I have not, but I’ve heard it’s a good dry anabolic compound for lean mass and strength. I’ve heard it compared a bit to Mast Prop, Tren Ace, and Var. I’ve also heard to expect some PIP.

I would definitely try it some time because I do well on dry compounds like mast, but I don’t have access to it.
I'd love to try it too but I've never seen a single source carry it, never even seen raws for sale

Week nine update:

I’m not sure where my strength is at tomorrow I should have a better gauge. But I’m pretty beat up from the competition so we’ll see how everything feels.

I noticed some extra aggression that ive had to be mindful of. I do notice a mental boost, confidence & aggression.

Also noticing more sweating in general.. maybe the trest. No night sweats though

What are you thinking about upping the Trest for, or adding Msten or Stenbolone? I mean what is the goal of the cycle going forward now that this comp is done? Another coming soon, or just general strength work for a while, or particularly trying to add more size/bodyweight?

More strength. this cycle started late and im not done. ideally, i would have timed it so my last week was the week of the competition but health issues prevented me. So yeah, strength. Theres always another tournament. Plus its fun to pull with friends.

If i had my way, id not add any size but only strength. but calories make strength - so i bulk. I'll probably bulk to 195/205 then cut down to 187/176 to bring my new strength down a couple classes.

week 9.

Noticed some extra strength. My shoulder and entire right arm is trashed from the tournament. My fingertips hurt, wrist, forearm elbow, tricep/bicep, shoulder. BUT i was able to put up 140 (on each side) for 4 reps incline press machine, hammer strength. not a PR but its a slight improvement.

Yeah! theres a ton of cool people. I wish more people knew about the sport because i think it would be more popular. I found a group about an hour away that i practice with. We made our own Tshirts and club. only a couple more years now till were all national champions. Lift hand above head, flexes bicep.

Makes sense. In that case, you really want to focus on progressive strength increases. Both technical improvements and lean mass increases specific to your pulling muscles (bigger calves look good but won’t help you on the table proportionally to their weight cost).

So I would definitely lean away from an oral. It doesn’t help you to gain mainly temporary strength or size when not going into contest.

I would be looking at stacking Masteron Enanthate with the Trest Dec if you are looking to raise total dosage. Mast will add some anabolism (more total drugs) and drive neurology for better skill acquisition. Plus the way it lowers estrogen, it could allow you to get away with more Trest as well before needing more ancillaries. And it’s going to be easier on your body than almost anything else. Any weight you add from it will be lean mass (or fat, but no water weight).

Just wanted to update with a strength gain. Week 9 still. Wrist curls. I havent really done these but wrist flexion is important in arm wrestling so i started these.

A couple weeks ago when i started wrist curls, i was using 85 or so lbs for 8 reps. Last night i got 100lbs for 7 reps.

i was in an air force base gym the other day (get free membership), and i saw a for real bro-off.

There were two guys getting into it with another dude in a black tank top. I’m not really sure what happened but by the time I tuned in the guy in the black tank top was demanding that the two kids he was arguing with take their shirts off so they can compare muscle size.
These kids are standing like 30 feet apart yelling at each other across the gym, yhe dude in the black tank top, whos only like 5’9, 190 tops, is throwing up his arm flexing at the other kids and demanding they compare muscle size. Like its his first cycle and he chose tren.

the other kids are just normal kids, reacting like little thugs, but mostly normal lol.

I wonder how much this goes on at the commercial gym here, but it’s so busy with college kids I didn’t even notice it. You can definitely tell here’s a ton of kids dabbling in all kinds of stuff they’re probably not ready for.

Of course there’s always a ton of peacocking - as much the girls as the boys, but that’s the right time in life for it I suppose. I just don’t remember there being so many gold chains when I was coming up

If you wore a gold chain when I was college age, you probably got it passed down from your dad, and your grandparents were probably immigrants. Now, you have to buy one and a cross earring to sign up for a gym membership (when you get your first bottle of Tren)

I also wanted to add an anecdote. Trest feels like its actually growing me vs blowing me up. on msten, anavar, anadrol i always get super full and pumped feeling, but im not feeling that way on trest. I dont feel like im full of glycogen, i feel almost normal as far as fullness goes. but im up 17lbs. it makes me think ive put on tissue vs water glycogen. we will see when im off.

If i only add 10lbs to my important lifts, but keep all of it, id be more happy than the results of orals where i put on 20lbs but lose most when the water/glycogen leaves.

I feel maybe a repartitioning effect where (assuming i dont go overboard) i can eat fairly sloppy but still look tight.

nobodys said anything but i figure they are either impressed at the weight or have assumed im doing an incredibly dangerous ego lift lol.

What are you using to control E2 on the trest? Or is prolactin the concern on Trest?
I don't know much about this compound

Im using anastrazole 1mg a week. Its not much, and i should probably take more. Typically however, many people need raloxifine to control trest’s “methyl-E2” if i had some id be using it, i do have clomid and ill try it whenever i dig it out of storage.

prolactin is also an issue for people on trest, some need caber. I dont have caber and will avoid using it because of potential side effects. not everybody needs it

Want to note some side effects.

definite nipple soreness and lumps under the nips, one was there already, maybe another was too? will take action shortly.

I feel that there should be a different way to cycle when competing in a sport like arm wrestling. My elbow is recovering more slowly than usual and i assume its because trest slows tendon recovery. i feel like im being held back by the lack of tendon recovery.

it would probably be best to have the end of the cycle at the tournament date. Because that way you can start recovering your tendons/ligaments right away without the androgens hindering

I would take P5P to help with prolactin. It’s very effective for me with Trest, but I normally start it 2 weeks to a month before starting. It should still help though. I use SNS Inhibit P, it has a couple other ingredients too, but Now brand P5P works too. You probably should get you some Raloxifene, if you’re getting itchy nips.

How much trest ace are you using daily?

I would take P5P to help with prolactin. It’s very effective for me with Trest, but I normally start it 2 weeks to a month before starting. It should still help though. Maybe youre right lol. its not too bad atm. If its not managed with clomid ill have to order some.

been training supinators and pronators yesterday and today. never really trained them but ive learned the importance of them. was supinating 45lbs yesterday for my latter sets..

I'm trying out a new training style. Rather than having discrete workouts ive been doing arm wrestling stuff as an all day workout. I typically only do a bodypart once a week. thursday was rise (think hammer curl) and wrist curls, yesterday was rotation (supination) today is rotation (pronation).

What I've started doing is I set up a weight stack in my house and I lift it throughout the day. Just focusing on that one body part. I'll maybe do 20 sets of similar exercises that don't conflict with my typical gym routine through the day. i do more or less sets depending on how i feel. It has the benefit of putting in extra work without extra burnout. I tend to cluster my sets together so i stay warmed up. It seems to work really well. my wrist curls have risen 20lbs, supination has risen about the same in 4 weeks or so. I'm also on trest and getting newb gainz in these weird arm wrestling lifts.


I still do my M/W/F in the gym like normal, ive just added extra AW stuff.

That adding in arm wrestling specific stuff throughout the day actually works really well at building up your stamina in your arms as well.
As you get farther along in your competition and arm wrestle more and more experienced competitors stamina becomes one of the more important factors, because eventually, or you may already be in more and more competitions where everyone has good technique and strength, so it comes down to trying to gain leverage before your opponent and then stamina, whoever can last the longest and maintain strength usually wins.

Chest/shoulder/tricep focus today

my press went up at least 10lbs on each side. its an exercise i havent utilized much since ive focused on incline press. So im getting some newb gains on this i think. But the increase is nice and its more than just newb gains

i am looking different in front of a mirror. Visibily, im bigger and leaner. It says a lot because with my frame it typically takes 20lb gain to notice a difference. But in the past ive got chubby while bulking naturally.
So increase in strength, and looks.

todays gym routine was

isolateral press + 10 at least
Shoulder press + 5
Tricep extentions + 2 maybe
Reverse flys ( for outside arm wrestling ) none

will hold off on arm wrestling training till after practice on thursday

I’ve been sick The last four days. I’m down to 185 despite keeping my calories 3,000-3500. Ive had the runs but ive been eating extremely well, and ive not missed any workouts.

Feeling flat. Even a little hypo at times. My body must not be processing the food well.

working on getting more food in.

My pronation is up to 65 lbs (about the same)
supinationation is 55(+30lbs)
cup is up to 105 for 4 reps (+20lbs)
riser is up to 55lbs for 4 reps ( +5lbs)

Yeah you may be eating 3500 cal but if you have the squirts and are flat/weak you know you aren’t digesting all of that. Same thing happened to me the previous weekend. Started to pull a hammy on Wednesday because I was so depleted, despite best efforts. Had to bag the training, took a while for the virus to run it’s course & start to fill out again.

Found my old ralox. adding that in.

Im debating pulsing drol for 4 days a week on top for my last few weeks to push any extra growth. I am adding in 10mg trest ace a day for a total of 35mg ace equivalent a day (225/week decanoate +10mg ace a day), i might push it further.

Wouldnt it be cool if trest came brewed with ralox? youll need it anyway.

True lol, its too much like test. It feels nearly identical to me. If i wasnt growing lumps id think i was on test… honestly i wouldnt be surprised if i was just injecting test and estradiol

Trest Deca, that would suck. I’ve only used their Trest Ace, which has always been legit. With real Trest I get a huge libido boost, that I don’t get with Test. And I have a good libido, but it noticeably increases when I add in Trest. And it takes way less Trest than Test to build muscle for me, so if I didn’t see those two differences I would be questioning whether it was legit.

Hmmm my libido might be a bit higher, but i also take krayom daily which can reduce it (hard to tell). Im not sure that im building more lbm than test but its tough to tell because the scale weight hasnt been moving which is a food issue.

but foods been upped, if im not eating a meal i have a fist full of trail mix in my mouth 😆. We will see what happens.

If you make a bunch if pb and j sandwiches in the morning you can eat those in between meals. Jay cutler did that in the off-season to put on mass. Tastes good to. Or even pb and honey. Damn I'm hungry lol the cravings are starting to kick in. Time to stock up on sugar free jello

I did riser training yesterday (think hammer curls).

With wrist in hammer curl position, the belt around my thumb, and the belt traveling down the back of my hand (to hit pronation, risers, and thumb), i got 75lbs for something like 5 sets of 3 reps. more or less reps depending on how much rest between.

With my wrist in the hammer curl position, the belt traveling over my top knuckle and down the outside of my hand, i got 55lbs for like 9 sets of 4. mostly kept my wrist from falling

I’ve never tried 10mg, but I can say 30 definitely can hold the fort against a lot.
ive never seen anybody starting their ralox so low, maybe weve been over doing it. or maybe im just the outlier.

wrist curls have jumped up to 115 x4. Started at 75lbs or so but ive never done wrist curls so its partly noob gains. I was curling 95 for reps on tge preacher curl machine so i probably had some potential for wrist growth built from that.

Pronation jumped up to 80lbs x 4 but i also changed my form so its more comfortable. I literally felt my wrist being twisted out of place by the 80 lbs of rotation. My wrist ligaments are being pushed to near 100% i think. Will proceed with caution. I started out doing 65lbs for this a few months ago, so up 15lbs.

Switching from cut to bulk, this new style of training (1 or 2 exercises all day), abd the trest seem to be proving excellent for my puropses, contrary to how i felt a couple weeks ago.

today was chest/tri. I noticed that im more burnt out this week than last week. I thought that i could avoid burnout by spreading my lifting through the day, and it does help to a degree, but 20 sets throughout the day adds up. Now i need to figure out the best way to proceed, To deload everything this week or to avoid?

I took it easy today at the gym, i just jumped up to a top set of 145 (on each side) for my incline press machine. then i skipped most of the rest of the workout. I did what i could without hating being there (burnout).

Im going to try to avoid deloading arm wrestling stuff if i can, but i dont enjoy pushing into burnout so i can alter my plans.


No more nip sides at ralox 10mg.

Just back off the most taxing or most boring stuff. I always stay in the gym during a deload, barring a vacation or something that makes sense not to train much.

But during a deload I either lift lighter, or less volume, or less frequently - usually some combination that works for my goal/mindset. Deloading for a meet is very different from midway in a comp prep, vs off-season.

Took this fridays gym routine off. My shoulder hurts.

strength is steailly rising. i went to practice and they said i feel way strongwr. It roughed up my arm so i wasnt able to complete my wrist curl workout. I felt that i could have used 120lbs easilly but my elbow started flaring up and my strength dropped.

i was able to break 80lbs off the ground for my post/pronation exercise. (Hammer curl with weight around thumb and going down back of hand. When i started i was able to get 65 lbs.

my pronation is getting scary strong. My wrist is popping and being twisted. Lots of trndon/ligament twisting in the hand/wrist. I got 90 lbs for 7 easy reps. I could probably use 100 for low reps but my body isnt ready.

im pleased with how this is going.
