I remember at that point I was going very low carbs several days a week and then having one high carb day And one dine out meal per week like Chinese food but actual restaurant, not a take out windowSpeaking of which you're probably high single digits on the picture, 10 % max, for your delts to be that striated and have that much separation for sure your b.f was that low. I don't even have to see your abs/ low back and hamstrings to tell. You look full as well tho, was that pic taken after a high carb day or after a cheat day?
