I personally wouldn't feel comfortable recommending beta blockers. Don't get me wrong, they work, but that's the problem. There's a lot of potential for interactions, and using them alongside something else which also lowers blood pressure could cause additive effects. Thus causing blood pressure and heart rate to drop to the other extreme. Never do it yourself with beta blockers unless you have sought professional medical advice first.
This is one of those where I too recommend stopping the pre.
The others KvanH suggested are good to go. In fact, I personally use all of them (not always stacked or in combination), with some phenibut to taper off some pre workouts at the end of a heavy training day
