Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

Why don’t you source a medication that is actually clinically used to control high bp, like telmisartan?

Cialis isn’t even as effective as Carditone. You could probably get as much out of twice daily grape seed & pine bark extract and some Nattokinase.

Nothing wrong with tadalafil, it does some cool stuff and that’s a great perk of using it, but unless you want the boner magic you’re really using an inferior tool for the blood pressure job.
Actually I take both Telmisartan and Carditone for blood pressure every day now, which keeps it great, and had started using tadalafil years ago for the original use, but when I read of all its benefits I had just got in the habit of always taking it.
 
Question fir you guys...you think I should start the eq now so it starts doing its thing in March when I up my test and add in mast or just wait and start the eq in March with everything else?
 
I'm actually making really good gains right now from just upping the food, I'm at 230 still have visible abs and really good vascularity. Just cruising on 250 test e/ week. It must be because I pin on Mondays and Thursdays😛

And also because of this right here, I honestly think it would be very foolish to even start a cycle until you stalled out. Like if you're making progress on just 250 right now why in the world would you add a whole bunch of drugs to Maybe speed up the process 10%

Do I think that's a good idea, no I do not and when you ask for my opinion I'm just giving you my opinion. You can take as much as you want whenever you want, I just don't cosign it because I don't want you to hurt yourself. It's probably not gonna hurt you today or tomorrow but blasting your balls off all the time it's gonna get you down the road.

But real talk, if You're making progress right now then I wouldn't start anything Or change anything

I really think it would make for a great log. Keep all the chit chat and bullshit in this thread and have a serious log in another thread. Do it big Paul style how he does his weekly updates but maybe bi or tri weekly

The leaner you get the better your results on the way back out.

I'm dieing to cycle. I'm pretty much back to when I was natty. Maybe 20% better. I just am not ready. I'm so far out of routine and diet and just not feeling great in general that I think I'd waste a cycle. I need to just get back to feeling normal and get my strength back up a bit before I hit the gas. It's weird, I look pretty normal but I pump up good in the gym. After a few sets I swell up and veins pop out everywhere so I can kinda fake the funk with a pump but outside the gym I'm just looking like a normal dude that works out.

I switched up a bunch of exercises and gonna focus on improving my strength on a few basics while doing accessories with the new stuff.

Last bench was 275x6
Squat 185x21 and 315x6

Once I put 25-35lbs back on those il hop on cycle.
 
I'm also planning a oddball cycle. I'm gonna try something completely new.

Thinking about 150 test, 150npp and 600eq for 6 weeks and swapping out npp for tren ace at the same 150 dose for the next 6 weeks and then drop the ace for a mild oral and more test the last 6 weeks. It's a buddies idea. I'm entertaining it. I normally will not run anything higher then testosterone

Totally agree I know the compounds and have an idea of dosages and approximately when ill be adding. Test, eq, mast, drol ( 1st 4 weeks no lectures please lol) tren ace, winny, gh, metformin, lantus? Oh yea what mast do you prefer prop or enth?

I remember you saying you were into it before and your wife telling you that you could be a pro till you guys walked by some Jay Cutler size mofo lol. But it seems like you have a lot of muscle memory or at least total bodyweight memory. Like I have never pushed myself past 223-225 and that's gonna be a sticking point when I get back into the swing of things. But you said you have been like 240+ I thought. That coupled with your new life situation having your place and no animals to worry about and your dedication to the meal plan. (That's the real secret, I don't fukin care what anyone says. The guys who dedicate themselves to the meals are going the farthest) but even tho you had some very sad situations and bad times to lead you down this road, it looks like you came to your new destination. Your in primo position for progress and that seems to be your true goal at this moment.

Maybe it's time to get you a little weekend girlfriend tho so you stop getting horny every time you eat a sweet potato lol. That's gonna be rough if you take tren over 200mg or go on a gram of test 😆

Lol..yea still working on that front desk chick bro..but that is going to take so much work it would be the biggest trophy yet I'm not even joking dude she has like 14.000 ig followers or something crazy like that. And she's only 23 that'll be an issue too. But believe me I'm working on it, even if it took a year I'm telling you it would be worth every minute. No I do have really good muscle memory i even tell the young guys that, I've pushed it close to 250, I was miserable but also had 20 inch arms lol. This was around 2010 I was working at urban body gym on Sam Diego. Nasser El sonbatty was training there, we had the same source I'm not even joking. He would always give me advice. I know now is kinda my last chance to really push it one more time so I'm all in. Bodybuilding and this thread is what's keeping me together after Emily

It's ok, when my legs were decent back in my 20s I was doing 225 for 25+ reps and 315 for 10+ 375 for 6-8.

My legs are terrible tho now, I can't get them back at all. I mean there better then a regular person or someone who goes to the gym to work out I guess but when I'm at my best my upper body looks like it's a few YEARS ahead of my legs. I'm not ever trying to be a actual bodybuilder so I don't care about massive legs but I like to at least keep them reasonable in comparison to my upper body

Dude, I have read a lot of your posts and they are plenty entertaining. Would be cool if you had your own log, you could post pics regularly and everything plus have a place to go back and check on things that are more centralized around you. I imagine most people in this log would give it a follow. I know I would.
 
On a side note, anyone see that they found that creepy dude from Leo and longevity dead in Thailand? Face down on a pool of blood, only had a shirt on, place was destroyed and there was a hand written note and a bottle of pills. Also supposedly tony huge owns the house he was found in. I was not a fan of this dude at all I think he was a creep and a sociopath but still I don't wish death on anyone. Seems like a lot of ppl didn't like him and it looks to me like someone murdered him and did a crappy job making it look like suicide. Or he did commit suicide and it was a slow painful death. It's pretty fukin crazy

Looks like his room was locked from the inside so he probably did it to himself, speculating based on the available evidence. I'm sure trigili and poloumbo will both be all over the autopsy when it's available

Ya, I'm leaning towards accidental suicide from a drug overdose but I'm done speculating. There will be a autopsy to give more accurate assessments

You don't need to private message ppl for pins there not illegal. I don't know where I'm gonna order from. Sometimes I use east coast medical supply but last time they took forever and the other place I tried didn't deliver. Amazon sometimes gives me issues too. I usually just search around till I find good prices. I'd like to find 27g 5/8in pins but there like finding a unicorn lol

Yikes, right now I'm only using 3 pins a week. In an emergency situation I have loaded a slim pin with 0.6, pinned 0.3 Wipe the tip with alcohol and capped it and used it again 3 days later, don't judge me lol

Oh I’ve thought about drawing both the HGH and BPC into the same barrel and just doing that single shot into my hammy, but that BPC pin is always so buttery smooth there and I want to keep it that way. I don’t think a 30g is designed to go through a stopper more than once.
