Excited for you that you are getting the chance to get that one last fight you really wanted in. That is awesome that it worked out for you. Do you know if there will be any youtube or streaming or anything? Would love to see you in action. It's all working out, heavy cut, fight, then full on bulk to the biggest bodybuilder you can be, or have you rethought the big bulk after?
I'm trying for this event, November in our own event and 1 more possibly in January. After I get my fix IL go back on cycle and I'm not trying to cut down this far again.

I figured I'm already in striking distance of this weight clasd so let's roll,

I don't really know anything for certain, I don't even have a opponent yet. I just know they want me to fight on the 28th of October. There aiming for 16 fights and as of right now there's only 5 or 6 gurenteed. If I fight I will have over 200ppl coming myself. When it's over IL have someone upload it to youtube. Plus every event has 2 or 3 actual people filming because they sell copies of the individual fights to the boxers so they can watch there own fights

Went grocery shopping at 8am, the plan was home by 9, eat and gym from 10:30-12ish

Daughter had to be somewhere at noon so I skipped breakfast, slugged a coffee, mixed up eaas and creatine and hit the gym at 945-10 so I could be done in time to pick her up. In the process the gym owner had to run and I was the only guy there with a key and I'm not gonna say no because they let me do pretty much whatever I want there.

Squats 4x15 up to 195

12 rep chins and 3-5 rep deadlifts 4 sets working up to 12/305×3

Incline db press for 15 working up to 60's (warm up sets) single arm with no counter weight 60×8/8, back to 60's ×15, drop set to 50's ×15, drop to 40's ×26

Db suitcase carry 85lbs×50 yards each hand

Hammer curl 40's ×10×3
Barbell skull krushers 85×10×3

DB punches 60 rep sets of straight punches, hooks and uppercut with 5's, 10's and 20's had to takeva 10 sec break twice with the 20's lol

Had to leave to bring my daughter and get back to lock up. Stopped at taco bell cus I was pinched for time and all 3 of my beef burrito were cold. Not room temp but cold like they came out a fridge. I checked my receipt and it was only thirteen minutes from the time I ordered them till I sat down to eat them And it's 75° and humid, it's so impossible for them to get that cold unless they pulled them out a fridge I literally took the bag and projectile flung it across the gym and somehow got it in the trash bucket lol.

I got a chicken and white rice meal in and I'm still running around these damn kids. I bought more protein powder and those protein granola bars I use to eat so that I can keep them in the car when **** like this happens.

Tomorrow I'm eating off menu all day. Taking my kids and there friends to 6 flags

You have to order with a modification if you want a higher chance of fresh food. Like no onions or something deleted so they can’t just add to something already made.

No, but do you feel like GH improves your rest from sleep? It doesn’t help me sleep, I just felt like I was getting more from my sleep when I would use 2iu before bed.
When I was running it I ran it in the am, I never tried pm because my post workout meal is right before bed

You got a good workout in, even the middle of all the taxi driving for the kids. My wife and I got to where we literally hate drive throughs, because your usually in a hurry and they get it wrong so often. Well enjoy Six Flags….we have a Six Flags here in Georgia, and this old man still loves riding roller coasters with the Grandkids.👍
 
Have you guys tried ghrp 2 and/ or 6 for sleep?
Like 100 years ago I tried both of these, one made me hungry and the other I didn't notice anything. I've got 3 bottles of hexaralin I've been thinking about using pre workout and before bed and see what happens. I got no other use for it and it was free. I did notice hex gives good pumps but that's all I noticed out the one bottle I used pre workout mixed with bpc in my knee.

I could tell my girl was in the mood last night and I was pretty tired and had ate a 20mg edible and was pretty stoned. I noticed in my mini fridge there was 3mg of pt-141 left. I took a 3mg shot and I already take 7.5mg cailis daily (when I remember) but it's already in my system. I took s additional 15mg tadalifil and hoppend in the shower. Literally within 2min after I got in bed and she's trying to get comfort that 2min of unintentional contact and yep! 1hr solid, Finished once around the 20min mark and about 5min later back at it. After about a hour she had enough lol but she stuck it out. About 5min later she says, what the **** are you on!

Now I'm thinking I overdid it and she's not gonna wanna again but I was wrong she woke me up at 3am for another 20min round and as good as (without sounding too gross) but as good as everything worked last night, it was like flipping on a light switch the second time. As soon as she hinted another round it was instant.

I'm going to further experiment hopefully every weekend for a while, 3mg pt141/15mg cailis because it was fukin ridiculous. If you meet someone new and you know there coming over for that or you got a tinder or whatever you kids do lol. This might be the combo for the job 😆 🥒

Yeah, we still look strong everywhere….our quarterback is untested, but really talented, but all he has to do is get it to those horses he’s surrounded by. The offensive line is probably better than the last two years, maybe 3 first round NFL picks, and they’re massive, bigger than most of the NFL. And of course the defense is loaded. They just don’t need to overlook anybody, because there’s still a lot of good teams out there, including you guys. We’ve just got to keep them from racing their cars.🏈🏆🏆🏆

Oh yeah, Athens Georgia on game day is an awesome experience. From tailgating and grilling out to just enjoying the 100,000+ at the game, but I think Michigan still has the record for most fans at a game. But if you can go to a game down here when it’s still warm, man oh man, can’t beat the scenery…. Hot babes in short shorts, Daisy Dukes, bikinis, and even sundresses….put it this way, you wouldn’t want to take Smont’s magic combo on game day, unless you know you’re hooking up, because you’ll be walking around in “Hammer Time” mode all day.😜

Yes...dude my first year in Detroit (2017) there was a company picnic at cedar point ( its like 6 flags) em and I rode like 3 rides. That was it. I think we spent more time in the petting zoo area and checking out like eerie. We got there at 9am and I think we were gone by 2. On the way home we were like yea we're too old for amusement parks lol.

That’s funny….that big chair made me think of that scene in the movie Deadpool where Ryan Reynolds “Deadpool” is coming back after they tried to kill him, again, but he looked like the size of a toddler with an adult head, sitting on that couch and his feet dangling. Actually those are pretty cool movies. But your arms are still looking jacked.💪😎💪

My arms have gotten almost 1in smaller from 207 to 185 but the definition definitely makes them look good in pictures. I actually got some compliments from a group of random kids at the water park so I can't be that small yet. But by my own mental comparison it's rough lol. Especially when your fitted shirts have some extra room in the sleeves

You still look jacked though, being very lean with the muscle you do have is most important for looking your best. Although size obviously still gets noticed.

We had a family bday party at my Aunt’s yesterday. I had to take my son swimming, while nobody else got in but us. My aunt was telling my dad I’m now a brick shithouse

Related to your boner story, I added 10mg Trest Ace daily last Tuesday - suddenly whenever I’m hard I swear it’s bigger than ever. I’m not saying anyone should use Trest just for that as it has so many sides, but it is a “perk”.

I got super tan at 6 flags! Lol

Lots of extra carbs yesterday, all planned tho, not a cheat or screw up.

Good day yesterday. It wasn't a sweat your balls off work day. Just broke a light sweat.

Gym was 5-7 pm and was 45min lower body dominant (full body) strength work with some added volume at the end for back. Followed by 45min conditioning work at high intensity

After the gym I had 2 scoops of fruit loop flavored whey and 1.5 cups fairlife over 2 cups of rice crispies.

My girl and the kids are doing dinner without me Monday through Thursday moving forward cus I'm In the gym later now, but she actually waited to eat with me and was kinda mad I wouldn't eat her soup and sandwiches so for My last meal I had a grilled ham and cheese on rye (was supposed to be chicken rice and a orange) and I had a 4oz piece of chicken on the side and a 20oz blackberry flavored club soda 0 cal

Obviously the grilled cheese wasn't on the plan but total calories for the day were on point.

So recap high day food

Fruit smoothie with 3 different protein sources and some almonds

6oz turkey breast in a jumbo wrap with some Greek yogurt dressing and vegetables, and a orange.

High protein granola mix with my Greek yogurt cup

1serv eaa, creatine, gym session.

80gm protein with 2 cups rice crispies

Small bowl of homemade soup (,steak chunks and vegetables in the soup, a grilled gam and cheese on the foreman grill knockoff and a little chicken breast.

240gm protein

I'm also on 8 pumps of Ursa and I'm staying at 8 and I like it.

Triton I haven't been really giving a fair chance, at first I was using it pre workout 5x a week and some days were low carbs 5 in a row then a refeed and sometimes pumps were amazing but twords the end of the week completely depleted they were meh and lately I've been missing applications of triton because I've had to go straight to gym from work or just forgot.

So I'm laying off triton for the next 2 weeks and on my vacation I'm gonna use triton at 8 pumps each day to isolate it when I'm not depleted and tending to 50 other things.

So for the apex guys, loving URSA, and I'm not really sure on triton because I got too many things causing ups and downs those first weeks. Will revisit triton after a short brake. I might need to grab another bottle of triton too cus I got the small one.

Anyone know how many weeks it's been? I'm guessing 7 or 8 weeks.

The funny part is my diet is nothing special. I kept a baseline of protein to make sure I got at least my bodyweight in protein so pretty much 185-200most days although I'm still aiming higher hence the 240 yesterday. I lowered calories by about 200 every sticking point. Moved carbs around to improve insulin sensitivity (at least in the beginning) and did what most would consider excessive cardio which I do if we're talking bodybuilding. But let's be real, 99% of us are not bodybuilders trying to hold on to Jay Cutler muscle. And even tho my cardio is a lot, I do a lot of resistance with my cardio.

Ya I was in the water park for 2-3 hours. The rest of the day I had a cut sleeve t.

But back to what you said, and it's the reason I get so frustrated. Joe Shmo who's barely spent time in the gym and is 30% bodyfat wants all these intricate details on drugs and supplements and what time of day should I take my clen and tren and I can't loose weight but I eat like a average American and can only exercise 2 days a week.

Eat less, move more. No1 in history ever got fatter doing so.

I had been running ursa, epichaos, and triton all first thing in the morning after shower, then taking the triton and epichaos in my gym bag to reply 30-60minutes preWO (so 5 pumps a.m., 5 more later). Verdict is out of course, but it does seem like energy was higher and pumps were insane. (stacked with PA XT though)

I was honestly surprised but definitely noticed similar results with the xpg alpha gel. wakes me up at 3:30am every single day

That's great to hear, on vacation IL start it back up and IL do the exact same 5+5. I may try hyperion after triton, with more Ursa and recomp20 by sns. That would be 4-6 weeks starting end of September.

Dude for the last month I've been doing an hour of cardio after 90 minutes of weights during the week. And on the weekends an hour fasted I the morning and another hour on the afternoon/ evening after weights. So that's 30 days straight of atleast an hour a day. On top of under 200 grams if carbs and eventually 100. It's hard and it sucks being hungry all the time but both you and I have completely transformed ourselves in under 8 weeks but no one asks that they ask what im on. I'm on a brutal workout and diet program, that's what I'm on !! The other day when I was at my parents my dad had me hit a few poses and he was like yea you need to get back on stage...it's been a long time scince he's said that to me

that's a great way of putting it, minimum 30hrs per month of cardio on your cut.
I wonder if a long 3-5hr hike fasted on say a Saturday morning would help cut some cardio sessions down to say 30minutes instead of 60+. the amount of time you are putting in is awesome, I think that's one of the things that sets a lot of people back is finding the time for quality work

Dude for the last month I've been doing an hour of cardio after 90 minutes of weights during the week. And on the weekends an hour fasted I the morning and another hour on the afternoon/ evening after weights. So that's 30 days straight of atleast an hour a day. On top of under 200 grams if carbs and eventually 100. It's hard and it sucks being hungry all the time but both you and I have completely transformed ourselves in under 8 weeks but no one asks that they ask what im on. I'm on a brutal workout and diet program, that's what I'm on !! The other day when I was at my parents my dad had me hit a few poses and he was like yea you need to get back on stage...it's been a long time scince he's said that to me
I haven't tracked cardio completely but there's at least 6 hours of hiit cardio and 2 hours of steady state cardio each week. I dont think i could handle doing 1 hour on a treadmill or stsir climber tho. It would be mentally very challenging for my adhd lol. I've even been cutting down rest periods on my lifting.

After vacation I'm gonna do 15min-45min jogs fasted every morning as soon as I wake up. That should allow me to keep the food up and stay around 188-190 and as I increase from 15 to 30 to 45 it should have the scale moving without lower cals.

I have noticed that my depleted days at 183 to 185 I look small and stringy but 185-190 full of food I actually look pretty damn good and I need to stop getting in my own head. I'm at home complaining about the way I look sometimes when I catch myself in the mirror and everyone else thinks I sound ridiculous and there probably right. But my daughter definitely noted how much some carbs water and 5 or 6lbs makes a difference in how I look.
 
Did something new yesterday too, clean and press the weight overhead and on the back for squats. 4x8. But that's not the exercise.

You squat and on the way up explode into a push press from behind the neck, lower it back to behind the neck and that's 1 rep. Once we get to the working sets I just put the bar into the squat rack but it was a good explosive movement that surprisingly didn't bother the shoulders except for when the nerve randomly pinches. Yep that's still a thing! We did pause deadlifts superset with some weird push up variations. High pull/bent row supersets and a few other things for legs and shoulders and I added some extra back stuff at the end.

Yea that's pretty gnarly I'd have to double my cardarine dose tho to handle that tho lol

Yea you're easily doing that much cardio. The thing that's saving me is podcasts. 12 years ago those weren't a thing yet so anything past 30 minutes was unbearable. Most bodybuilding podcasts are over an hour so that gets me through. Whether it's fouad's or drugs n stuff or all the others that we all watch. It's why I don't understand when the new guys on here don't study up on this stuff. Just watch a vigorous Steve video or big Paul video why doing cardio. You'll get cut and learn about gear at the same time. And I find it motivates me to go longer. If it's really interesting I won't stop ull keep going which only means I get to eat more later

Very demanding and I don't believe I went above 135 on that squat and press thing either. Pause deadlifts I kept light as I've never really done them the way I was shown yesterday so I treated it like a skill learning thing and topped out at 185.
 
So I got here to Vegas on Wednesday and in the 42 years I've been alive my mom gave me the best compliment she ever has when she called me a brick sh!thouse lol
