I am curious to give it a try. I've said it before but my anxiety has been through the roof and I need to get it under control and stray way from my prescriptions to handle it. I am hoping it provides enough relief so that I can manage the rest of the panic with regular breathing and cognitive techniques.

Is it better to take throughout the day, or say take one larger dose at night when my anxiety is the worst?
I take KannaEase and Stress & Anxiety Support.

I take 1 Stress & Anxiety Support and 1 KannaEase in the morning and then another Stress & Anxiety Support in the evening. I use an additional KannaEase in the evening a lot of days if I feel like I need one.

They say the best way to combat anxiety is to not let it really get revved up to start with - so you I would try taking 1 capsule in the morning and then another capsule in the evening to begin with; but then you could also try taking the larger dose in the evening to see which way helps you more.

I hope that it helps. I've always had bad anxiety, but it got a lot worse after my accident last year. The KannaEase and Stress & Anxiety Support protocol helps me a lot. It's still there, but a lot more manageable.

Any of you guys have much home gym equipment, if any at all? Now that we own a place and it has room in the basement or garage, I am wanting to get some stuff to make a functional mini home gym for the days I don't want to drive across town.

Right now a treadmill would be ideal because I'm cutting, but I also want dumbbells probably 10-75lbs? a bench and squat rack, enough weight for 315 on the barbell, etc. Then maybe look into getting a cable machine of some kind.

I have been looking at facebook marketplace for used stuff, but the thought of moving some of those things out of someone elses basement sounds miserable lol
I do have a good setup and I've been looking to add some pieces myself.

Marketplace is a good place to look and some people in some areas find great deals on it. In my area, unfortunately people are out of their minds at what they seem to want for workout equipment on there.

A good option may be to see if you have any equipment resellers in your area or close - like places that buy out gyms when they close and then resell the equipment.

I've got some Body Solid pieces that I love; have a Fitnessgear Smith that I hate the angle of and never use it because of it.

One thing I've been really considering is the Syedee leverage piece. The reviews I've seen look great on it, especially for the money. I just haven't managed to find anyone in real life that's used it that can give me real world feedback. Considering going ahead and getting it when I have the extra money.

This is the piece I was thinking about adding because it seems like it can do a lot of different things in a small space. It's not one I would probably start with, but I already have a lot of stuff and it encompasses a couple different things I liked into one piece.

If anyone has used it or knows anyone with real feedback on it, it would be appreciated.

That Sydee set you linked in here before is very similar, basically a copy of the IronTec WorkBench Lever system. or whatever it is called. I have their Workbench Multisystem, and it is a very solid and well built machine. I also have all of the attachments, my son bought me the set up for Christmas last year. They are good, so if that company used the same specs it should be a pretty reliable and enjoyable set up.

In all honestly if I could I would swap my multisystem for the workbench I would, just to save a lot of space, and have the option for cable pulldown and rows.

Thanks. That was another thread that I had put that link in; I only mentioned it here because he asked me about my setup and that's the next piece I was thinking of adding. I'd just been hesitant because hadn't known anyone that actually had it or had used it. Plus hadn't had the money I wanted to spend right now on it.

I had looked at the Powertech systems. I think it was actually while looking those up that I saw the Syedee ones and they seemed to take up less space and be a lot less expensive. I've still been going back and forth on which one I was going to get. I have so much stuff now that it takes up so much space, that's why I was leaning towards a more space saving one.

That was awesome of your son, really cool of him to do that.

One thing I don't know about the sysee is if it has all the same attachment add ons. The leg press attachment that goes on the Irontec workbench is awesome, it reminds me of a similar motion to a pendulum squat, and the Preacher Attachment is my favorite preacher machine of all time, and the pec deck attachment gives an unreal contraction! So if there were thoughts of adding on things after, that is a good consideration. I don't think that their is a huge difference in the PowerTec cost and the sydee when you consider the powerbench comes with the bench that allows you t use all of the attachments and you need to supply your own bench for the other. Plus the ironTec comes with a lifetime warranty so that is pretty legit. A pad rips I call them they send a new pad. Something breaks I let them know they send a replacement. That is worth a little extra in the long run.

Speaking of, here is a Powertec Powerbench on clearance returned by user for 1199, so that is only $300 more than that Sydee and you get a high quality adjustable bench that gives you massive upgrade options later.

Appreciate all the help guys! Definitely will be going Facebook route for weights - even on there they’re going for $1-$2 a pound

I’m definitely going to keep an eye on it and check out the dumbbells Kleen mentioned before!
Yeah, I've had very little luck on Facebook market place or elsewhere. The prices are just outrageous! I've been in the market for more olympic plates for probably a year now with no luck. The best purchase I made was from an AM bro on here.

I've got plenty of other stuff to buy for the house before weights so I've got some time before I start looking real hard but I am going to keep an eye out in case I do come across that person who is moving and just needs to get rid of them like Hyde said.

Don't remember if I mentioned it, I got the peptides in yesterday.

Plan on doing 250-300mcg of AOD each morning fasted.
He gave me a few MK677 tabs and a few Cialis tabs to try, as well as a bottle of GHRP-2 and DSIP.

Been a long time since I've tried both GHRP-2 and MK677, Cialis I already have some so will be a good comparison, and DSIP I don't know much about.

It's a 10mg vial of GHRP, trying to decide what I want to do with it, if I want to try it out on the cut, maybe do 100-150mcg post workout and/or pre bed for a couple weeks? I'm just concerned about the possible hunger so want to keep it before a decent sized meal by a couple hours. I also don't have a GHRH to use with it, so not entirely sure if it's a complete waste without one or not to be honest.

May just be coincidence but I was sweating more during cardio last night (1.5 hours post AOD)

now 1.5 hours after this mornings shot, same thing. I am much hotter and sweating just walking around.

Also guys, remember when shopping on marketplace they have inflated their prices. Most of them don't expect to get 2/3rd of what they are asking, and if it has been marked down at all they will almost always take a low ball offer or reach back out to you 2 days later and see if you still want it for that. So don't be afraid to make someone an offer that you think is a good deal. Also if they are chatty talk to them, give them an inspirational or emotional story of why you wanted to start lifting or why you want it. The they like you and feel like them discounting makes them an integral part of your possible future success. Use all your tools to get the price down!!!

This! If the price is way too high, you have nothing to lose by making an offer, but you might get a bite vs not even trying.

I told you how we got those 130, 165, & 192lb landscaping stones for free the other week from the farmer who thought it was cool my wife lifted them. My wife got a legit old fire hydrant from an old guy in the country off Marketplace for $50 when she told him she was training to load one in a contest. I got a pair of 35lb dbs for $30 from a guy when I told him I was building my garage gym so I could spend more time at home with my new son. And 35lb plates are red-headed stepchildren, so you can bargain for them for less/lb than anything else. Nobody likes 35s, but they are still perfectly loadable weight!

We are moving the majority of our stuff today, not sure if moving from the second floor 6-8 totes and a mattress, bed, dresser, etc. exactly replaces 45 minutes of LISS cardio, but I may be able to still get in to a gym and get 25-30 minutes on the treadmill so it’s not a complete skip.
I’ll also forgo the whole eggs in my breakfast (at 12pm) and stick to egg whites only, saving about 100 calories there to make up for the lack of exercise today.

I was down to 186.6lbs last night after (6 hours)fasted cardio. Took an additional 250mcg of AOD before that session. I ate super late so woke up heavy at 191lbs but that 186-187 range was when I was closest to fully empty all week so I figure it’s a decent gauge.

Moving up/down stairs is way more work than 45 min LISS. You will be active much longer than 45 min doing that .

Feels much easier lol i suck at cardio thought and think it’s the most boring thing I’ve ever done so that makes it seem like it’s a lot more work.

gonna try and pickup tennis for cardio during the bulk, I think. Found some old tennis rackets cleaning out the closet 😂

Looking good yesterday morning, supposedly 8% or less according to one coach (just a friend not my actual coach)

cheat meal last night went overboard. Gonna try and go from here on out with no cheat meals, or if anything keep them close to my normal macros or within reason. Up to this point they’ve been whatever I can shovel down during dinner. But then I spend the next 3 days catching up and losing all that glycogen.

no changes this week to cardio plan. Still 45 min 7x week.

still looking at November 1 to begin the bulk, need to remain serious and not use this as an excuse to **** off and eat off plan because I know a structured plan is what works for me at this time.

On a side note - still noticeably warm after AOD injection. Lot of Reddit folk say 12 weeks to see results, seems funky to me that it wouldn’t start working for such a long period but if that’s the case I’ll run it for the few weeks I have then stop because it will be time to bulk after that, or I could buy more to continue 6 weeks into the bulk and still fast the mornings.

who knows

Thinking I’m going to run Anavar on the bulk right after the cut ends, couple different sources but the dosing is kinda funky with 20mg or 50mg capsules..

I’ve always heard real var you don’t need more than 60mg, but needs to be doses 2-3x a day? What’s everyone’s experience?

I always dose my Var once a day, preWO if training.

If it’s real, 50mg will definitely be noticeable after some weeks (if not better pumps after administration right away). It can make pumps crippling in training sometimes, so if this is you then split the dose. If it’s still hurting training, take one dose immediately postWO instead of pre for better immediate recovery. That’s how I take my orals on training days if I cannot tolerate them as a preWO (stuff like DMZ).

My wife, we split doses on off days but take all of it preWO for the day when lifting.

Still getting super warm about an hour after my AOD dose. obviously no clear benefits shown yet.

Starting 200mcg GHRP-2 post workout, pre dinner tonight.

haven’t decided where to get the var yet, tabs are like 50% more expensive but the dosing flexibility would be nice (assuming it’s actually mixed thoroughly and distributed evenly)

Obviously I’m lifting weight here but these inner bicep/tricep veins are so wild to me, I can’t wait to bulk back up but I know I’m going to miss the vascularity, never had this before in my life and I think these are some of the coolest ones to see.

Still no chest vascularity. Get some quad veins very slightly maybe once a week lol hoping the added muscle mass while staying below 15% will make some new and now exiting veins surface.

Another interesting thing to note, I’m going to outgrow planet fitness on this bulk.
If I’m pressing 65lb dumbbells this deep into a cut, I’m sure as **** gonna be surpassing 75 in a bulk. Unfortunately there are basically no other options in my area (during the work week) except for at the university, and I don’t know if they’d give me access to the gym or not.

Nah, you didn't outgrow the gym, you just outgrew doing your dumbbell pressing first. If a shoulder only session you might try some plate raises or other front raise variation then do your shoulder pressing. That or do the rest of your shoulder work first and finish with the presses. Also start pausing longer in the stretched position and maybe increase TUT on your negatives. Both of those will allow you to keep your current set up, and just perform the exercise in a more taxing way.

Var coming at 50mg caps, went ahead and just just screw it and follow the 1x a day dosing like mentioned. Otherwise it was going to be 20-25 split into 2-3x a day and seemed like a hassle and unnecessary. Coach said the same thing, once a day dosing is fine.

I have TUDCA on hand from when I previously planned to run Superdrol. I just need to get some general blood pressure and cholesterol support supps to be 100% ready. I really like the convenience of CEL Cycle Assist, just don't know if it is the most comprehensive option out there.

It's a good one for sure, and to be honest if you are only running 50mg of anavar daily it should be enough unless you already have high BP or something it could exacerbate. Anavar is good stuff, and pretty mild. Expect lipids to get a bit funky but otherwise it should be easy street!

Cycle Assist is a great option for people that are only going to buy one product; and that is a lot of people.

A person could definitely create a more comprehensive stack to target these purposes, like by using Liver Assist XT, Cardiovascular Support XT, and Blood Pressure Support XT separately. And Kidney Assist XT if desired.

That is the idea, just a lot of people aren't willing to buy that many products separately to use; even though overall it would be better for their health.

For TUDCA, I always caution people to be careful with brands. There are a lot of brands of TUDCA on the market that are not what they claim to be. There have been people post here the difference in their liver values from using other brands and then changing to CEL TUDCA.

For CEL TUDCA, every single batch is tested for purity and potency to ensure proper quality and correct mg. per capsule.

I’ve always just used Cycle Assist, even on multiple orals at once. I figured TUDCA on top would cover me everywhere and potentially add in something like Cardiovascular Support XT, mainly cause I want to do more to keep my heart healthy in general. I will monitor BP, but I’ve also got Cialis and Propranolol for any minor issues I may get. I know neither one is ideal for blood pressure but if those don’t handle it, I can get ahold of some stronger RX or drop the Anavar altogether.

Cardiovascular Support XT is a great product for overall cardiovascular health and support, and it will help support healthy blood pressure levels.

Blood Pressure Support XT is great for blood pressure and if you have issues with it during your cycle, a lot of people have reported good results quickly from it.

fasted morning cardio today, was finally able to get myself up and wanting to go which is nice to get that portion out of the way. Hoping I can continue to have the energy to do so for these last 4 weeks. I was actually kind of excited to wake up and do it which is pretty wild for me.

Did 300mcg AOD and 600mg L Carnitine before. Still feeling a little more warm after the AOD dosing.

Done about 250mcg GHRP-2 a couple nights now, nothing really to note on those. Will give a 500mg shot a try tonight maybe, but wasn't sure I would get much out of it without a GHRH with it.

Weight jumped a pound this week. I’m sure cardio will increase 🥲

unsure if maybe ghrp-2 could be causing me to hold water since I’m taking right before bed then weighing in the morning? May hold off on it anymore until the end of the cut.

Ghrp2 or ghrp6 gave me some bloat... or maybe both did, but at least one of them lol

I’m thinking that’s what it is, I stopped for now.

I have been eating an extra 100g broccoli a day, but that has been 2 weeks going now and should only be negligible calories. On top of that I have done one extra 40 minute bout of cardio so two a day the last 2 weeks.

Unless you are almost at the end of the cut where you want to peak your look by a deadline why stop the peptides because of a little bloating? They are still increasing GH and fat burning even if causing bloat. Just finish them up and then the water will fall off in a couple days after you are done revealing the extra fat loss you earned from the peptides.

Also looking good in that pic brother!

I was thinking the same thing. We are stopping the cut on November 1, no significance just an arbitrary date that is a few weeks past my level of “okay I think I’d be okay stopping now”

only reason I decided to stop to your point is to see if that’s actually the problem, 4 weeks is plenty of time to do what you’re saying I’d think but I also want to really make the last 4 count, so if I need to drop calories I want to know or see if it’s just the peptides causing water retention, if that makes sense.

coach didn’t say one way or another, just wants another update in a few days so no changes. I figured this little time left he may just say yeah go ahead and drop calories and/or increase cardio to get that last little bit off.

Got ya, I mean if it increased and you are in a deficit then I think we know it came from the peptides not the calories. I would imagine your coach would know that plus if you are on a schedule to lose and aren't dropping or even gaining I would imagine he would make an adjustment down anyway. By the way the water weight would drop off quickly not a matter of weeks. Those peptides are in and out of the system.

Fasted cardio again this morning, may add more tonight outside of direction just because I feel guilty for my cheat meals.
Last night cheat meal was NY Strip with Baked Potato fat free cheese, zero calorie ranch and a little pack of some cake bites which is what will always get me because that’s like 1500 calories itself. The actual meal itself was within my normal calories for the day

2 days off the GHRP2 and I’m bloated as hell, granted cheat meal last night will leave me that way for another day or two. Will see what happens this Wednesday/ Thursday.
Can’t get bronkaid in Arkansas, but needing something quick for appetite suppression as it’s been bad lately. Lol so if you know anyone in Northwest Arkansas willing to buy me some bronkaid with their state ID, I’d be willing to meet lol

Coach went ahead and dropped daily calories, cut carbs, a little bit of each meal and swapped out whole eggs to only use egg whites in the morning. Overall about 180 calorie loss each day.

Nothing major, but I do feel like maybe I’m plateaued a bit and I really don’t want to increase cardio anymore if I don’t have to. I’m assuming we’ll see how this week goes then readjust.

I am still running six pumps of Ursa gel each day with two full bottles left. Contemplating upping that to eight pumps a day or just drop it down to four and stretch it out longer?

I am going to attempt to keep cheap meals closer to normal calorie range for the day, - one Halloween party I am going to in a couple of weeks. I won’t drink, but I know there’s gonna be snacks.

I hate to say it out loud, but I have been drinking four, if not five, zero sugar sodas a day trying to stay full 😬

How many calories are you at a day?

What kind of soda is that? Maybe to lower the load of aspartame, swap out a couple of those for Zevia? I love the orange ones.

That's nonsense... If he isn't having an obvious bad reaction then there is Zero as in Coke Zero reasons to cut out the diet sodas. Some men need to pick up their purses and pull their balls back out of them. Worrying about nonsensical things like sugar alcohols. If you look at the things higher in risk for cancer than aspartame, you will see that going outside is a higher risk of causing cancer. If you are one of the few who has a side effect from non-nutritive sweeteners then don't use the ones that bother you specifically. Otherwise the worst thing about sodas is the high acidity. People just worry about too much small stuff and wonder why they are stressed out. It would take like 28* diet cokes a day over a long period of time to get to anywhere near any levels that triggered any issues in studies.

Also there is nothing safer about Stevia because it is natural. Look at the list of side effects including ocular migraines and forgetting things. Besides the idea natural things are healthier for you is silly. Black Mamba venom is natural but it will kill you quick and horribly.
