Finishing up my first bottle at 6 caps per day.
I didn’t notice any massive jumps in strength like most, but I am feeling pretty good only a month in. I’m doing a ton of endurance work, but deadlift is my primary strength movement right now and I’m already back to near PR levels, definitely if I say for this body weight. Currently trying to stay quite a few rir so it’s a little tough to say confidently, but I’ll run for two more months and I’ll be testing at the end anyways for a more conclusive answer. I haven’t done conventional deadlifts in probably a year, just some variations, and last year they were all at higher intensities, so again tough to tell (but now I’m rambling).
I do also feel I’ve had an increase in libido, which I haven’t seen mentioned as much with the feedback I’ve seen so far.
Saw a post on FB that had the Prime XT bottle and thought, "No way! Surely they didn't remake Prime!" Had to come check it out on here and see how many of the older crew remembered the USPLabs Prime. Glad to see there were plenty still around that do! I don't know how many bottles of that stuff I went through back in the day!

• 2 bottles of X-Gels with LCLT and Glycerpump
• 7 bottles of Inhibit-P
• 12.5mg MK677 for 6 months 8on/4off
• Extras like berberine, na-r-ala, agmatine (sometimes), creatine and so on
Super happy with the results but I just discovered Prime XT and I'm tempted to buy 4 bottles. Would you recommend adding it to the mix or wait until my stack became smaller/everything's used up

My stack was super expensive. Sucks to be from europe. Paid full price. 80€ per bottle Anabolic XT for example. Any good place for europeans to buy? Preferably without credit card?

Nah, the customs fees from UK to EU are very high, the only one without customs fees is Predator Nutrition.I believe unreal supps is the best place to buy if you're in europe; at least they were the first time it was in stock, maybe some more retailers have it in stock in europe now I don't know about: Invalid Link Removed
For me and most others in the thread prime xt results in some really significant strength gains so I think it would be a great addition to your stack since it'll synergize well with the anabolic properties of the other supplements by allowing you to move more weight. I think it's better to start prime xt sooner rather than later as it takes around a month to really kick in, 4-6 weeks for most people.

I have 3 bottles of prime xt. I don't weight lift, only do kettle bells and bjj. Should I start with 6 caps or go to 9?
Edit: update on strength gains, I just did one arm rows for the first time in 1.5 weeks and I'm up 25lbs on them and feel like I could add 10lb more tbh
It's been about 2 weeks on 9 caps instead of 6. I've noticed a substantial increase in muscle fullness, so much so that I only take super swole pre workout instead of 2 in the morning and 2 before now or the muscle fullness just gets to be too much. Strength is definitely up although I can't quantify the exact numbers because I changed my routine up some.
I tried out the pine pollen I got as a bonus with my 12 bottle order and enjoyed it so much that I ordered four more bottles. It gave me a really nice mood and energy boost. I also ordered some anabolic XT to add to my stack. I'm on the last bottles of my original stack which was M-Test, Anabolic Effect, and Epi-Plex. Right now my stack is pretty large with the free bonus bottles and desire to try out new stuff and consists of Api-Plex, Epi-Plex, M-Test, Anabolic Effect, Prime XT, Recomp20, Pine Pollen, Growth Factor XT, and the bonus bottles of MA beta-ecdy and muscle plex. I also take creatine hcl and super swole.
Going forward I think I'm going to replace anabolic effect with the anabolic xt that's coming for the increased motivation which I could really use. Growth Factor XT has been a life saver for my sleep issues and Api-Plex for prostate ones so I am definitely keeping those in the stack. I'll be keeping M-Test as well because I think it's a very good base and I've always responded very well to fadogia. I already have 10 more months of 9 caps worth of prime XT stocked. Pine Pollen, as I mentioned earlier was a real surprise that I already ordered more of. Epi-Plex and muscle plex I'll have to consider at the end of the month when I run out, I think epicatechin is a great ingredient and really seems to help me with endurance and recovery but my stack is getting a little expensiveI don't know what to expect from beta-ecdy and it's going to be hard to separate from the incoming addition of anabolic xt and the continue higher dose of prime xt but I'll continue this free bottle and see how it goes. Recomp20 I really enjoy and I'll probably continue on. Anabolic Effect I'll have to consider, I've seen great gains from it even before I added prime xt (prime xt was added 1 month in) but I think anabolic xt may be able to fill its role along with the prime xt.
Who knows I may just go all out and order some more of everything at the end of the month but for now I think my stack is going to look like:
If anyone has any thoughts about keeping on beta-ecdy and epi-plex/muscle plex I'd appreciate your insight. It's hard to separate the individual effects of the supplements when I'm taking so many and I guess I won't really know until I cut them out of the stack. Pine Pollen being an exception because I added only it to my ongoing stack for a week and the effects were very potent and obvious.

I think its one of our most overlooked single ingredient products. So many people post looking for things for libido, but then seem to overlook it.

You mentioned replacing Anabolic Effect with Anabolic XT - Anabolic XT is a great product and my favorite overall natural anabolic, and I think that you would love stacking it with Anabolic Effect. That's probably my favorite stack if I could only choose 2 natural anabolics.
I love Growth Factor XT too. It helps me sleep and helps me feel more rested which is huge for me bc I never get enough sleep, so its nice to feel like I got more than I did.
Api-Plex is great for so many more things than people realize. I'm glad to hear that its helping you with you prostate issues.
Epi-Plex is a great product and is great for endurance and endothelial health, but if the stack is getting pricey to where you'd be choosing between Epi-Plex and Anabolic Effect, I'd take out Epi-Plex to keep the Anabolic Effect. I use Epi-Plex year round as part of my overall health stack myself.
Beta Ecdysterone-500 is a good product for a lot of people. It's one of those ingredients that some people respond to better than others. I've always said that about Beta Ecdysterone and Turkesterone. At one time, you'd see people argue about whether those ingredients work and some people would be telling others they weren't really getting the results they said they were - and it's like - no, guys, it's an ingredient that overall does work for most people but works really, really well for some people but not for others, so it just created a feedback discrepancy if that makes sense. It's a good addition to most any stack, or you could just hold onto it and try it some other time if really curious how you respond to it.
I love Recomp20 too. My favorite stack I've ever ran was last year when I ran Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Recomp20, Pepti-Plex, and Phosphatidic Acid XT. As soon as I can get back to training consistently, I plan to run that stack again + Prime XT.
I like this idea, PrimeXT + L-carnitine TD. I've got both, so this might be a nice little combo to test out coming up.Finishing week three. I’m only two weeks into my newest training cycle so there’s lots of changes and some of the progress is definitely pay off from building some weak points all last year and reacquainting with past movements, but I’m further along than I anticipated(trying really hard to be patient on my deadlift plans, but we’ll see how next few weeks go). No massive jumps yet like people have mentioned, but I’m also doing an intense running program which is probably quite a bit different than most people providing feedback so far.
I’m also about 4 weeks into Carnitne gel, but otherwise only some small changes from last few months of supplementation.
Noticing pretty big increase in vascularity, shoulders in particular are surprising.
Also pretty confident it has boosted my libido.
edit: I’m only doing 6 caps, 3 am 3 pm since everyone seems so interested in dosing. Maybe I’ll grab another bottle so I can run higher dose the final 2 months but undecided if I want to even bump it up.

I wish I could get the crazy gains some people notice, but I’m happy with what I’m feeling, especially this week. Feel I’ve laid good groundwork for some future success.
Deadlifts have settled in to right about where they were last training cycle with similar goals, yet I’m ~10lbs lighter.
Today hit pull-ups with +80lbs x6-6-6 rir3 after building to that 80x5 rir3 last week.
Pretty much everything else is just nice steady additions every week pretty much maintaining or beating reps with the small weight additions consistently.
This is in combination of ~60 minutes hard interval running, 30-40 minute hard circuit, and ~60 minutes easy endurance work over the course of the week too.
Started Anabolic Effect the beginning of the week so this might be last week before that starts to really kick in.

I have seen more PR's on Anabolic XT, but it's blown my mind how I seem to retain strength while cutting on anabolic effect. Both are solid products. Total sleepers. I don't "feel" them at all, but gym performance is always up. Super curious about Prime now.

Steve dosed his very well that’s the only reason I ask…he pretty much dosed it at the dose of what people were running the Usp labs version at max. I just started my second bottle but I’m gonna run it with the bottle of Anabolic XT I just got today. Noticed some decent strength gains off first bottle but nothing crazy. Hoping the two together work well. Good luck brother.
Can I ask what the difference between tribulus terrestris vs the aqauticus is. I couldn’t really find anything online about aqauticus at all. Is that just a different extract ?
Bumped to 9 on training days and 8 on off, no real reason for different amounts just due to convenience with how dose. Will have to buy a fourth bottle to get through August and some of September and may buy one more to just push through September.
After 1 week, I have noticed more of an alpha feeling since bumping to 9 caps(more aggression, confidence, libido boost). Strength continues to rise even on a calorie deficit. Could be something you test on your next bottle![]()

I haven't seen or heard of any reports of it bothering anyone's stomach and a lot of people have talked about taking it with and without food.
There's really no method of action through which it should, but when it comes to any herbal ingredient, some people's stomachs may be sensitive to some things. Normally that is offset by taking the herbal with food though.
That's always my first thought was well when stomach issues or bloating is mentioned bc of the way those effect me.
yeah my buddy brought in some cheap creatine a few months back so I was mixing it for a couple weeks and it was the first time creatine ever left me swollen to the point that my wedding ring was uncomfortable. I have some old Now Arginine I had picked up a long time ago as well that would cause nearly immediate (but very short) gastro intestinal discomfort as well.
I d been taking 6 caps PWO and haven’t had any stomach issues. I upped it to 9 today and still nothing negative. I’m half way through my third bottle and have two more full ones. I’m going to start taking 9 PWO and 3 in non workout days. Just a thought a had to see if I can tell a difference from taking 6 everyday.
I’m very glad I snagged a good deal when I bought a years supply on prime. The last month I have not been consistent with my training, missing plenty of days and sometimes diet is pretty bad. Still PBing constantly on all major lifts.

How come you’re taking only 3 on non workout days? I imagine you would have to still be taking 9 on non workout days to keep the levels consistent in your system
