Acquiring bench-specific hypertrophy in a low impact fashion that ultimately potentiates recovery from the heavy strength-building day. Flushes things out and safely helps develop the pecs & front delts how you really need it for bench.

It’s a protocol from 5th Set that has worked fairly well for me in the past. Here is the heavy day, for contrast, that I actually completed yesterday morning:

Had a cup of coffee + a half of scoop of All Out Ultra and headed to the commercial gym.
this combo sounds obscene and scary to me lol. I've done it, but I always try to flush out that coffee before I throw in the preWO lol

I will do a cup of coffee, and a half a preworkout too when I don't want all the caffiene of a full dose of preworkout but want more than what a half scoop has to offer. A normal cup of coffee ain't gonna push it over what the preworkout has at a full dose unless the pre is just weak on the stim side of things.

I guess mine is apparently stronger than most, but if you can see through it at all like tea it grosses me out

Agreed! But I promise you guys a cup of regular brewed drip coffee is not as strong as half a scoop of All Out 🤤
Haven't got to try this product yet but with all the positives from the logs I think I'm gunna have to pull the trigger!

Things keep going in the right direction for me, training-wise, and it seems to deliver what it promises: pumps, smooth energy, increased volume tolerance.

I was a little worried about today because I knew I have been eating a bit less and lost a pound or two recently, but some more lifetime bests on the high rep bench are pretty hard to argue with. Did it like a true dad this morning in honor of Fathers Day: had a full scoop of All Out for this early morning accessory session, but not before a small cup of reheated, day-old black Folgers just because “I wanna have my coffee first”.

Felt like I was looking absolutely swollen by the time I finished Pulldowns, and I know my thighs were just from a couple hard sets of adductors. My gym shorts were riding up the thighs! Also happy with the hamstring endurance progressing. Every 600lb squat I ever pulled off began with a phase ramping up my GHR volume. You don’t have to get bigger legs to squat more, but it always helps!

Something I love about this product is how easy it is to drink - not just the flavor, but how smooth it is. Got a late start this morning and was able to just chug my pint of All Out clean before getting out the door. I appreciate that it’s not a hassle to use or get down, and you feel the energy lift quite fast.
It also seems to stay mixed better, some seem like you have to shake before each drink. Definitely really smooth and quick energy with no crash.

What's this stays in the solution a while stuff? I normally knock all of mine back in one shot. 🤪🤪🤪 Actually lately I have been putting in 3 scoops of SNS creatine HCL in there with my Pump Addict and about 16-20 oz of water. When I have time, I enjoy that more slowly. I haven't even tasted a preworkout alone in a couple months. I also do 3 scoops in my intra, coach says 10g total but that is for mono. I have to say though, you have really got my interest peaked in this stuff too.

Whenever I have drank a partial serving on a day off from the gym, I added some ice and actually drink it over a period as a pick-me-up treat. This is the part where I appreciate that it is pretty soluble! Especially for so many grams in a serving; this isn’t like a little stim-only blend. We’re talking nearly an ounce per serving in this formula.

Unfortunately I had some serious back trouble today after my warmup at the gym, so I wasn’t able to train & am not sure when I’ll get to next. I also hit the bottom of the tub of All Out, and it’s getting close to empty, so I will be probably giving my final review soon.

Back injuries area always the worst! Don't realize how nice it is to have no back pain until you get back pain.

I can't remember which flavor Steve sent me last but was great creatine.
My buddy recently brought in some cheaper stuff and for the first time in my life I understood other peoples creatine bloating issues. I swelled up like 6+lbs of water in a week lol.
I am guessing it was monohydrate eh? I am not even sure which flavor from SNS is the best. I really enjoy all of them a lot. As an addition to other flavors or preworkout I like the Watermelon, Lemon Lime, and Blue Raspberry pretty much equally, but for drinking by itself the grapefruit is my favorite!

This one is what I am currently using. it does go well with vanilla, and other fruity flavors.

Sounds tasty! I use to mix various Gatorade flavors w 2 scoops of vanilla and creatine for my pre and post workout
