Mostly Iron Legion cutting/recomping log!

Alright so, due to various circumstances including my inability to stick to a diet when things get stressful, I've gained quite a bit of weight over the past few months. Anyway, I'm a huge fan of Iron Legion so for my cut I'll be running: XI-KT (1ml daily), VII-KT (1ml daily) and Virtus (.5ml daily) sadly, it's my last bottle of XI-KT so I won't be able to run it high, but I picked up two bottles of an 11oxo product at a local supplement store, but it's 300mg 11oxo and 75mg dhea (why I'm running Virtus) and I'll be running that product for 8 weeks.

Cycle Support: I'm not running anything methylated and I have Virtus for my ai so I just cobbled together my own general health stack including, 600mg nac, 1.3g milk thistle extract (50% sylimarin) 3g garlic extract, 200mg coq10.

Diet: I shoot for 250g protein, 200g carbohydrate and 40g fat.

I'll be using my bathroom scale to measure body fat changes (I know they're inaccurate, but I just want to see the number going down)

This long won't be remotely scientific, I'll be taking other supplements (protein, creatine, multi vitamin, eaa's, preworkouts and maybe some others) the whole time and I'll try to update the log 3/4 times a week. With all that out of the way, let's go! I'll post my first workout today.

Oh snap, just like that, it's been a week. If you're following along, sorry about that, but we've got 7 weeks yet! Anyway, this week I changed up my training and I've been doing warm-up then 10/8/5/3/1 for my big three lift of the day, and then for all my auxiliary work, I'm using a weight light enough that it gets fairly difficult around rep 15 and using a stop watch I just bang out as many reps as I can for a full minute, followed by 45 seconds rest and I do that 5 times. Let me tell you, by that fifth time, I'm feeling about ready to die but the pumps are pretty great. Also I've decided to add one full session dedicated to cardio per week, in fact I just finished it up, what I did (and probably what it always will be) is 1 hour plus warm up and cool down of walking on the elliptical machine at the highest incline with resistance set to 15/20.

As for how I'm feeling, things are going great, I'm really trying to push my workouts beyond what I normally would do and I'm not feeling beat up, recovery has been outstanding. With 11keto there isn't really an on feeling or at least I haven't noticed one in the past, but I would say my mood is improved, so that's a plus.

Last but not least, a progress report: due to my own choices on how I handled my diet in reaction to a family situation, I gained 30 pounds of water and fat between October and January and at the end of week one, I'm officially down 5 pounds and 1% body fat . . . Assuming the bf scale is accurate

Hey thanks for checking in, mate! Well I ended up getting another bottle of XI-KT and upping the dose to 1.5ml for a total of 6 weeks on. I only lost that initial 5 pounds but dropped 3% body fat. So I feel pretty good about it all in all. I stopped updating the log because it seemed like there wasn't any interest, but it went well, no sides of any kind.
