a nap which is when I'm doing good with sleep. Going to try to stay up till about 11 tonight and go to bed with earplugs and a fan to block out the background noise

Worked like a charm, very very pain relieving. Took the dog for a walk that night in the cold wind temps and could not feel a thing. 11 hours sleep that night, time to turn some of this into cocoa krispie treats

No injuries but still sore joints.

Progress pics were rushed and were too far away. IL be honest I was intentionally trying to hide my lower abs with these 2 shots. I didn't completely do it on purpose. These just happen to be the 2 shots I use when my upper abs are in but my lowers aren't. These are not really good, but, typically when my upper 4 abs are in I'm just breaking 15%bf so my guess is 14-15%

The biggest thing for me right now is how I feel overall which is hit or miss. I'm still not very motivated to lift, I'd rather hit the bag for 20-30min and go home, I'd much rather eat 2 meals a day and I'd much rather eat out then cook. Idk why, I'm just not getting in the groove.

Hey brother you’ve took the biggest step by doing workouts, and that’s half the battle. And I love a good heavy bag session, it’s great for cardio, getting loose and pumped, and for me just releasing stress and helping get the mind straight. Honestly though man, you’re still looking good….no homo. 💪

I just replaced it with a $70 ATT Android motivate pro 5g, whatever that is. They didn't even have a case for it. I grabbed it cus I always need a phone for work so insurance is useless when you need a new phone same day. This was supposed to be a quick temporary replacement but honestly, it does everything I need and il probably break it in 6 months anyways so I'm keeping it lol.
 
Decided today I'm gonna raise to 300 test, 125 deca and I have like 22 anadrol tabs and I'm gonna take one 3x week till they run out. That puts me at 425-575mg. If any deca sides present themselves I'm swapping test deca for trest and eq. I know that might be a odd one but I've wanted to run something like 150 trest and 500 eq for a while. I think the 650mg of this combo would be about a equal trade off. At least in my mind it seems right. I'm still hesitant to really plan much because I don't wanna plan a bunch of **** and bail on lack of motivation.

Today I hit the gym and just did about 6-7 rounds of different kinds of bag work/drills for cardio. Id be lieing if I said I wasn't itching to fight but I'm gonna just start sparring a day or 2 per week and see how I feel. Cardio is good but could be improved

Anadrol m&ms lol. Trest and Eq would be very interesting. Just bumped test up myself and added some EQ but I am so down to see your blast!

I know someone who was doing it about a year ago, he stayed on it for like 6 months lol. He was having problems with test and 19 nors but if he dropped test and used trest witheq or mast and eq he could add deca or tren with no issues. BUT, AND A BIG BUT, That's not why he ran the cycle not why I want to (kinda) he picked Trest D and EQ so he could load up a big shot every 7-14 days. No this is not ideal, but he was sick of pinning and he wasn't getting any sides, even added deca. So if I swap, and I can pin my trest/EQ 1×week and be gtg I will be super happy. And I figured I'm gonna try some unconventional **** (within reason).

Trest/EQ @ 150/500-600 would be the base and the bulk of the cycle and id probably pick a dht if I add something down the road.

I've also never just completely flipped a whole cycle and changed all the compound mid cycle. You use to hear ppl do that a lot to keep cycles productive, I believe it's a bro science thing but I haven't really tried it so I can't say.

I think I had a convo with @Hyde about this last year but I never did it

Definitely would be interested in seeing how that cycle would go. I’ve never ran Trest with EQ on board, but they should go good together. I’ve always been on at least a TRT dose of Test, with Trest, and usually throw in some Mast or Primo. But I think this would be an interesting experiment.

The eq was basically his cheaper longer acting alternative to the primo here. And for me eq is almost a free lunch so I like the idea enough to give trest another shot

Haven't been posting all my workouts and meals but things are steady in the gym As far as "working out goes" . The month of January I hit every muscle group 2x week except 1 week I only hit everything 1 time. Legs I have done 2,3,1,2 if those were the 4 weeks of January that's how many times a week I hit legs.
200lbs on the dot this morning after 3 coffee and a bathroom trip.

I slept 6 broken hours 2 nights ago and last night I was in bed for 8 hours. I woke up at midnight,230 and 430am before getting up at 5. I know that sounds crappy but it's a big improvement for me. That's 7-8 hrs of broken sleep vs 3-5. Il take that for now.

Time to put a actual diet together next

Good for you! Truthfully more people would be happier if they did not. I like Instagram mainly just to stay up to speed with all the fitness and bodybuilding world. Facebook I use mainly to see family stuff since my family isn't all close geographically.

I wish people would use them positively. I liked Facebook at first for the reason you mentioned, talk to family and friends. But little by little I realized that it's a toxic wasteland. For multiple years in a row it was the #1 cause of divorce. My X's would try to get me through Facebook all the time lol. But also I hate how social media makes everyone think there opinions matter on a mass level, or how it makes people feel like they deserve to be heard. How people flock to there little social media support group to pat there back or how some ppl feel the need to tell the world every time the eat sleep and take a **** lol. I saw a girl I went to highschool with post pictures of her 14 year old daughter publicly to say that a boy told ther she's ugly. Like..... Your posting a picture of your kid hoping all your fb friends are going to tell her she's beautiful. Id kill my mom lol. I picked some random examples but I just hate how toxic or outright whacky people are and social media puts it in my face every day.

So I just come here and hang out with all you douchbags instead 😁

Couldn’t have said it better myself….totally agree with everything you said. So many young people are losing the simple ability of face to face communication all because of social media. And it is part of the reason that so many people are so easily offended.

FWIW Smont, I pinned my Primo E last winter once a week, and I always do DHB once a week. If you don’t mind the bolus of oil at once, they work pretty well that way. Can’t 5a reduce, agonize the PR, aromatize, or otherwise convert to estrogen, so they don’t hit me with sides the way a big single dose of testosterone or 19-Nors do.

I’m not saying that’s optimal, just that primo e and DHB once a week also worked well enough if you can fit your weekly needs into one shot & preferred it. I generally spread things out into 3+ weekly shots.
 
I grew about 5 lbs end of last year. I royally fucked up half of my cure tho. From the time my bro died till about the 3rd week of December I was in a daze and I forgot about half my stuff. Over dried some really nice indica buds. I saved them but there a little on the harsh side and I lost a half pound of haze to mold. 😑. View attachment 248811
Sucks because these were really good. Screwing up the cure made them a little less smooth and changes the smell. I'm guessing from the terpene loss. They still get ya plenty high tho 😆 🤣 😂. I've been giving most of this one away to friends
