The dissapearing man

Slingshot makes a neoprene brief, like cut to cover all the low back and put a belt over it, just like a multiply squat brief - not like a pair of shorts. These are not going to be WOD friendly, but more supportive specifically for squats & deadlifts. The other two are just about warmth & enhanced proprioception.
Anyone seen slingshot on sale? Would like to pick that up to help out my bench if anyone's got a deal on it or similar.

Why add a 7th meal? You can just add more calories to your other meals. 4 meals or 8 meals dont reqlly make a difference and i dobt you need over 5000cal right now. I dont quite understand why you think you have to eat 6 or 7 times a day. Thats really just a stratagy adopted because guys had a hard time squeezing 5000+ cal into 3 or 4 meals and not being full and bloated.
Exactly squeezing that much into 4 or 5 meals makes me feel bloated. Like @MrKleen73 said ill probably just have to add more fats to increase calories. More red meat and/ or salmon will help ( obviously fats are high in these foods) I just get a little too paranoid scince my body responds well to high protein high carb low fat
 
Thinking about getting some mk just for the appetite increase affect. Anything else I get from it I'll take as a bonus

That's what I don't understand how I'm not gaining weight with basically this sane plan...I did use different scales tho 🤷‍♂️ so I'll check again tomorrow morning. My strength had gone up big time too. Something tells me that the old school i first weighed myself on wasn't real accurate because I feel bigger too. I'm goo a be on the road again for work for the next 4 weeks so I'll weigh myself as soon as I get to the first hotel in Montana on Monday and then again when I leave after 2 weeks. I the fly to Nashville so I'll weigh myself as soon as I get there ( scince it's a different scale and then again before I leave) when I get home I'll buy a new scale for my apartment and just use that from then on. I'll start drinking shakes again too. I'll have my post workout meal around 630 pm and then go to sleep. I usually wake back up around 930 to go pee and that'll be the perfect time to down a shake real quick and then go back to sleep. I use to have another meal at that time but scince mu sleep hasn't been the best lately I've just been going right back to bed.

Sleep is more important, especially since you are having issues with it. Plus, you will likely wake yourself up more preparing a shake and drinking it and then have a harder time passing back out. Just spread that 50g across other meals. Replace a whole food protein meal with a shake somewhere so you can get hungry again for the next meal. Simple stuff, and will save you a little money on groceries. Whey is extremely cheap gram per gram over whole food protein sources.

Yep, good ideas, i tell ppl to put a protein shake and a pbj in the fridge in case they wake up and cant sleep or hungry. If you dont eat it at night throw it in the lunch box for a pre w/o meal or a snack for extra cals

It's also a good idea to do that When you're a fat kid at heart who likes to eat garbage in the middle of the night 🤷‍♂️

Carbs, especially refined/processed carbs & sugar, are much easier to sneak in without being as filling/slowing to gastric emptying. This is the better way for composition, but can be a concern without supplemental glucose management (which may well be needed in either scenario after a point anyway). White rice, refined pasta, & powdered mashed potatoes are your friends (you can make them a soup to drink if not mixing with your meat & totally stuffed). You can drink orange juice if really pushing the boundaries; that’s what Stan Efferding has his biggest guys do. Worked for me; no more effort than if I had consumed water. Don’t forget breads - a bagel added to a couple meals can add 550 cals/day with very little change in fullness.

Funny yiu mention the bagels I've been craving those lately. Nick walker on his latest video ate 4 sauces of sourdough toast AND Banana pancakes
 
Tbh and I never thought thos would happen but I think I'm turning into a perma cutter. Justin sheir made a great comment in one of his videos that stuck with me..he said you should be just as miserable with your off season diet as you are with your pre contest one it'll just be the opposite. And im not even close to that. I've been there before where I've been in tears because I had to eat and I was so miserable. I just need to man up and get this food in. I'll just watch makaveli motivation eating videos while I'm food prepping

I did not know that about olive oil. I prepare my rice w olive oil and and heat it in mic. I’m gonna add it after it is prepared now. Thank you for this info. (y)

Ya dont cook with evoo, use it as a finisher. Even regular olive oil they cut with canola in most italian restruants so it wont burn so low. They actually sell a 10gal 50/50 Olive canola mix for the restruants

Ok so i got a real belt now, Kleen hooked me up with this guy. Its solid, very heavy duty. The problem is that theres no way in hell i can get into this by myself and get it tight. Getting it off as even harder.

Can i condition the leather like you would breaking in a baseball glove? My dad did 40 years baseball and 20 years owning a shoe repair shop that worked on a lot of nice leather boots and shoes. Can i let him make this more flexable or will that comprimise the belt some how? Im dieing to use this but i gotta be able to Get in and out of it by myself lol

When overcoming a caloric plateau, if you bulk long enough, it’s brutal. Eating anything I wanted, once I got to 267 I simply said no more this run, and just maintained the last month. The first 20lbs was easy, but at some point things can get really hard. You have to have a set plan and be resolved to eat when you are not hungry, because appetite WILL fail at some point.

Nice belt. Yes let him condition it; old belts that are worn & conditioned provided just as much support - you will get the best result being able to get it tight enough to brace optimally. The stability & strength come from your ability to use your muscles, not the belt itself. So as long as you can fire maximally into it, you are set.

Also, and many will think EWWWW automatically but if you are adventurous and like to try new and odd things try a peanut butter and dill pickle sandwich on toasted bread. OMG! So good! It sounds strange because we think of PB as something to go with sweet, but it is amazing with salty, and sour too. It's also used in Mole' which is a savory dish. Not just good with the sweet stuff. I got hooked on them when I was a kid. My mom craved it when she was pregnant with me and then loved it. So she kept making it and I started eating them and loved them too. I never met a person who like both peanut butter and dill pickles separately that didn't enjoy it if they tried it.

I also have a bottle of 50/50 olive oil / avocado oil that is awesome but I do almost all my cooking with avocado now since it has a 450-500 degree smoke point. It is once it hits the smoke point it becomes oxidized and actually has free radicals then instead of fighting free radicals. Also both oils are light sensitive never buy them in a light colored bottle, and never plastic either, it leaches into the oils due to some reaction with the plastic.

Hey, that's a good looking belt! :) Very lightly used but not with light weights! That is the big 13mm boys! He probably won't ever need another belt unless he gets to fat or too skinny for it.

When i opend it i went out to my truck to grab my other belt and i laughed. Its like you took 4 of my belts and stitched them togther lol. I knew as soon as i looked at it i knew it would laat forever. My dad could literally restitch the entire belt if something happened to it. He use to repair $1000 pairs of leather boots and shoes, cut the stitches out of them, take off the soles and stitch tjem back togther again. (The stitching on this is fine, im just thinking outloud)

He will have this thing more flexible and ready to rock in a few days. Im gonna check and see if theres manufacture reccomentadions for the leather.

Gyms open till 10 am today so im heading over to do hamstrings with pull, got a empty 3,800sq ft. House to finish painting and dinner at 5.

Happy thanksgiving. Id rather stay home and eat but i gotta show face at the inlaws house. Looks like my knee is gonna really hurt tonight so i dont have to stay long lol🤪

Naw its ok, i got duped this morning, gym was closed so i went to the job early And left at 2, got to the house and i smoked a joint and sat on the couch, after we ate back to the couch, im bout to make my exit now tho

Watched half the GB/Detroit game. Ate a weeks worth of carbs, thank god for Gluco Vantage XT, couch, joint, Rocky 5 and now watching Rocky Balboa. I am thankful for @sns8778 Products.

I turned on that game righr as GB took a knee to out the clock. I didnt watch any football this year and very little last year. After covid Shut down sports a few years ago and never really got back into it like I used to.

So during the tine i was gone from watching football, how the **** did detroit become a 8-2 team lol

2020 or 21 was tje last year i really paid Attention and i'm pretty sure they had like 13 losses that year lol, I think they had a 10 game losing streak.
Yeah, I have to reevaluate everything I thought I knew about the universe, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Cleveland all don’t suck and New England is a dumpster fire 🔥.
 
Man, i got played again today. Tried to go at 530am and they didnt open till 7. Whole week kinda went to **** for training. I managed to hit upper body early in the week and nothing last 2-3 days. Gonna try pull with hams again tonight and push with quads tomorrow or sunday.

200lbs even after yesterday. I actually probably ate less then my maitnence cal yeaterday. I basically had coffee, yogurt and some eggs. Chips and salsa, and thanks giving and some desserts but nothing crazy
 
I forgot i was given some nad + nasal spray. I think its 20mg per spray. Whats the nasal dosage?

Im thinking 20mg each nostril every morning.

They got a real coach and a real front office. The city is going crazy, I still listen to local sports talk radio in Detroit on YouTube. Worried about u of m tomorrow against Ohio state

Unmotivating is a good way to describe it. I have done a lot of my power training in my garage or the power gym solo at off hours with my key. When nobody is watching, or there to encourage or acknowledge you in any way, you need to have a very strong resolve to execute. If you aren’t on a mission for something, you probably won’t succeed in working hard enough.

Yea I get that...I hate when the gym is super crowded but I don't like it empty either

My garage gym has only 1 member. I have poetic license to any of the equipment at all times and I have my own key. Bose Bluetooth for tunes. Can’t lift in silence. I miss the “vibe” of a gym but haven’t belonged to one since World’s Gym was in business. Wish I had a spotter today. Actually benched 205 for 4 today. First time over 2 bills since injury. I gotta say…felt REAL NICE.

In the garage if I am not into it I can have a hard time sometimes and with the house steps away walking in and saying F it is easier. Plus less motivation there. However, I love it when I am alone at the knew gym. Of course I am laser focused on something right now but I am I am in hog heaven in there alone. I am always hoping it is just me but most of the time it is me and one other guy at the time I work out weekdays. Since I have been getting in better shape though I love to take my shirt off once pumped and see the results of my work filling me up. So the less people in the gym the better for that. LOL

However, when I go to any decent gym I can almost always get myself into it just from the environmental boost.
My garage gym has only 1 member. I have poetic license to any of the equipment at all times and I have my own key. Bose Bluetooth for tunes. Can’t lift in silence. I miss the “vibe” of a gym but haven’t belonged to one since World’s Gym was in business. Wish I had a spotter today. Actually benched 205 for 4 today. First time over 2 bills since injury. I gotta say…felt REAL NICE.
Yeah the gym vibe is awesome, but when motivated you can get amazing workouts in a good home gym!
 
I had killer sessions in my garage yesterday and the empty power gym this morning, but it’s kinda cheating with Trest Ace - gives that Dbol/methyl-estrogen feel good vibe.
