I'm not doing this as a real need, mine is hardly noticeable at all. But there are lumps and it's very annoying. for someone who will probably be on gear or some kind of TRT for the rest of my life I think it's a smart decision. Anyway my question is I'm obviously not gonna be able to train the same as I usually do for the first week or so. Is it feasible to still work out but very very light and not involve the pecs at all... I know that's difficult but I just can't see me staying out of the gym for considerable amount of time. The photo is a day after meniscus surgery, yes I know I'm an idiot. But in my defense we all know what it's like to miss the gym.
