Speaking of which you're probably high single digits on the picture, 10 % max, for your delts to be that striated and have that much separation for sure your b.f was that low. I don't even have to see your abs/ low back and hamstrings to tell. You look full as well tho, was that pic taken after a high carb day or after a cheat day?
Probably taken after a shoulder workout but can't remember exactly what was going on diet wise. I remember at that point I was going very low carbs several days a week and then having one high carb day And one dine out meal per week like Chinese food but actual restaurant, not a take out window

I can't find any that line up with that time frame, I do have pictures of my abs when i'm probably closer to twelve percent body fat. My bottom abs don't really exist lol

Just curious, did you run reversal protocol (did it work)? Or did you opt for the $9k zone 1 gyno removal? That's the quote I got recently for a lesser amount in that same zone 1.

I've been able to really reduce mine from a 1.5" diameter state, like that to pretty much nothing flat, but there still a little tissue remaining.

You guys aren't understanding what i'm saying, And I was exaggerating a bit with the twenty five percent body fat. You can have abs and be fluffy at least in my opinion. I consider 15% bf fluffy, That's pretty much where I am most of the year I guess, And that's what she likes. But when my muscles are separated and there's veins popping out everywhere she finds it gross. The large majority of women I know find the veins gross, Even chicks who compete in fitness and bikini themselves i've heard say that. They prefer an off season look versus a contest look.

When I say fluffy I'm not talking about general population fat ass, I'm just saying what the fitness community considers fluffy. I'm pretty sure everyone's significant other perfers them in shape.
Ahh got you, that makes more sense. You still have abs but just not ripped. Yeah definitely not what I was calling fluffy. My wife does like that look, as well as leaner and more vascular, she just doesn’t like the fluffy fat look.

Raloxifene and exemestane. In the past I did just ralox, 60,60,30,30 but the last time that wasn't enough, I had to drop test to 100, I used exem @12.5 a day for like 2 weeks and 100mg ralox a day, then dropped exem and did another 50 ralox for a month. It's been gone for a while now but it always comes back. From My experience you can shrink it to a unnoticeable size but it always comes back eventually and I think if you want it completely gone you need surgery. I'm avoiding surgery until it's necessary.

It's my explanation that was misleading. I talk about things like I view them sometimes, especially on the forum. But me being my own worst critic and a little bit of body dystrophy doesn't help me paint a accurate picture sometimes

There's a reason san Diego is America's "fittest" city. Its borderline mandatory there ( atleast it used to be haven't lived there in a while but yea as far as girls under 25 , I see them with these boys, I refuse to call them men, and I'm like how in the hell do you find that attractive, I get not finding a hard-core bodybuilder attractive, but it's like the girls are more manly then the guys they're with but like yiu said when that's what you grow up with thats all you know on top of this woke b.s pop culture telling them what's attractive and how all masculinity is toxic

I'm avoiding it but I want it done, mainly because I like testosterone, I have no issues putting everything on the back burner for other compounds and using like a gram of test with some gh and call it a wrap. But I don't like pounding ai and I can only handle about 450 test without one. At least in the past.

I don’t like the idea of cruising with an AI, but I’m not sure how big of a difference in lipids, joint & brain health it’s going to actually be if estradiol is kept at comparable levels with an AI vs mast, primo, eq? Especially using Exemestane.

My bigger concern personally with using big doses of test and more AI would be DHT conversion and prostate health longterm. And shedding, because I think I’m going to have my hair longterm if I play it conservative but the times I’ve used Proviron I do shed some.

Same. 3-6x a week usually. If it’s heavy training I’m using my CEO blend from Derelstrength for 140-160mg choline, so it’s like 70-80mg carnitine. More volume days are either 200mg l-carnitine, or sometimes 400mg Stampede from AA.

Fasted cardio is usually 500-1000mg randomly (like the cardio lol).

Yeah I really started playing around with all the doses after reading some of the stuff that I'm pretty sure you showed me lol

I will say about 600 daily had me drenched in the gym and less tired during sets, 1200 was better but I realized quickly How much of this stuff? I was gonna burn through if I did 1200 A-day. Even 300 had a decent effect during my workouts. If your not normally a big sweater (I'm normally not when lifting) but 300 will still have me sweating double time, and if I hit a boxing workout I'm soaked to my socks

Good to know scince I actually sweat pretty easy. Altho scince I've been staying lean I don't sweat nearly as much during weights and don't at work at all anymore ( thank God) this is how I know most people way underestimate body fat % because I thought I was around 15 or 16, wrong!! Because if i was at that i wouldn't have been sweating like I was. Cardio still has me soaking wet tho. I doubt that will ever change but I'm cool with that

The more muscle you have the more work cardio is. I'm not a big dude but compared to the guys at the boxing gym I have a very significant amount more muscle that all of them. Guess who always gasses out first✋️

Last year when I stopped lifting for those last 2 months and got down to 185 I noticed how much easier (still very hard) but by comparison so much easier and less effort to get through the rounds.

I was doing 10 rounds @3 min on 30 sec rest hitting the heavy bag 2 weeks out. Wednesday this week I barely made it through 4 rounds

The amount of AMP in it is radically underdosed. It should be 10x the amount/serving. I’ve messaged them about it, that it’s a totally insignificant joke amount, but AA doesn’t seem to care about anything besides profit.

That being said, taking a full cc (400mg L-Carn & the ATP in there) does seem to provide better endurance than carnitine solo preWO, so I would say the ATP makes the difference. Stampede is overpriced greatly, but it is a decent preWO boost.

Betterthroughbiology has solo ATP and I would definitely use them over AA for carnitine or glutathione, because the owner is a public coaching figure who is actually knowledgeable (he went after Tom Platz’s squat rep record a while back).

I got some straight L-Carn from real-peptides recently but won’t try it until I go through the old Behemoth stuff, so idk if it’s good or not. But it’s what Alex Kikel uses and it was affordable.

I haven't weighed myself in 4 weeks ( before I added tren) and I went into the gym thinking I was around 205 just based on the drastic changes in my physique. I was 208 4 weeks ago and this morning I was 212!!! Obviously the scale is not the end all be all but that's a huge difference. Before you could hardly see my serratus and yiu couldn't see my intercostals now yiu can see both without even flexing. I can see my lat all the way to the lower insertion point and i have complete separation between my hams and glutes.

I love stampede from AA...the pumps and endurance are sweet.

Profit is all they care about for sure, that's why the keep making a bunch of useless injectable vitamins so a bunch of morons can shoot up there vitamin c instead of taking a daily vitamin.
I was trying to support another member buy using AA and picking up stuff with there discounts but I had 2 bad experiences and so did my buddy. First I had 2 bottles of dmz show up unsealed, nothing. They made the batch twisted the cap on and sent it out. I actually still used it like a dumbass and it worked but meh, not cool. Then I got a bottle of something (injectable) that had a few particles of who knows what floating in it. I trashed that obviously. I also has someone share a similar story and the trest was 20% underdosed, take that last part with a grain of salt because I didn't ask to see the test results, I just took his word. Not happy, won't buy anything from AA in the future.

Long workout today, I've never really followed any kind of PW training by the book, I always alter it. But these guys are very meticulous about these things so I'm just following along.

Today I did the mits for the Parkinsons people again and hopped in to there full body power today. I thought they only bench and squat on Saturday but today was.....

Not gonna list warm up sets because we did a lot of them lol. And rest periods are looooong! So me being me I did pull ups between most warm up sets. Probably did 60-70 wide grip chins lol

BENCH 235x7 285×3×3
CLOSE GRIP 185×15

SQUAT 285X×6, 315×3×3, 225×15

OHP 135×6×3

DEADLIFT 315×5, 405×3

Then I did 4 rounds on the heavy bag and some mobility work.

I don't consider the shoulder work here to be much stress or volume so IL probably still hit shoulders (mostly side delts) and arms Tomorrow.

The weights I picked today were the same weight one of the guys was using because there "easy ish" for me in the rep ranges were training but I know there progression is heading twords numbers I'd like to hit.

I'm also gonna turn the gas up on the gear in about a week or so.

Hoping to get my bench back up to snuff and be pulling 550 for a single in 10 weeks or more.

I want this strength so I can transfer it to BB workouts. And I got no serious pain outside of the knees but I been hitting them with the bpc tb combo the past few days and there already feeling better. Like surprisingly better.

I was talking more about the structure. My top 4 get deep separation but the bottom 2 are kinda combined and just flat flaten out. Good Men's physique guys have this perfect abdominal structure that you gotta be born with.

Good because I wasn't sure if it was reasonable to do both togther, but because my bench was stronger 6 months ago I figured that will come back easy and the deadlfts and squats would be where the real effort lies. I been working on grip strength during the week too so I don't need to rely on straps with my working weights. So far I think it's helping

Dude those long rest periods would drive me nuts. These kids at my gym who think they're powerlifters will just there and eat their sour patch kids and mess around on IG or whatever. Its gotten to the point where I'm like we'll front squats on the max rack today because I can get through half my leg day by the time these dudes get in 2 sets of squats

Keep the squat intensity/RPE in check; focus your mental energy, intensity, & the bolus of your recovery on your deadlift and accessories that feed that more directly.

There is a lot of crossover between the movements and their accessories, so when distributing your time and effort, save it more for the deadlift if that’s more important to you.

Still need to eat more, I'm down to 205 as of this morning but I look bigger and my energy levels are great so I don't wanna change too much. Normally I would opt for more food buy this time I'm opting for more gear lol

Dude those long rest periods would drive me nuts. These kids at my gym who think they're powerlifters will just there and eat their sour patch kids and mess around on IG or whatever. Its gotten to the point where I'm like we'll front squats on the max rack today because I can get through half my leg day by the time these dudes get in 2 sets of squats
Good powerlifters try not to let themselves get distracted between sets! You rest as long as you need to recover to hit the weights intended, but time resting should be spent preparing mentally.

Most people at a commercial gym don’t train as intensely as they could probably benefit.

This is in response to "most ppl at commercial gyms don't train intensely"

That's a understatement. Most of them go to the gym, They don't actually do anything productive there but they go to the gym a lot lol.

That's why I did pull ups between sets lol, only on warm up sets tho. If you think about it though, You're pulling close to your three rep max or benching close to your three rep max, If you want to do that for multiple sets then you got to rest waayyy longer then trying to get a pump. My normal rest is only about 1min, these guys had me doing 2-5min

Exactky...it's why I called them wannabes, no psychological motivation or preparation either on the phone or grab assing around. The funny thing is they're all skinny noodle boys who " powerlift" to make themselves feel better about themselves
