Last week 270 x 3 and 300 x singles so this is definitely a linear improvement there. Felt awesome. Spaciness gone by the time I got to the gym. Aggression and arrogance were high. Felt good!!
Weight belt stayed on 3rd hole. 4th is better up going up 6lbs on scale and keeping waist at 3rd hole is decent. Invalid Link Removed
