Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

There’s a guy I see on TikTok (I know lol) he’s running deca only at 1g/week and he’s loving it without any testosterone at all, basically getting all the good and none of the bad between both compounds. Not sure how it affects his bloodwork, he claims no issues.
 
If it’s not crashed, it will be fine.



It will give me ED is DHT isn’t kept way higher, but even then when it all works great it just mentally doesn’t really matter very much. I’m just trying to do my husbandly duties and don’t really enjoy finishing the same even. It’s really more like apathy towards sex, is what it is.



Yeah I would be down for all of those. I basically go for chocolate + anything.

Maybe not with ham though.

Bloodwork on deca only typically looks worse then test only. I know a few ppl who get no bad sides on deca only, fully functional dong. But they still have very little desire to actually use it.

Yeah poor lipids still, high bp still, no real sex drive. You don’t get the strength, body hair, hairloss that test gives, just the muscles.

Low/no estradiol also means faster brain plaque buildup.

Yea I have a policy about that too...back I'm the day nailed a high priced escort in Salt Lake city ( rather she nailed me) but I didn't pay for it, my boy who I was with did, let's just say he had plenty of cash to burn. Plenty of rich Mormon kids who were hooked on oxys ( and no it wasn't anadrol )

Waiting on 600mg/ml carnatine
More pins and slin pins.

I found a few new 3ml syringes and 12x 25g pins and 10 slin pins so I can get started with the test or eq today or tomorrow.

Will start the npp after the 19th

That’s exciting man, good luck on everything - I hope this is an awesome cycle for you! It’s not really that risky either. If EQ doesn’t cover estrogen, you can always add some test or even DHEA to raise it very quickly, and if NPP doesn’t pan out it’s gone in 4 days basically. So you should be able to tweak whatever as you go well enough.

Basically if the plan doesn't work, we just go 450/600 or 600/600 test and eq. The 600/600 is significantly more then any injectables I ran last year. I'm also gonna order more eq, Mast or Primo and some tren ace. I have bottles of injectable lgd. One way or another IL build the dose up fairly high with mostly lower risk drugs.

I'm still contemplating picking up gh if I don't get a significant boost from the igf variants

So apparently there wasn't a bomb I'm the box so that's good. Does your boy home brew the test at 300 or is it ugl? If it is what lab ( if you don't mind answering, I not it's cool )

Dude i can't tell you how much I recommend you try gh. Obviously I always go to you when I have questions or need advice but if there is one time that I want you take it from me ( no homo) it's this time. If you're getting the peptides from rep pay then obviously get them but if you have the cash get rye growth.

A member asked if eq acted like mast and primo in that regard and all three said that it didn't. There wasn't enough evidence for them to conclude that. I can't say this for certain, but it seems like it inhibits e2 for some ppl. There are definitely some ppl that can't run eq higher then test. But there's also others who don't seem to get that anti e effect.

I've always used more or equal test in the past

Based on other people’s reports, I would say it depends on the individual.

I tried running 120mg EACH of test e and EQ/wk on a cruise, and while I had some great gym sessions, I had issues with it aggravating my gyno that I needed a high dose of DIM to manage. And then after about 6 weeks my joints started getting dry and popping. When I pulled bloods after 8 weeks, estradiol was tanked and my lipids were crap because of it (despite being on a decent diet and cutting 15lbs and coming off blast, all things that typically improve lipids). My blood was already getting thicker at those baby doses, so I cut it out and tossed it.

The theory I’ve heard that makes the most sense is that EQ hogs up the aromatase enzyme more than test, and it converts to estrogen besides estradiol. So overall you still estrogen out of it, but not as much as testosterone, and no estradiol (the one that is most important for cardiovascular, brain, and libido health).

You just have to try it and see what works for you (like most AAS). I have firsthand heard multiple people have lasting anxiety issues from it, same as tren. Some people say they feel just awesome on it and it’s their favorite off-season compound besides test. I’d like to try it with a higher dose of test some day, like 500/300, but I have a lot of Masteron so I’m in no rush.

Yea I've heard about the anxiety thing as well with eq but then big Paul and Dave Crossland talk about how nandrolone can give people really bad anxiety. I've never gotten it from deca ( atleast no more than I already have naturally ) so I'm hoping I don't get it from eq either when I bump the dose up to 600 on week 4

If your bp gets too high on anything, that can also raise anxiety truly. And there are plenty of guys who don’t stay on top of BP, and EQ especially is going to build viscosity up over months. So I wonder how many of those guys just had bp rising unmanaged as doses climbed and blood thickened and they weren’t using their cuff or donating or pulling a CBC to watch anything. Operator error, essentially.

I could totally see that. When you start to sweat way more often and your breathing becomes more labored your that can make your mind naturally go to an anxiety induced state which makes you sweat more and breathe even harder and that cycle goes on and on until a panic attack eventual may happen
 
Obviously being on both eq and drol right now my rbc is shooting way up. These last 3 days I've been sweating a lot more in the gym but my endurance has gone way up as well. 15-20 rep squats feel like 12-15 reps when I was on cruise

Do you have bloodwork showing rbc shooting up? I've never seen my rbc change any more with anadrol or eq vs. Any other steroids. Yes they typically do. But you just can't assume something is automatically happening

Good point and no I don't have the bloodwork. Do orals affect your appetite @Smont ? I didn't think they did for me but these last 2 days I've had none. Obviously I've gotten all my meais in but it's been more of a chore than its been in a long time. The only thing I can chalk is up to is the drol. I'm going on week 3 now and I haven't changed anything.

As of right now I'm almost 3 weeks on epistane if I'm not mistaken and appetite is good. Anadrol always made me hungry, so did SD oddly enough. On either if those I could easily gain 1lb per DAY! That's actually what usually happens when I take them. Buy ots not quality weight. I'm basically just pounding food and getting water and fuel storage and it dissappear post cycle. If I take SD and go low carb or low calories then I feel crappy.

These are past experiences. I'm getting older so I'm trying to treat this upcoming BLAST like it's my first and I wanna have precautionary stuff in place and be prepared to find out new stuff that may have changed over the years.
 
Decided to stick out the ppl with some tweaks. Honestly my training and exercises don't ever change dramatically, it's like 1 never-ending program that gets tweaked a lot but I rarely get too far from the norm. It's almost always a ppl variation or some kind of full body or power day

Pull day
Various grip chins for sets of 10-15+ (pr goal BW×21) reps
Chest supported db row sets of 8-10
Duel cable pull down sets of 8-10
RDL's sets of 8-10
Laying ham curl 8-10
Hammer curls 8-10
Db curls 10-15+

Push day
Low incline bench 3-5 with strip sets
Machine chest press 8-10
Db fly 10-12
Db cgb 12-15
Db krushers 12-15
Cable pressdown 8-10
Dips to failure

Legs and side delts

Abductors 15-20
Adductors 15-20
Squat 6-8
Side laterals 12-15
Wide leg press 12-15

Rest and repeat or rest then a power day then rest and repeat.

There's will always be 4 to 5 workouts per week and I'm gonna start morning steady state cardio this week and then next week add 2 boxing cardio workouts. Nothing crazy, shadow boxing and heavy bag stuff. Maybe some biking or a step mill between rounds to keep moving.
 
A ugl is just someone that home brews and slaps a logo on it, there are some ugl that have actual small labs but there far and few. All the common ugl you see are made in a apartment somewhere

This is the first time I've ever had appetite issues from orals..but like you said we're older. I wanted to try 100 mg on the last week just to see what it's like but what's the point if it's gonna be miserable to eat

I keep trying go blast my balls off but they're still there. I guess that means I'm not doing enough and I'll have to do more next time. Oh well...
 
Random question...could you run injectable carnatine year round? I mean you can run the oral year round so I don't see why you couldn't with injectable unless your body becomes accustomed to it and it loses its effectiveness.

Yes, it’s safe as an injectable (besides all the extra pins technically making infection a greater risk).
 
So I figured out why all you @$$holes pin Sundays snd Wednesdays instead of Monday and Thursday..when I was going through the calendars in my phone the weeks start on Sunday and when I was deciding where to add and subtract compounds over the next 10 weeks it was so much easier to figure it out visually by starting on a Sunday. I kept having to go back and recount the weeks I would be on a certain compound where if I would just start on Sunday then it would count itself..so you guys have converted me...Sunday and Wednesday it is

Sunday is the real first day of the week, per the calendar, and that’s good enough for us gearheads
 
When I'm pinning 2x week I do Sunday Thursday because those are the days I prep food lol.

Slept bad last night, had to get up early and bring my son to school. Work got canceled due to the weather so I made a protein shake with some eggs in it, poured it over 6 slices of cinnamon swirl bread and made it into French toast. Then I went back to bed.

Gonna see if I can go get a good push workout in and snap another picture. Hopefully I can get this girl to snap some real progress pictures soon before I hop on the rest of this stuff. So far it seems like I'm up 5lbs and slightly leaner in the past 19 days and up a total of 22lbs since the 3rd week of January when I got back in the gym.
