Accountability check in. I had a binge last night.

I started off the day with my protein +coffee,
Small Cesar salad with 8oz chicken breast, Greek yogurt and 10gm eaa, 6oz ground beef and 3 straps of bacon.

Kids came home with ice cream Sundays 🍦, I proceeded to eat about a 1800 calorie Sunday with crumbled Oreos on top and 20oz fairlife milk. I'm feeling it today.

But..... 186.0 lbs 😆
 
well it sounds like you should eat more ice cream sundays to help accelerate this cut 😅
something about Caesar salad, it's the number one thing I tend to crave when I'm fasting or cutting.

every once in a while I'll try that Waldens stuff, my wife got on it cause it's 0 cal but damn it can get expensive fast. like $7-10 for small containers of it so that's another reason why I tend to go hot sauce on all my meals lol.

Yep, hot sauce, and or mustard for me on most things.
 
Is the waldens stuff hood? I usually go with mustard and sugar free ketsup. The g Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce is really good.
 
When I get back from Vegas I'm gonna order some of ross Flanigan's sauces. I'm gonna get a few of those and thr variety pack of bowl of gains his company makes too. I'll let you guys know

I recall a study on aspartame causing cancer in rats, where the amount dosed was the equivalent of like 2,000 diet cokes a day for a human. I've had a hard time finding that study again.
I remember that like way long ago.in fact it used to say something like "may cause cancer on laboratory animals" on like really old sweet and low packets ,then they changed it

Right now yea dude I'm down to only 50 carbs pre workout and 50 post workout but hey I'm 200 pounds and stage ready so you gotta do what you gotta do. That's injectable l carnatine from chase irons I do a cc of his (600 mg) and there's 400 I a cc of super shredder so I get my 1000mg in per day. Trust me if your doing over an hour on the stepmill after training you'd need it to
 
I had 300gm of carbs yesterday since I screwed up the day before and made those 2 days count as my carb up.

Today's weight is 185.9

I'm getting small 😆 my waist is down to 32 inches but I still got this layer of a little fat, I'm also noticing my skin elasticity is not what it use to be and I'm really considering hgh after I get back from vacation. I do have a plethora of gh peptides and maybe some of those can help but I'm thinking after I finish the apex stuff

By the way, I'm liking Ursa a lot. I think IL be grabbing another 60ml bottle

But after the initial bottle is finished I think 2-3iu gh may become a regular thing for meInvalid Link Removed

One is chase irons injectable carnatine ( he had a special on it) the other on the far right is super shredder from AA. I know you won't use their stuff but this is legit. Vigorous Steve did a video on it

Damn dude you're catching up to me with the quickness and you're not running what I am ( which just goes to show its diet, discipline, and effort). You should ride this into October and then run an off-season program with me until the end of the year. As soon as i get back from Vegas I'm gonna put in an order for mast e and some eq ( still have a good amount of test e on hand )

I'm not running any cycles till next year, I'm actually gonna be going back and forth a bit but I have a obligation in October, November and January that require me to weight 178lbs. And not be on steroids lol. You know why

Dude totally..so every morning when im getting dressed for work and cooking my breakfast I listen to his q and as and he totally is. Like if someone isn't independently wealthy like him then they shouldn't be using gear. I'm just like dude we all can't have private nurses come to our house to give us I.v's and do bloodwork. It's like he forgot how the real world works
 
You can speak to this better than I can because you seem like a really good dad and I will never be a parent but if he gets his wife pregnant I think I'll actually feel a little sorry for that kid. There's no way it'll have any sort of normal childhood with a dad like that. The kid will be doing monthly bloodwork by the time he's 5 years old. We'll be on a keto diet and fasting when he's 7 smh

Lately he's very full of himself, I also noticed that anytime someone who probably doesn't use English as a first language asks a question and its not worded correctly he immediately starts talking **** about there Grammer and whatever else. The other day someone was asking how to fix there bloodwork and Steve said stop being a fat ass, for christ sakes man have some self respect and take care of yourself. All I could think was that I agree but you don't have to act like that lol.

Here's the short version. I'm staying around 184-186. No more dramatic ups from the carb up.

I'm gonna start carb back loading tomorrow. I'm gonna keep it simple and allow 200 carbs around the training window 5x week and every other meal is still meat, fruit, vegetables, Greek yogurt. Training 5x week with 2 real rest days (my knees and ankles are taking a beating)

I'm still doing PPL style for the most part but it's more like a full body workout where one day is push focused. One pull focused and one with legs and core strength being the focus.

3 weeks till vacation

Question. Would anyone have a problem with me using anadrol for 5 days lol. September 10-15

I wanna carb load with 150mg drol day or 2 before my vacation and take 50mg with a big breakfast each day I'm there. I don't really know if I'm gonna be lean enough to make use of the drol on a carb load but I thought I could glycogen load 8-10lbs of what looks like muscle if I time it right.

It's more mental then anything, I'm just feeling really skinny lol.

Bro I'm doing the same thing with the drol. I have 10 pills left so I'm gonna use them when I'm in Vegas as I carb up. Oh yea here's some progress pics after 10 days

That Anadrol with carbs should be just what the doctor ordered for that vacation fullness. You’ll probably look 20lbs bigger.👍

Today is my cheat day. Soooooooo icee cream it is! I’m only doing a carb containing meal post work out consisting of 1/2 cup of brown rice w 1 lb of tips or 90% lean ground beef w 2 slices of ‘Merican cheese, 750mg berberine, and 250 chromium. Roughly 18 mgs of Mk-677 and I do an after workout smoke session to keep me only a little left of center! Struggle is real w the ghrelin monster as the bad angel on my shoulder. 2nd degree torn tricep in muscle belly and tie in on 7-09-23 so trying to behave.

If I could make a suggestion, ditch the brown rice and eat white rice. You will thank me later.
 
Contrary to popular belief Brown rice isn't really healthy. We can't fully digest it and we don't actually absorb any of the additional nutrients. It does more harm then good

To me brown rice is like someone mixed white rice with dirt. Id rather have quinoa or amaranth tbh, but then Id actually rather not.
