High Test / Low Tren / Tbol V.2

Update: 2 days ago I hit my right nipple with a weight while doing bent over row. Was a little sore and figured I'd keep an eye on it. Now I don't know if I am in my own head but both nipples feel sensitive to touch now. I would think would unlikely see that at the end of the week to see this happening based on my previous experience but that also was a long time ago now. I also had no issue with gyno or nipples previously. The only estrogen side I have ever had is bloating, even acne was never an issue.

I have more on hand to treat if needed:
20 tabs Aromasin 25mg
24 tabs Caber .5mg
100 tabs Nolva 20mg
100 tabs 60mg Raloxifene

I know that is probably insane to have all that on hand but I believe in being prepared for anything.

I do not have P5P but will order some.

^I support all of these podcasts. I would also say they treat steroid use with a bit of balance towards harm mitigation/education. Not reckless, but not sugar-coating reality either.

Speaking of which I watched big Paul's live the other day abd I swear he said word for word " you can pretty much cut on anything" I was gonna ask him if he's been lurking on @Smont Cycle log because my guy @Hyde has been saying that forever. I bet Hyde's first complete sentence when he was a toddler was you can pretty much cut on anything lol

I took 12.5 aromason and I took .25 caber and within 3 to 4 hours it was gone. This was prior to your post. I will go out and pick up p5p so I don't hopefully don't have to use the caber again.

I now realize Ais are the hardest part. With out blood work you are rolling the dice with tanking E2. I did also notice a stronger erection last night. Felt like I could drill a hole in the wall.

Probably a combination of both, because prolactin can’t elevate without sufficient estrogen present, but you may not actually need Caber if you just take 12.5mg Aromasin with one of your shots weekly. Especially with some P5P in the mix.

It’s probably a prolactin issue based on you previously doing well on just test, but managing E also helps control P like I said.

I've been really trying to dig deep into estrogen and prolactin and learn everything I can, mainly because I had/have prolactin gyno from 19s even tho in the past I had np issues with gyno just from high estrogen. In the process I've came across a few ppl who couldn't use tren or deca in the past and 2 of these guys in particular found that eliminating testosterone completely fixed the problem. The run high doses of eq and when I say high I'm talking about 1200-2000mg and that gets them sufficient estrogen but I believe it's from e1 and not e2. Then they add the tren or deca and like magic there's no issues. They bothe even swear that sex drive, sexual function and mood all improved. Tren went from making them miserable to feeling fantastic and no side effects. Well, no visual side effects, all the long term tren sides I'm sure will still be there but no tren or deca dick, no gyno, no anger issues. One of them even does deca and tren stacked with no test and no problems. Now I'm personally not brave enough to try that. But it goes to show the relationship between e2 and prolactin

And It's not insane to have those on hand, What would be insane is running a cycle without having it on hand

Yes these models have been proven anecdotally. I mean very low/no test and high Trest, Tren, Deca or EQ.

Alex Kikel did that once with Masteron & Anadrol, and used estrogen cream as necessary. Big Paul of AB said he had great results with NPP, Tren Ace & Var. No sex drive but otherwise felt fine & sick gains.

You just have to have enough trace estrogens to be happy with how you feel. To say nothing of health, but just a means to an end. A gram of Tren is still a gram of Tren obviously.

For sure I realize I was likely taking two compounds and only 1 was treating the issue. Which I didn't like. Not having this issue in the past, I probably over reacted.

I am going to get p5p in the mix starting today, wait a few days monitor and if anything arises, treat with 12.5 aromasin first.

Other than this issue I'm feeling great. Sleep is getting a little better and feeling like my recovery from this week was slightly faster.

Resting heart rate has stabilized at 84bpm and during the day 85ish to 110 still, which is not issue. Last night I was a little bit warmer than usual.

So far so good. Literally can't wait for the full effects to kick in.... week 4????

Get the p5p in there but just a heads up. If I'm gonna use b6 or p5p I usually need to start it a few weeks before the cycle. Not sure why. When I add it after side effects start it doesn't work as well. I believe Hyde had a similar experience and I'm positive i have heard others say the same as well

It’s always advised to get it down first and keep it down vs have to wrangle it later. That being said, he dropped the Caber bomb so he wiped that slate pretty clean anyway for the next 4 days. P5P and periodic Aromasin will probably suffice unless we find he’s really 19-Nor sensitive.

I am not exactly telling my SO, so this is to help with recovery long-term of HPTA and just masking things from her. Don't judge this is just how things are and I am at peace with it and the risk.

-Some small hints things are working. Today I had some increase in aggression during lifting. Not extreme but was noticeable on my lift logs. Also, Withings scale keeps reporting an increase in muscle mass and fat loss every day. Will update you on that on day 10 and every 5 days. I will upload the full chart at end of the cycle. Feeling tighter though.

Also, started watching Vigerous Steve. I had before just didn't realize that is who it was.

Don't take this the wrong way because I mean nothing by it but those scales are not even remotely accurate in terms of gaining muscle and fat. We see guys on the forum and I see ppl in real life using them all the time. They will tell me the scale says there 10% bf and there really 18+ with no visible abs, I've stepped on one before and it did the opposite, I had full abs and veins popping out and it told me I was 28% bf. I had a guy at the gym I was trying to helping out for a few weeks tell me he's up like 20lbs of muscle and down 15lbs of fat in like 3 weeks which cant reall even be done in a year and you could just look at him and tell his bf was roughly the same and just probably holding a little water, maybe a 1% bf difference. All I'm getting at is don't get caught up in that scale or it's gonna mess with your real perception of progress. I try to tell most guys don't even step on a scale more then once a week. Have someone else take a picture of yiu in the same poses and lighting once a week every week without a pump. They won't be the most flattering pictures but they also won't lie. They will give yiu the most accurate view of what's going on

This☝ eff that scale its a tool and not even an important one unless you have a weight cap when competing

I actually have measurements from day 1!

I have the Fitindex app and measuring tape (digital tape so it records super small amounts) so I can report on that. I know that the Withings scale is not really accurate. I just use it for fun. The scale says I am 22.9%BF. Which is not the case as of right now. I know I am lower atm, probably not crazy lower but at least a few % points. If I put it into the athletic mode it drops to like 14% which I fucking wish... I use it more for a "are things moving in the right direction" tool. Honestly, I don't care how heavy I am. I just want to be big as **** and ripped.

I will do some poses and pictures as @Smont suggested.

We use to have a member on the forum that would always talk about his crazy prohormone cycles and brag about his 24in arms and funny enough I found out he lived one state over from me in a town where my buddy has a cabin, little hick town with like 2 stores and one bar. One night we were up there working on the cabin and we went to eat at the o ly bar/restaurant in town. Well, that guy was there. I didn't even bother to introduce myself because I almost lost it lol.

He really did have 24in arms, but he was probably 350lbs 50% body fat and If he wasn't on the forums telling duck tales I'd bet my house he's never seen the inside of a gym.

What's my point? Idk lol your post just reminded of that guy lol. Maybe the point is that numbers don't matter much. And we are not great at accurately assessing ourselves.

I don't care what I weigh, I care how I perform, how u feel and how I look in the mirror or how I look to other ppl is more important then the scale. If I got visible abs and I'm still benching mid 300's and deadlifting 500+ that's way more important to me then if I'm up or down 5lbs. Unless I'm going into a comp and making weight.

Dude that's hilarious I was actually tripping on that. I was like I better start posting some pics or there's no way these dudes are going to believe me
 
Week 2 Day 2:

Lifts were up again. I have a huge focus on my shoulders so I have a whole day dedicated to them. I crushed it today. Lifts went up across the board. I just would notice that I would hit failure and instead of waiting 30 seconds between sets, I would wait about 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes and I could run a whole extra 2 sets of 12. So just this feeling of gas in the tank all of a sudden.

I am seeing changes, there is no doubt about that. I took a few rough measurements and I'm down in the mid-section (about an inch on the waist) and seeing slight increases where I want, likely water and glycogen retention for now but still.

I have to say I am, I just can't wait until the compounds kit is in all the way... Like literally just can't freakin wait... It's hard for me to imagine what week 4 or weeks 6 or 8 will have me.

Few observations:

So technically I have done two pins because I did the "test out" amounts and the first real pins. Very little pip from those but what I have notice is increase in heart rate. Prior to any thyroid meds my resting heart rate was 56, after prescribed dose of T4 it went to 62bpm. I had already started the T3/T4 dose slightly prior to cycle starting (two weeks) and my resting heart rate went to 74bpm. Since adding Tren/test I have notice it's at 78bpm resting. During the day I notice its bounces back and forth around 80 to 105 beats per minute while just chilling. During workouts it is 115 to 136. I'm not concerned as its still in the range of normal but was something notable for someone in the future considering a similar cycle.

I checked my temperature and no increase there. I run 96.0 degrees on no thyroid meds and about 97.6 with the T3/T4 combo.

Sleep was **** two nights ago. 4 hours almost no REM or Deep sleep. Last night I did sleep for 7 hours and had 3 hours of deep sleep and 30 mins of REM. This is highly irregular for me. I have 0 sleep issues ever and would even say I could take gold in the Olympics in it.

*Tracking heart rate and sleep with Amazfit Trex 2 (BTW the best fitness watch I have ever had)

Other than that, everything is same-same. No notable effects as to be expected at this point.

Notation for Today: Temperature is 99.0 degrees. I have not seen this in like 10 years. As stated above I was running 96 degree with no thyroid meds and with thyroid meds only 97.6. So my body temperature has increased.

Tren is noted for raising thyroid function first 6 weeks, then lowering it.

Tren and t3 both can increase your body temperature. I dont know how much medical information there is to back up my statement but its not unusual to see it happen. I wouldn’t be horribly concerned if it stays around 99 for a couple weeks but still, keep a eye on it.

So no bad sides, Prolactin, and estrogen seem to be mellowing. No acne as of now. No anger as of now. (interested if this is just typically later)

The only thing I am dealing with is this: My wife is vanilla in bed at best. There is a lot of "I guess we can have sex tonight responses" and like in a sarcastic bitchy way. At its max, it's 1 time a week on a Saturday night, and its pretty plain. This is just how she is always. It's my cross to bear. She is overall awesome is an 8/10 looks even after 2 kids. She is super put together. She is caring and does **** for me. I love her. BUT.... I can't help thinking about how I want to have a talk with her about our sex life sucking. We were already scheduled for that talk and it's been postponed for 2 weeks now...(some my fault because I fall asleep at 9). She said it will happen this week. I have to say I already wanted to do all kinds of weird **** and those thoughts are more prevalent now.

I can't say I haven't thought of making an Ashley Madison account and finding some sick freak to pulverize and do weird fucked up **** to. It's only thoughts, I do have the means to make that happen money-wise. I already had to secretly pull money away for my gear over the course of a year, but can't say it's not super tempting.

I am not sure if this is the Tren talking or just being more frustrated with a higher sex drive.

It’s both. You have an androgen overload in your system presently, levels are still constantly building (so you can’t accommodate to the new high norm because it hasn’t had any time at stable blood levels), and Tren in particular hits the amygdala, pushing you to more drastic action over thought. Test makes people horny, and Tren much more so.

Generally you hear guys who report a rise in sexual deviance on it - you’re much more insatiable, so you end up seeking progressively more exotic fantasies to try to fulfill that fire. Cabergoline also really pushes this all, hard. If you watch porn, you’re going to find yourself looking at all kinds of things you might have not been intrigued by. In general, your interest in women in real life will greatly increase, and your standards will lower (possibly considerably, because novelty is also an important component of the dopamine high you’re seeking).

I’m going to sell it to you straight: you want to run big boy gear, you have to deal with big boy sides. THAT is your choice, not your wife who hasn’t done anything but be a good companion to you & mother to your children. If you guys believe you needed to work on intimacy before this, I totally support that. But understand that if she increases her bedroom time with you 100%…that’s still twice a week. And you can jerk off twice a day right now and will still be able to get hard if the wind blows in your direction, and would bang a 3/10 behind a dumpster in a heartbeat if there were zero repercussions. So there’s going to be a deficit you have to beat off on your own, plain and simple.

And also, if you guys weren’t doing all kinds of kinky stuff when you met, it’s not reasonable to assume she’s suddenly going to be down for anal while you choke her out or spray whipped cream all over during a threesome or whatever. I love the honest response. Yeah, I'll be faithful, she is a good wife and I think I can hold it together. Our sex life has always been an issue and it will be for a long time to come but I am working on it. I was already into all kinds of fucked up **** before this cycle, Kind of the more extreme the better, she has tried a thing or two in the past but then it just turned into arguments (anal and I got her to pee on me one time) LOL. I just have let it be for years and years now. Just vanilla sex for years.

For sure man. I already feel bad enough I'm hiding my gear from her. She is not on board at all. I freaking am hiding my gear in the basement wall and have my HCG on ice in a corkcicle canteen (I even test-ran it that it will keep 42 degrees or lower for 3 days before needing more ice). Marriage is way different than dating or having fahk buddies. Add in anabolic and a guy really does have to take a step back and look at the situation. When elevated on drugs and training, we change mentally just as much as physically. Empathy, compassion, patience and basic communication skills are placed on the back burner. Knowingly or not it’s happening.

I’ve had this scenario before, but my loyalty is probably my greatest ideal (also my Achilles heel) and my marriage is and will remain unscathed. Gotta see it from their side too, here’s a guy with test levels higher than a teenager (teens are assholes) and horny every second of the day. It can lead to her feeling like a fahk doll to put it bluntly. You have to balance that emotion and physical in your relationship, especially when anabolics are present. Talk it out, listen, and think for a minute before you say anything, it’s too easy to get lost with a body full of test.

No no that was just an example lol I started eating again back up to 220 serratus isn't as visible but abs and vascularity still there
 
Day 13: I am starting to feel very confident (already was), I am starting to feel like I am part god. Like mentally and physically. It's like what Test does but slightly different. Not crazy aggression or murderous thoughts, nipples have calmed down as well. Scale is staying roughly the same but I am much tighter. I measured my waist and it's down over an inch. Closer to 1.5 inches. I had 1 zit on my face this morning (I am not prone to acne in the slightest, never had it). Sleep is decent. I am feeling the hardness and slight pump all day.

I had to "go into the office" for the last 2 days for a Q4 2022 year-in-review (I work remotely 98% of the year). I am an executive at a large US firm and got my teams together, and did some power points. Still got my lifts in the morning but ate out lunch twice and dinner although healthier choices every time.

LOL yeah, not sure. I work for a super liberal company, so I feel they would be more open than some, but yeah not the crowd I was to broadcast that to. They know I am into fitness and am on a "New year, New me" kick. I won't see them again until the end of my cycle, so I feel the changes might be fairly drastic by then. Might get some questions.

That's hilarious...I used the same line on my mom when I went and visited her at Christmas, she hadn't seen me scince labor day right before the cycle, she was like wtf are you on...nothing mom I'm too old for that it's just muscle memory and a really good diet...lol...and hey I wasn't lying about the diet part I dieted my ass off you know that
 
Day 1 of Week 3:

I just can't even explain the results I am getting. I have lost 2 inches on my waist and added about 3/4 of an inch on my arms. My weight is 198.9 My lifts are through the roof. I mean insane progress. I feel great. I feel like my nips get a tiny bit spicy and sensitive but no lumps or bumps. I have been taking small doses of Aromasin like 6.5mg EOD and P5P. So feel that is fairly stable.

Had a sex talk with last night. Went super well. I feel some of the sex issues we have will resolve over time. I think she is down to allow me to get some relief when I need it regardless of if she is in the mood. I basically gave the example of I can either go watch some other chick's vagina get smashed or I can put it in her for a minute or two and be 10x more satisfied. She said that made sense. So hopeful. She also seems to be down to do some more things but I also need to not be a dick and be more comforting to her in life. I feel I can do this.
