Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

Cool beans, keep us updated on that. My only question is do you by chance know what your GH and igf we're before starting?

My reason wondering is that 1iu is about what a normal adult produces on its own, at least from what I've been told.

So I'm wondering if your natural GH was very low or if you just responded good to the GH pathway?

Soon as I get nice and lean I'm gonna play around with what I got a d from there il probably dip into a couple units of GH. I was planning on 3 a day. I'm only basing that dose of what a friend (shawn who's the trainer I work out with sometimes) not sure if I've mentioned h. but he reccomended 3 to start. Says it should be enough to get the growth benifits without any sides.

IGF1 I’ve seen up to around 160, but if I’m using Ralox or Tamox in a cycle it will be ~100. Mk677 with high estrogen & SERM gets me ~170.

What did they tell you about the difference between a 20-year-old adult, and 30? And 40, 50, etc? It’s well-established that it peaks in puberty and begins declining significantly over time from early 20s onward:

Since we are mentioning mk, isn’t taking it the equivalent (plus or minus) of taking 2iu of growth? Or is that just a broscience thing?
 
Also, Lantus/Slin for elevated blood sugar from GH is a terrible prophylactic. Yes it controls the blood sugar but it actually further smashes insulin sensitivity.

Metformin and Berberine and frequent walks after meals is what you need to try to control it with for off-season use. Adding insulin should only be temporary for the biggest push phases if you don’t want to drive diabetes worse.
From what I been told recently is that the guys who use lantis and a fast insulin together are using 1.5-2gm metformin daily

I was told around puberty you will max out gh and it's comparable up to 5iu a day (not everyone) then after puberty it immediately starts sloping off. Once your done growing your left Producing about the equivalent to one unit A-day. Mid 20's your 150-700

Into your 30s 120-500

Into your 40s and 50s 100-300

Seems to be a pretty wide range.

I just did a Google search and altho I did not find the same numbers I was given, I found similar numbers
 
I think the last time I saw mine they were mid 200's

I honestly can't remember and idk where my box of paperwork is. It got lost when I moved last and it had tons of blood work and notes about various stuff.

Stacking mk and cjc is like 2-3 units on paper, meaning it absolutely will elevate most people gh and igf the same amount as 2-3 units of gh.

But, it does not have the same effects as 2-3 units gh on performance. Gh is tricky and I don't completely understand it, technically I don't think anyone in the world completely understands it. But there's more to it them a gh score and a igf score.

I can take enough peptides to look on paper like I'm using a bunch of gh. It's still not giving you the fat loss of gh, it doesn't have the muscle recover and volumazation of gh.

Say you got a pick up Truck that goes 80 miles an hour and a Ferrari that goes a 180 miles an hour

If a drive a pick up truck down a really steep hill it Might make it up to a 180 miles an hour but it still does not perform like a Ferrari

MK definitely has applications, and it combos well with CJC for a size phase to enhance recovery and water retention, but you definitely couldn’t cut optimally with it. Different drug that does different things.

I definitely believe insulin should be used when it’s necessary, and it can be a great size, strength, or learning drug, but to think about it as the off-set to GH use is very outdated, unhealthy thinking. Concurrent use will manage sugars (thus protecting tissue from immediate damage) and promote more anabolism and storage, but damage metabolic health. Again, temporary means, not longterm ends.
 
Pullovers are in my program on the day I do back and shoulders. But I can't seem to isolate lats with them.

I have tried barbell, db, cable, standing, laying down, laying off the edge of a bench, ect. Straight arm and bent, slight bend seems to get a little more late.

I do feel them in my lats, but not completely. I feel it more in my triceps and what I think are little stabilizer muscles in the surrounding areas and lays or secondary or even third.

I'm doing back, shoulders and biceps tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Maybe a replacement exercise, currently only doing 3 back exercises. A barbell row for sets of 6, a pull up or pull down variation for sets of 10-12 and the pullover for 20-25

Spoke to my guy already and he suggested trying a pulldown with a excessively wide grip or a DB row where your pulling to the hip. He even said maybe just drop it and do more pullups and rows with various grips.


Anyone got some suggestions
 
My 0.2ml sub q shot yesterday did something weird. I have a lump where I injected. It's slightly visible and slightly red but I can grab it and feel it's about half the size of a golf ball. It doesn't particularly hurt and I always get a tiny lump from sub q but this is much larger. Now because I just did the injection like 16 hours ago I'm not really worried about a infection but what else could be going on? Seepage or something.
Doesn't appear to be serious but it's not normal. Yiu would think I put a whole ml or 2 in there by the way it feels to the touch
 
Incline Chest-supported DB Rows, done laying face down on an incline bench. Takes all the English out, and core stabilization so you can do them well even fatigued from barbell rowing. Sets of 12-20 work best and will really smoke the lats specifically if you can dig deep. Then you can just drop the dbs a few inches onto the floor when done.

No idea on the lump.

Super set various grip chin UPS and pull UPS with side lateral raises, hammer curls superset with db Rows like yiu mentioned ( Funny enough I just saw your oppose, I had already done the workout before reading your suggestion and that's exactly what I did lol.

Chest supported machine Rows, behind the neck press and Alternating db curls and I bounced. Not feeling the crowd but I did still get a decent makeshift workout.

As for that lump, it's turning black and blue a little bit. Still feels the same. IL give it the weekend to see if it goes away and if not IL make a appointment monday

That’s good news - I wondered if it was blood, like you nicked something that was pooling internally, but there should be bruising then, so that’s likely what happened. Internal bleeding. It can take a long time for that to work itself out, but eventually it will get reabsorbed.
 
Ok guys I got a question, this has been going on for probably 3 weeks now and it's not a huge problem I think, but it's not going away and I can't figure it out.

So for about the past 3ish weeks I feel sick every night. I'm fantastic and motivated most of the day but then around dinner I start feeling nauseous. I did have 1 night where I woke up at 2 or whenever and I threw up. I think yiu guys might remember that. No covid, no fever or anything. But now I'm realizing that almost every night since then or maybe even before then I don't feel great. It's minor, if I get busy doing something or deep into reading or writing I forget all about it.

It started probably my last week of work before the lay off so at that point I thought maybe I'm just burnt out, but I have had a good bit of downtime since then.

Just some information that might help

Diet is mostly back on track, not perfect but far better then the average joe.

I've been back in the gym for about 4 workouts now

Strength slightly down but still pretty damn strong, benched 315 for 3x3 and back supported Smith shoulder press with 225 for 3x6 close grip bench 225 for sets of 8, nothing too far off from before my break.

Stress level is higher then usual for me and I do get seasonal depression but it normally doesn't make me feel sick or nothing.

Supplements haven't changed.

Trt schedule was wonky for a while but I went back to daily micro doses.

I have noticed that I tend to be more scatter brained lately and loose my train of thought a bit.

That's about all I can think of at the moment.

Do you have any acid reflux symptoms? I usually only get symptoms of it at night/lying down and sometimes wake up nauseous in the middle of the night.

I did on and off till i cleaned the diet back up, day and night, but that's fairly normal for me when my diet is off. I don't think I can relate or link that to the way I have been feeling.

I get two versions of acid reflux. One is uncomfortable and another just feels like I gotta throw up. Might be worth dropping a tums to rule it out.

I haven't had it since I cleaned up my diet. But I have had that on and off for probably 20 years, like since I was a teenager and I'm 37 now, Tums don't help either. I take nexium when it's really bad. But this sick feeling is much different then the acid reflux stuff. I wish I could explain it better but I'm like 99.9% sure there's no link between the 2

Definitely a possibility. I'm wondering if stress and anxiety is beating down my immune system, but if that's the case, how come it's only happens at night? That's when I'm winding down and relaxing. Yiu would think it should be the opposite

For me anxiety gets worse at night because my mind wants to relax but the physical response of the whole flight or fight thing can make me sick (almost like the feeling of knowing diarrhea is coming…but it’s not there yet). Kinda makes for a really weird not right feeling

Just started 1iu of Enhanched RX GH the last 3 nights subq before bed, reconstituted with 100mg L-Carnitine per iu. Got it for ~$340 for 200iu shipped with some BOGO MK677 tossed in for a Black Friday deal.

I’ve had vivid dreams the last 3 nights and I never normally do, and I feel like sleep has been more rewarding for the amount of hours slept. Joints definitely stopped creaking significantly. Haven’t checked blood pressure but I don’t appear to be holding much extra water.

I’m not planning on pushing any for anabolism, but just for recovery/joints this definitely seems worth 10 bucks a week so far.

Anxiety and stress could definitely be part of the issue. I was going through something similar back a few years ago, but I was having some digestive issues along with the feeling like crap at times, especially in the evenings. Eventually found out I had a gastric ulcer. It was just weird the things it affected that seemed unrelated, like energy levels started going down and even affected my sleep. Anyway the point is I’m sure the stress was one of the contributing factors.
 
Yea I agree with the bros on this one. You've had some pretty major changed in your life this past month so stress and anxiety are for sure a factor. When mine is bad it hutd first thing in the morning. It hasn't happened in a long time but I would have to force feed 2 eggs and 1 packet of oatmeal and sometimes I couldn't even hold that down

I'm just gonna splurge on whatever I think I want for the cycle. My boy gave me a list for the stash of things I may or may not use but I want everything on hand.

Test, eq, npp, Mast or primo, tren, gh, metformin. Then all the ai, t3, t4 and serms and peptides will come from Mike.

The night sickness or whateveryou wanna call it was worse last night. I went to bed and woke up at 2am, stayed up till 7am. Somewherein betweeni had a littlepieceof cake becausei felt hungry but nothingsounded good to eat, like i felt like if i are real food id throw up but whatever. You guys know I'm always fukin hungry and my appetite is kinda slipping away. Like im either starvingor no appetiteat all, no in-between. I got really hungry around 10am so I made big breakfast. 3 eggs, ham and bacon, 2 sliced of rye toast and I took a leftover baked potato and turned it into home fries. Oj and coffee. Couldn't even think about food at meal 2 so I skipped it and skipped the gym, not sick feeling yet, just not hungry. At meal 3 I had 8oz of meat with a low calorie sauce I drizzle on top and I couldn't touch the rice or vegetables. I skipped meal 4 and went to the store for a can of ginger ale. Then I drove to this Mediterranean restaurant thinking that maybe IL have take out. I find it easier to eat take out when not hungry but nope. I was in line and just got out of line and went home without ordering.

Damn bro. Hate to say it but it might be getting close to the time for a doctors appointment and I say this only because it’s been happening for a while and often. Something is definitely going on.

Talked to Shawn and he said start drinking shakes and smoothies to get in more calories if it's easier to drink the meals right now and if told me to go to the Dr. Need some bloodwork. No gear in the pitcher so we can't even guess. But, his guess is similar to you guys. Stress, anxiety, change in routine and also he's wondering if at some point I had a minor case of the flu or covid and never really got over even though I tested negative and didn't have a fever maybe there's some kind of a sickness that I had for a short. I will say I 100% had Covid once (all symptoms and direct exposure to literally only one person for like a week who had it) and still tested negative. So it’s possible you had it and have some form of “long Covid”

Damn. Well hope you can get it figured out bro. Maybe take a cortisol supplement like AET-50 or invictus to help if it’s stress and will also help with immune system. Plus being a TD won’t have to worry about it making you sick.

I started doubling down on antioxidants and nac today, they lower cortisol in medical settings, especially nac, between that and a bump in fish oil I think I got cortisol covered
