I meant to comment this earlier, but do not get the Rogue deep dishes!!! They eat up insane amounts of real estate on the sleeve.

To be fair, I’m already a deep dish hater, but the Rogues are another level of inefficiency. Unless you never intend to lift over 315

Yeah I learned the hard way after I had already bought 4 of em. But they do look cool!

In a perfect world I’d have all calibrated kilos. Just need powerball. But I guess I would have to play to win then huh?

^^^ This, I was thinking the same thing. I have 4 45s that are deep dish, and I don't really even like using them if I can use one of the others first. Plus with Arnie's BS Screw your freedom, rant where he called anyone who doesn't still wear a mask a schmuck I wouldn't want him imprinted on my weights anymore.

I keep finding random masks in my travel backpack, carry-on, truck console, everywhere and I'm like WTF. how the hell do I keep finding masks everywhere when I was that a$$hole that refused to wear one for 2 years anyways? 😅😅😅

I have one I keep it is oversized and hangs very loose over my nose and mouth. I try to remember to take it with me anywhere I am forced to wear a mask. However I was definitely one who never wore one if not forced to do so.

Yeah, and the way SkRaw is increasing his bench, he’s gonna need all the room he can get, on the bar, to add more plates.💪
 
I don't know why but the mask switch up thing here reminded me of the scene in Baby Driver where they plan a heist and the mask is supposed to be Michael Meyers, from Halloween, and the idiot pulls out 4 Austin Powers masks. "What? this is a Mike Meyers mask???"

Quite a fun work week of stress and human management and irrelevant BS. Sometimes I think it would be easier to just smash their heads together……
Anyways, not how I wanted to spend the week but I’ll get posting and catching up on everyone’s logs in the coming days
 
Ordered up some Reduce-XT, Creatine HCL, and cardiovascular support xt from SNS.

Stress has been through hell and back so went for reduce xt and came back with these lol.

The last time I used Creatine HCL was about a decade ago and I was natty (although jack3d and Creatine HCL was a helluva drug!)
Just been chugging mono for all this time so wanted to revisit things and mix it up.

Learned that lesson myself! Although at this point I'm still unlikely to run out room on the bar, just on the storage pins. I'm thinking I'll probably end up going for six shooter plates at some point, or the Ivanko version.

Nice and easy today. I’ve been hammering away at this tendinitis in my brachioradialas region the past week. It was bad last week so making progress. Tons of Helios, cissus, massage gun and boomstick. Light DB curls as suggested by Dustin to get the blood flow to wrists and forearms.
 
I did double my Triton dose to 2ml today, for science. Hard to tell as I get such a sickening pump even at 1 ml. I’ll give it another go on a non deload week

I remember using mutant mass many years ago. Banana something flavor was bomb. I’ll look in to that on my upcoming protein haul
 
Sounds like the heavy pressing is getting you in the same spot it is getting me. Although, my heavy is your warm up weight... Such a pain in the ass when everything else is going well and BAM! Slow this gain train down boy!

That’s the a lot that always seems to flare with constant pressing volume/intensity. I’ve been blasting it with the boomstick, linament and Helios. Hanging from pull up bar gets it’s nice as well.
 
I might try hanging from the pull up bar before my deads tonight.

Great question. I know you use them for SMR (Self Myofascial Release) , but not sure what he is doing to get the particular spot.

This is the boomstick and there is a video explaining what it is and is for lower on the page.

I like this sometimes if I feel like I’m struggling to get my repaired arm as straight as possible.
Yeah, I want it loose so it is not pulling hard at an already shortened muscle. About to head out there and hit deads in a few minutes.

I like sleeves when pressing raw for me. If used properly they are quite preventative. But once the ache comes it needs deep pain manipulation.

I’ve been debating on ordering a set. Mine has flared up in the last 2 weeks. If I warm up really well it’s manageable, but it’s annoying.
 
I’d 100% grab a good set. It’ll keep it all together and warm.
I guess I should put mine on... Duh, almost forgot I had them...
 
Burning the candle with an acetylene torch lately. No days off. Working both jobs full boar. Plenty of GPP chucking around logs and peeling them. Plenty of cardio racing around the bar like a madman on the weekends getting people lit. Sober bartending is something else man lol.
Gonna get my Prehab and shirted bench on hopefully Sunday (if I’m off) or Monday at the latest.

I didn't know you were a bartender, I bet you are busting your ass these days with all the labor shortages. I know at our local haunts that's the thing my wife and I notice. bartenders are just going non stop their entire shift and sometimes into the next shift cause there simply isn't enough help to be had but everyone needs a drink lol

Dude it gets crazy in resort towns during the summer. We are upscale m, high volume, craft cocktails. I can’t lie the money is stupid from now till about November, so I keep that bar manager job along with my other.
Alcohol and food are recession proof for the rich 🤣
