Notes: the "short" version.
2 workouts today(yesterday).
Chest, shoulders, heavy bag.
Double end, water bag, heavy bag, triceps.
No injuries but still sore joints.
Progress pics were rushed and were too far away. IL be honest I was intentionally trying to hide my lower abs with these 2 shots. I didn't completely do it on purpose. These just happen to be the 2 shots I use when my upper abs are in but my lowers aren't. These are not really good, but, typically when my upper 4 abs are in I'm just breaking 15%bf so my guess is 14-15%

The biggest thing for me right now is how I feel overall which is hit or miss. I'm still not very motivated to lift, I'd rather hit the bag for 20-30min and go home, I'd much rather eat 2 meals a day and I'd much rather eat out then cook. Idk why, I'm just not getting in the groove.
