I guess I'm very round looking again. Shoulders got the shape back but definitely not the cuts. Not terrible I guess but plenty of room for improvements.

My legs shrank back to nothing while sick but there coming back fast. I stopped doing legs back in October because of the bench comp and I only did some squats and deadlifts from November till I got sick before Christmas and then 6ish weeks no legs at all. So after only 5 or 6 leg sessions they look significantly better, but still shitty. But I'm excited about the rate of progress in a limited window. IL probably do leg progress tomorrow. Got 3 or 4 pics all about 5 to 10 days apart

Appreciate the offer but I'm gonna save them to use alongside tren at some point when summer hits. I plan on grabbing some more Anadrol or SD when I put my order in. My guy has good prices on stuff. 100x50mg anadrol $60, 100x25mg SD I think is even cheaper lol

I knew it wouldn't take long for your delts and arms to come back, now that's the @Smont I'm use to seeing! Keep doing what you're doing and you're going to be jacked this summer for sure. You could probably get to 230 if you really pushed it ( I know it wouldn't be all stage weight but it would still be a solid 230 )
 
Through all of high school I almost never ate breakfast. Only in my senior year because I use to go to school a hour and a half early to lift weights with the athletic director and my friends dad 3× week I would have a bowl of cereal before and a N2Large or NLarge 2 (whatever it was prolab made it lol) strawberry protein shake mixed with red powerade post workout 🤮 that was the year I learned that I needed to eat more. Between period 1 and lunch I would eat a few PBJ and milk cartons. At lunch I ate a salami grinder, banana and more milk, sometimes after school Wendy's JBC, then sports after school and family dinner at night.

As terrible as that diet sounds, with a teenager metabolism and playing sports year round I gaind 20 lbs in a few months and my waist didn't even get a inch bigger lol. Outside of the protein shake my only supplement was creatine mono that I would mix into a gallon of water and sip on all day
Dude I remember nlarge2, that was the first good tasting weight gainer I ever tried, my training partner at the time introduced me to that and Sustanon 250 redijects from Mexico and I thought this is the greatest stack ever I could be a pro by 25 ( I was 19 at the time) lol

Gym was super crowded but I did the best I could and I'd say it was a big improvement on the numbers, felt close to failure on a few exercises too. Next week I'm taking everything to failure and then up the volume the following week, if everything goes good.

I'm putting together a steak and eggs meal and then it's storytelling time, I got a good one

After the gym I went to the grocery store and this women walks up to me and says something extra feminist Karen about me wearing a tank top in February.

I was very polite and said well I just left the gym and I'm not cold.

She got angry and started saying something about "MEN LIKE YOU" and in the gayest way possible I leaned back and put my hand on my hip and said, "DID YOU JUST ASSUME MY GENDER!" She tried to talk over me and I held up my finger and said "NO! I AMA GENDER FLUID SPICY PORK CHOP!!!" LIKE SUPER GAY VOICE. I don't know how real it sounded because me real voice is super deep to the point intentionally try to make it less deep.

All the while At the corner of my eye I could see this big light skin black chick looking at us the whole time, and as soon as I said I was a SPICY PORK CHOP the girl watching from down the isle yells, "YO SPICY P! IS THAT LADY BOTHERING YOU!!!" It took all my willpower not to laugh. I said still in the gay voice no honey I can handle this and before I Could finish my sentence the Karen made a B-line exit.

I walked down to the other girl and was like, just to be clear I'm not gay. She was like oh I could tell, your gay act was funny but not that good so I figured I'd kick it up a notch. You like the spicy p part didn't you lol 😆 😂 🤣

Nothing lol, I'm on trt 150mg since October, I used some mk677 and sarms for 5 or 6 days and dropped it. IL be blasting in probably the end of March and it's going to be about about 900 mg total to start and IL probably push up to around 1.5g. The reason it's so much more them my normal cycles is 1 I haven't put on any new size in the past year, I just been bouncing back and forth with conflicting goals. And 2 I'm keeping test low and using a lot of eq to make up the difference.

Cycle will start 150 test, 150npp, 600eq.

I recently got sick for like 6 weeks so I'm kinda still regaining what I lost

Ya I'm not gonna fight with a lady in public like that. It will only end with me looking like the bad guy and I shop there 2-3× week and know some of the employees. I don't wanna draw any heat. If it was a guy I would have approached the situation differently. But even then, that's more weird if a guy said it lol. I probably would have just said why are you staring at me you f****** fruit. And I probably would still be the bad guy but I'd accept that one lol

I'm just kinda waiting because I feel like I'm improving workout to workout. It's kinda nice being where I'm at right now because I have no deadlines, no weight classes or anything. I'm trying to keep beating the log book without gaining too much weight. When progress stalls out IL hop on cycle.

That sounds like a good quality cycle, makes sense those gains ste coming on slowly but atleast you know they're quality, not just a bunch of water and glycogen, seems real "clean" as well

Think I might take a rest day, trained 5x I believe this week, got 2 jobs to do today and I got 3 or 4 packages I need to mail out tomorrow so I gott print labels and crap too.

Maybe a night workout, we will see.

I'm also thinking if I get time tonight I'm gonna figure out my maintenence cal and I'm getting really bad acid reflux the past few days and I'm 90% sure it's diet related. Tums ain't helping and I ran out of baking soda. So I need more of that and I also know what foods I probably should eliminate. Gonna simplify my diet back to my staples.

Chicken, beef, eggs, whey

Wraps, rice, oats, low acid fruts, leafy greens

Little bit of mct oil for cooking

Usually when I'm getting the all day acid I know I'm eating too much of a few things.


Meals gonna look like...

Overnight oats

Chicken wrap with greens and Greek yogurt

Chicken and rice or chicken and vegetables

Steak and rice with some pineapple and vegetables

Omelet


Might add some berries, apples, banana and watermelon to meals
 
Today was a long day and still not over. I woke up early, made a pot of coffee and diced up potatoes and onions to go with my omlett. Went off to do some work and no Appetite at all. I'm not sick or nauseous or anything like that I'm just not hungry. I figured since I been gaining weight pretty fast I'd say **** it and wait till I got hungry. Around 3pm I finally had my wrap with some baked blue corn chips, wasn't hungry but luckily for me I can eat when I'm not hungry so whatever. Told my girl to make a big protein heavy dinner tonight and I'm not picky about what, just make sure it's a lot of protein and carbs and vegetables. Just please nothing bufflo or spicy, Figured I'd make up for the day with some extra calories. She just text me back. (Mind you i been dealing with acid reflux which she knows)

"HER" dinner will be ready at 6

"Me" what are we having?

"HER" lasagna and sausage and peppers

"ME" 😐

Smont I similarly struggle with acid, probably worse than you it’s genetic and even get issues on a reliable diet- you can get Omeprazole at Costco it’s cheap and it’ll fix you up all day. Proton pump inhibitors were a game changer for me.

I use stuff like that as a last resort, I don't Have any issues with using that at all, I just tried to take care of it before adding medications. I've had issues since high school but it comes and goes. Lately it's been pretty bad. But no joke, 1tsp baking soda mixed in water daily works better for me then any otc med I've ever tried. And I've tried them all. Sometimes I need to take the med + baking soda.

I haven't really Had any problems in the past 6 months or so but it just came on strong recently

Atleast the calories will be there..if it makes you feel any better I'm struggling to get down this 8oz top sirloin, 10 Oz yam, and cup of asparagus...like I'm struggling to the point I have to put down the Tupperware after every bite...it's hard to eat right when you wake up ( been sleeping for the last 3 hours. Well I guess you could say she tried.🤷🏻‍♂️ But that’s probably about as reflux triggering a meal that she could have made, between the grease from the sausage, throw in the lactose from the cheese, the starch from the pasta, and top it off with peppers…..I’d almost say she might have been mad at you for something and was trying to give you reflux, but we all know women aren’t vindictive like that.
In all seriousness I can relate and have to take Prevacid when I start having acid reflux. I normally stay away from Pizza, Lasagna, and greasy food more from that, than it messing up my diet, even when I cheat, but when my wife really wants Italian I’ll man up and pop a Prevacid and have at it.

I really liked it back in the day, I bet it's been 10 years since I used it. so I'm probably gonna find a way to work it into my upcoming cycle. Before I pinned my favorite stack was td trest, epistane and SD. That stack was probably The 1st time I looked in the mirror and thought holy s*** I actually looked like I'm on stuff lol.

I won't be doing that combo, but IL probably add epistane in a scenario where I want more gains without more estrogen. I always felt like it was a mix of winni and anavar style results.

I also once did a dbol and epistane combo at only 15mg each and it was pretty good

I know what you mean, I can usually put down food like it's nothing but meal 1 is always tough. Maybe for meal 1 you could make the solid food portion smaller and put some liquid into the equation, make a shake with skim milk or water and pour it over a whole grain cereal with some sliced up banana. Cereal is pretty easy to eat. I'm not saying do that every day, but on the mornings you think your gonna struggle. The bigger you get the more your gonna need to eat and it's probably going to get to a point where yiur gonna need to just do stuff you may not want to in order to get the calories in.

Plus if you eating 6 meals a day it's not like your gonna be going very long between meals

I'm guessing eventually I'm going to be having to drink a shake along with every meal or if I eat every 3 hours have a shake between meals. At this point is when I'm going to have no choice but to deploy insulin
 
Back at 229 btw...told my old workout partner om hopping back on next Monday. He was like you're not on now!? You're f.ckig huge!! Everyone thinks you're on because of how jacked you are now. I was like no been cruising scince Christmas..I really want to show the guys in this commercial gym they're not as big and bad as they think they are. I know that's a horrible thing to get me motivated but I'm getting so sick and tired of all the flexing in the mirror after EVERY set and all the phone videos of every workout.
