Bet money with their meat-free diet they’re overdoing the simpler carbs and not enough fats & fiber for satiety. Or just flat out using processed foods that digest too quickly - being vegetarian almost makes it easier to follow the standard American diet (SAD).

I was L-glutamine at 14, NOX-CG3 at 15, NO xplode and CEE at 16….Superdrol to Phera bridge at 17 beginning of the year and trenadrol end of the year… (was a fantastic year btw) lol Meh. You live and you learn

Yeah everyone was calling me steroid man lol. My dad was at first pissed but then I explained it was legal and he was like whatever. My mom didn’t really care after my dad backed off. Friends constantly asked me for workout tips. My best friend was into actual stuff and winstrol was his favorite at that time so he was lean and shredded and I was big and veiny lol.
