Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

What's everyones plans for tonight? I'm staying home, cooking steaks and pork tenderloins and probably falling asleep by 10pm lol

Mother in law got the flu so now we’re not going over there (was planning on throwing down on a bunch of party grub tonight & a big lunch of corned beef & cabbage tomorrow with them).

So I’ll probably just continue my fasting mimicking diet from yesterday and eat another avocado so I can take my script NSAID to hopefully prevent bone spurs from my elbow scope It does make for some rapid fat loss while sparing more lean mass.

Or maybe we’ll order pizza and eat junk here & watch something together tonight - kinda had my heart set on a cheat meal with fam

Sundays I have to wait for the wife to train strongman first for 3 hours, but tomorrow after that I’m going to do some mother-effing Strictpress!!! Oh how I’ve missed shoulder pressing - my delts always respond so well to it.
 
You know, I'm not sure my gym's even open tomorrow , just because everybody seems to make the gym their new year's resolution you would think that all the gyms would be open on New Year's Day now I gotta call and find out

Dude not even lying I was taking a shower and no joke I was shaving my legs telling myself this isn't gay and then BAM!! I was like it's he log sing from Ren and Stimpy, it's funny out if the 3 nicktoons that came out when we were kids that's the one I didn't really like Doug abd rugrats were cool but I the only thing I liked about Ren and Stimpy was when Ren would say, " Stimpy you fool.." growing up with predominantly Mexicans made it more funny
 
For real tho I'll start one in March, my cousin is getting married back home I'm san Diego in the beginning if June and it's turning into a family reunion of sorts so I'm gonna be throwing the kitchen sink I'm the spring cycle and pull the ultimate dick move and have everyone commenting on me and not the bride lol

He says it's not a bad thing, you just look normal. Usually there's veins popping out of your neck and arms. He even said my face looks rounder too. But I like it, you look normal.

It reinforced me noticing my face is puffy lately.

I won't be logging anything for a while, I'm gonna be over my head the next 6:weeks or so with various different jobs and stuff. I wanted to chill for a few weeks but the comments are already starting lol. And sadly I know he means it in a positive way because he doesn't like the veins popping out and the on steroids kinda look I guess you could call it.

I'm gonna just go back to the original game plan and cut down and what not. Jut not logging it. I've also been back and forth and all over the place lately so I don't wanna seem like too much of A crazy person bouncing all over the place all the time lol

I can appreciate how your mind can go back and forth constantly on different goals.

The most important thing to do is make a plan & stick to it.

I had about 4 different goals/paths laid out this last week, narrowed down the goal, and then chose the harder/healthier/slower/longterm path. Now I can remind myself of the plan when I falter, and why I’m going a certain way with it. It’s most in line with what will satisfy me the most, while also being healthier.

You know I was thinking about which direction to go and regardless of what direction I choose, they all would greatly benefit from a lean cardio fit starting point. So regardless of what I do this year, a cut needs to happen first. The ultimate goal for the year is to be bigger and better then last year. The secondary goal "which would need to happen before a bulk" would be a boxing match.

Regardless of which one I pick, a cut to single digit body fat will be a positive.

And the longer I stay in a funk, the further away my starting point is gonna get.

So at bare minimum I need to be in the gym doing some kind of lifting, some kind of cardio and in a caloric deficit

Damn dude that would've killed me...but regarding your next few posts I say just stick to the original plan you had all along I know all these other things popped up but they always do, your original plan with the cut and the fight it was what got you motivated in the first place so just go with that and I'll get plenty big on the next few months for the both of us lol
 
Spent all morning doing meal prep, mostly lean meat (chicken breast, pork tenderloin and London broil) and veggies, a little bit of rice or low fat bread like a bagel around workouts and a protein shake here and there.

Very plain and simple, I'm not sure why I'm posting about it I guess I'm just bored.

Sounds like you need to open a separate savings account for this TODAY and allocate a percentage of your income to this fund. Even 1% of your work income is going to get the ball rolling & manageable for almost anyone. Then add your prep profits and it will stack up before you know it.

You know what, I think I will. I'm gonna start putting $25 out every check in a separate savings and my little bit of profit each week. Then figure out how much extra i can put in after bills.I can throw $500 out of my tax return in there as well when that comes because were not doing Disney this year. With a little bit of strategy I could easily put 2000 away by the end of summer.

Meal 3 today, 5oz beef, 1oz mozzarella and a cold vegetable salad with a little balsamic reduction.

I always measure my food cooked if anyone is interested.

If you take a 5oz piece of cooked lean beef it's about 10gm protein per oz, but if you measure 5oz raw it's gonna cook down to 2.5-3oz and that's only 25-30gm protein.

Same goes for most if not all meats. The shrink significantly so don't use raw measurements or it's gonna screw up your calorie and protein count by 30-50%

Just because I know when you're on that out can't really be "winging" it, I know I'd have to track macros weigh everything( which I should be doing now anyways) and then obviously a glucometer

I know exactly what you mean when the kids at the gym hiw long it took me to build my physique i tell them a year and a half which is technically true but I also tell them in all fairness I started lifting weights consistently scince I was 13 so when I lose it I can get it back pretty quick with just the basics. If only o was completely dedicated for 27 years instead of off and on for 27 years

Glucometer is very important if your using slin.

I'm no expert on the subject but it seems like the biggest mistake most guys make is they add slin and then add a bunch of carbs and get fat. You wanna eat the same and implement the slin to match what your already eating.

My boy is on his first time with slin, his coach has him using Lantus in the morning daily and then Humalog with high day meals because he's eating 1200 carbs on high day and then he uses itvpost workout 5x week.

He hates it lol

Same here. I can get back in shape in a matter of months. I wish I kept in shape earlier tho. I built a good solid base naturally at 18. I was benching 275vand squatting and deadlifting in the 400s in my first year seriously working out.
Got more into boxing and mma a d slacked off lifting. Started getting serious again mid 20's and played around with gear and got to about where I'm at now. Then took 5 years off to drink and smoke and get a bunch of injuries.

Now I been back for 3 years or so again but keep bouncing back and forth.

I'd love to know what would have happened ifvi just stayed this path from day 1.

At least know I kinda know what I'm doing and not guessing as much

I was doing great when bodybuilding drugs were primary and rec drugs were just that recreational and only at special events when I was jacked outta my mind. But eventually rec drugs became primary and it was all downhill from there

I don't think I'll ever run growth high enough where I'll need slin like that. Maybe lantus prophylactic. I can pin all day every day but something about pricking my fingertips freaks me out. Well see come March when I do that cycle. Instead of growth I may just have you and @Hyde Come up with a peptide protocol. Atleast I know for a fact that'll be real. They have the generic blue tops that big Paul talks about on that source you know I use but you know how it is when it comes to growth you just never know

Weather it's a blue or black or green. Has nothing to do with what's inside the container. I can put cat piss in a bottle and stick a blue top on it.

The blue tops your seeing are only the same as Pauls blue tops unless there coming from the same guy.

Top color means absolutely nothing

Peptides work And they have a place, but they won't replace gh. I have seen some pretty significant changes with ppl using igf des and lr3 kinda like you would if you were using insulin but it's still different.

My buddy has had a few good runs with cjc dac, mk and des and lr3 stacked. He made significant progress each time. But, he's spending just as much as you would on gh and slin.

I just texted him and asked specifically how he uses them. I know the jist of it but I can tell you exactly what he's doing with the stuff when he gets back to me.

Just get the ageforce HGH power patch! Has real HGH!!!! Joking. Peptides are cool and I have experimented with a few. MK is best HGH wise in my opinion and I will do cycles of cjc/imp but cost is always a factor. At least mk is affordable
 
IL be trying it out in March or April if I can't get gh at the time. And hopefully I can keep up with the pinning. That's the hardest part for me. I'm always on the road and it's hard to stay on top of pins, especially if it needs to be refrigerated and multiple times a day. I'm not about driving around with a bunch of stuff to pin 3-4 times a day.

On another note. The kids made cookies and I'm sooooo hungry.

I trained on zero meals, just 10gm eat and 20gm simple carbs. Post workout was whey protein and a plain bagel with jelly, next meal was eggs and rice and dinner was 12oz steak and 1 can of green beans and 1 tbsp butter and too much salt.

I was told to skip a meal (well to be exact i was told to cut 500 calories)because my output today was significantly less then planned and I'm trying to adhear to the plan.

I'm at 190 pro and 2000 calories and I only got 300 left.
 
I've also stopped boxing temporarily. I'm giving my feet and hips a break. 4 weeks hopefully will be enough so my cardio this month is incline treadmill walks and elliptical machine at the gym and some shadow boxing at night.
 
Just started 1iu of Enhanched RX GH the last 3 nights subq before bed, reconstituted with 100mg L-Carnitine per iu. Got it for ~$340 for 200iu shipped with some BOGO MK677 tossed in for a Black Friday deal.

I’ve had vivid dreams the last 3 nights and I never normally do, and I feel like sleep has been more rewarding for the amount of hours slept. Joints definitely stopped creaking significantly. Haven’t checked blood pressure but I don’t appear to be holding much extra water.

I’m not planning on pushing any for anabolism, but just for recovery/joints this definitely seems worth 10 bucks a week so far.
 
Also, Lantus/Slin for elevated blood sugar from GH is a terrible prophylactic. Yes it controls the blood sugar but it actually further smashes insulin sensitivity.

Metformin and Berberine and frequent walks after meals is what you need to try to control it with for off-season use. Adding insulin should only be temporary for the biggest push phases if you don’t want to drive diabetes worse.

I'm only basing that dose of what a friend (shawn who's the trainer I work out with sometimes) not sure if I've mentioned h. but he reccomended 3 to start. Says it should be enough to get the growth benifits without any sides.
 
Ohhhh, another thing, yesterday I worked out with him and we did chest, legs and triceps. Alternating so chest, leg, tricep, chest, leg, tricep, chest, leg tricep
3 exercises each.

But on legs he gave me commands for everything. Squat, hold, squeeze ect. And altering my foot positions between sets to feel the difference

Squat 135,185,225,315,315,315 all sets of 6
Machine leg press 185 for 5 sets of 12
Lunges 35lb dumbbells for 2 sets of 20 steps and then 2 sets of 25 squats holding the dumbbells.

Dosent sound like much but my legs are fukin torched. I absolutely have not been doing leg exercises properly. I have been lifting everything for strength and definitely not isolating any of the muscles.

Yea I was thinking on statlrting between 3 and 4, seems like you get the best cost:benefit ratio. And I know once you get up to 6 abd above then you gotta add the slin and I'm just not on board with all that right now. Metformin and berberine all for it but having to check my blood at work and then have to do a shot would be weird. I'd feel like my old heroin addict self hiding in the bathroom stall with "the works" out lol
