Best natural solo test booster for libido

Just wondering if any of you have experienced a greater libido boost using a particular natural test booster? I know Tongcat is going to be up there with a lot of you but I don't tolerate it very well. Out of the others, Cistanche, Anacyclus, Pine Pollen etc any of those particularly stand out over others for you when it comes to Libido?

Pine pollen gave the quickest & best response I've tried for libido. Should see results in a few days

I’m not sure how others re act to fenugreek but that sht makes me incredibly horny almost too horny for my own good. I’m speaking specifically for libido. I dnt know much bout all natural test boosters per say but SNS and CEL has a pretty large selection of natural test booster's

Not solo, but I ran a stack of Inhibt-E, Inhibt-P, and Reduce XT. I had a nice libido boost as a result of the Inhibit-E and P no doubt. Not too mention the hardening and strength retention. I ran Optimize T and that too gave me a nice libido boost.

Looking forward to trying these others like M-Test, Pine Pollen, Cloma-Plex, PCT Assist (Old and New Formula) etc....

When you say that you don't tolerate Tongkat very well, its important to know that there are many different types of Tongkat Ali available. A lot of people don't respond very well to the regular or ratio extracts, but do respond well to the specifically standardized ones like we use in Tongkat Ali XT, which is standardized to a min. of 2% Eurycomanone.

If you're looking for a natural testosterone booster that increases libido, I think the best options are M-Test &/or Optimize-T.
There are some great single ingredient options available, but both of those formulas contain multiple clinically researched natural testosterone boosting ingredients at their clinically efficacious dosages, so that you're getting many in 1 or 2 products.

If looking to avoid Tongkat completely, then 2 great formula options are:
Pine Pollen is great for libido. It may help support natural testosterone levels, but isn't something I would suggest as just a natural testosterone booster. It helps with libido, vitality, and most people just overall feel better when taking it and its something that you could add to a natural testosterone booster like M-Test or Optimize-T.

If you are looking for single ingredient options, here is a list of some that come to mind:
I hope this info helps.

Some great options in here - but, you should really check out Sustain Alpha - this has product has been tried and true for so many users!

The two major ingredients in Sustain Alpha are Resveratrol and 7,8 Benzoflavone - using our topical gel delivery really makes these shine!

If you really want to kick libido into gear naturally - Sustain Alpha + M-Test is absolutely 🔥

some recent articles we've posted on these ingredients:

Since taking optimize t I haven’t had any issues with libido

I have never come across Fenugreek as a test booster. Thanks. Will check out

I dnt think it’s a test booster. I think it just targets libido. I am pretty sure libido and test while the same still can be targeted individually by certain supps m not 100% sure. End of the day bro idk what you are expecting out of Natty supps but I’d just advise keep a very good diet and consistent with training. You can make some nice solid decent gains but nothing mind blowing so again I’m not sure what you are expecting to happen just don’t be dissapointed.

Fenugreek is one that people need to be careful with bc it can be extracted different ways and you want to make sure you get the right one. It can be extracted for constituents that increase testosterone but can also be extracted for constituents that increase estrogen in women (for menopause).

The mistake a lot of people make is that they just go buy a product with Fenugreek or Fenugreek extract in it without thinking (bc they don't know) - what is it extracted for? And its sad that a lot of brands take advantage of that and go with just the cheapest extract they can include in a product, which is going to be the generic non-specific extract.

Furosap is a clinically researched standardization for men and has been shown in numerous studies to increase both free and total testosterone and libido.

We use Furosap in Optimize-T and by itself in Furosap XT and there has been a lot of great feedback here on both.

Someone actually posted bloodwork earlier today on Optimize-T that showed in a 4 month span:
  • A 42% increase in total testosterone
  • A 33% increase in free testosterone
  • A 41% decrease in E2

Fenugreek is an herb that can be standardized quite a few different ways and for different constituents. The non-specific standardizations likely wouldn't increase testosterone and some may even increase estrogen. That's why its important for people looking for Fenugreek extracts to know which one to look for.

Furosap, a branded version from Cepham, has numerous clinical studies on it showing it to increase both free and total testosterone levels. The studies on Furosap use healthy males and also a good age range of males, which is important to quantifying how the results will carry over to different groups of people.

Aah this would explain why I saw some people talking about enlarged breasts whilst they were taking it. Great info, thanks

Prime is almost as good as when I was stacking Optimize-T and M-Test. Throw in a glass of dry red wine and a gummy and I'm off to the races lol

i am having great results on CEL m-test and XPG alpha-gel
currently have a log documenting the experience. 23 days into the combo and loving it.
GF is dabbling with the alpha-gel as well and noticing an uptick in libido

I've used Anacyclus. It boosted my libido for about a week then tapered off again

There are different forms of Anacyclus on the market.

Anacyclus XT helps a lot of people with libido, but I consider it more for the strength and muscle building aspects. Most people start to see the libido benefits kick in around the second or third week, but I still think of it as more of a natural anabolic that happens to boost libido in a lot of people rather than just a libido boosting product.

Anacyclus XT does seem to have more of a pronounced libido effect when stacked with M-Test or Optimize-T.

You can't go wrong with that combo!

My next stack will be Prime with anacyclus XT. Loving my run on prime, muscles just feel fuller. Will just be running prime solo for now. Was stacking with optimize t until my bottle ran out. Gotta watch what I spend $$

Would stacking Optimize T with M test be overkill? Some overlapping ingredients.

No, not at all. A lot of people take M-Test and Optimize-T together, and the overlap is complimentary.

I think that overall, that is the best stack a person could take that really wanted to maximize natural testosterone levels.

Ok…I have my follow up blood test next Wednesday. I took your advice and chose not to run Enclomiphene and instead started Optimize T. Hopefully I get a better idea of if my testosterone is actually screwed up from my past sarm and prohormone use or its salvageable with some supplements. I’ll be about 3 weeks into the Optimize T when I get retested so not expecting a big jump but if it’s trending upwards from 265 total test I’ll be happy.

I look forward to hearing what your results are. If you don't want to post them publicly, feel free to pm me with what they are.

Bloods drawn this morning…I’ll let you know results when I get them. If you had to pick one…Mtest vs Optimize T

There's no concrete answer there because one person may like one better and another may like the other better because of individual response.

And there's no way I can answer that personally without context and that is that I have an endocrinology condition and for years tried to figure it out. I went 2 several different endocrinologists and had everything done up through a pituitary MRI. During that time, I wasn't using any natural test boosters or anything bc of all the tests and procedures that were going on and I didn't want anything to effect the test bc they were trying to figure out a root cause of the issue. After the pituitary MRI, I'd gotten discouraged and just wanted to feel better and had started on M-Test. After a few weeks, I had bloodwork done like I was having done every 6 weeks. My free testosterone levels were higher than they had been in years. My doctor asked me, I told him, and I stopped taking it and within 2 weeks they were back low again. Started back, tested after 2 weeks, they were up again. So at that point, he told me to not come off of it as long as my levels stayed up in bloodwork so I've been on it ever since. That's why for me, I added Optimize-T to it, but didn't stop taking M-Test to try Optimize-T solo.

If it wasn't for that and I were looking at them and trying to decide what to do, it would depend on budget. Ideally I would stack them, but if I couldn't afford to or didn't want to do that, I would try one for 8 weeks and then the other for 8 weeks and see which one I liked better as far as how I felt. Bloodwork wouldn't be my ultimate decider for me personally if it weren't for my condition, it would be based on how I felt and which I felt better on.

I've seen good bloodwork over the years on both, and there's been good bloodwork posted on both on here in the last year.

M-Test:
The most recent I remember seeing was on M-Test and Recomp20 together:

One Day Before Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 16.00nmol

Four Weeks Into Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 19.80nmol

Twelve weeks into Recomp20 With Eight weeks of M-Test
Total Testosterone = 22.02nmol

Some people reading may not realize just how significant that is. For perspective, that is:
A 3.8 point increase is approximately a 25% increase in testosterone levels in 4 weeks on Recomp20.
A 6.02 point increase is approximately a 40% increase in testosterone levels at the twelve week mark with 12 weeks on Recomp20 and 8 weeks on M-Test.

Awesome suggestions all! Subbed.
I didn't see Maca Root mentioned so add that to the list.

I've heard of some people really liking Maca for libido. For me, I had to use pretty high dosages before I got anything off of it, but I know everyone can be different with libido and herbs in general.

Did you ever try our Pine Pollen capsules?

I was just curious if you liked Maca, how you liked Pine Pollen if you'd tried it?

For me, I had to use a really high amount of Maca to maybe tell a difference, whereas with Pine Pollen my libido was annoyingly high within 2 weeks. It was one supplement I've tried that maybe worked too good bc I was trying to work thinking, okay I need to go and ....... followed by thinking 'I'm too old for this' haha.

So funny you replied Steve, I have tried pine pollen but not YOUR pine pollen, and was just checking it out on SNS. I am going to have to pick some up along with my Xgel and Peptiplex refill (loving those together!).

As far as my Maca experience, I do have to dose it high (like adding the powder to my shakes 2x serving size) and honestly it is more a performance enhancer (better blood flow) than libido (desire/mood) enhancer.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm really glad to hear that you're enjoying Pepti-Plex and X-Gels.

I trust your feedback so had been curious to hear your opinion.

I've read feedback on Maca online myself, but never had anyone that I know have very good results with it, especially at what would be considered normal dosage ranges. I had done an experiment myself and bought some from a brand I trust and I was at 4.5 grams a day before I could maybe notice anything from it and I wasn't sure if I was really noticing anything or if I was just thinking about libido more and therefore wanting to more bc I was thinking about it.

I'd had people wanting it in the upcoming Libido Boost XT product, but I just couldn't put it in there because for it to maybe even possibly do something would have taken up more capsules than the entire formula put together does.

Pine Pollen itself is definitely an ingredient that has a lot of different quality levels and factors that can influence how well people respond to it and feedback can vary wildly by the brand. If I ever tried anyone else's, I don't remember trying it. For ours, it was definitely noticeable for me - a lot more than I thought it would be and it put my libido up a lot more than I had the time to deal with haha.

Almost anything with libido can work different for different people, but if you do try ours, please let me know how you like it.
