Not sure if anyone remembers me or not. Used to be a regular on this forum but fell off for a long time. Still get on to see what is happening but haven't posted in a long time. About to turn 34 and just started hrt/trt back in August. If anyone remembers I used to run some crazy prohormone/designer steroid cycles back in the day(about 7 year ago if memory serves me right). Now I am on a 120mg dose of test a week through Marek health. Also take 500mg of L-carnitine a day via IM injection minus days where I don't feel like pinning but use l-carnitine pills to supplement.

At this point in life just trying to look decent and lift a little weight.
 
Hey @Tomahawk88 what’s up man?? Good to see you still kicking; you know you’re one of the few old members I wonder about most. You were lifting some big weights and were a solid inspiration to me.

I am 32 now and still powerlifting seriously. You ought to make a training log on here! It’s a good little community & we give a little bit of accountability to stay active & focused on individual goals.
 
@Hyde you're only 32 bro!?! Here I am thinking you were in your 50s or something ( I'm 41) just by the way you communicate. That's how I read your posts like you're in your 50s telling us bros what to do and not to. I know me and @Smont are around the sane age i just figured by the way we communicate with each other you were the old guy in the group lol

Lol well I’ve been cycling for 11 years & training for 14 so I’ve learned a few things.

You know I have a training log where I have pictures of me and personal stuff

I'll check it out..I started training at 13 for freshman football...found out reak quick I qas good at lifting weights not so good at football lol..trying has been part of my life ever scince and I've learned when it's not a priority bad things happen it's never failed

41? Slow down grandpa, Ive been 37 for the last 10 years, I'm turning 36 in March.

I'm 37 but my ankles are in there 50's

I ran cycles and pct from 25-30, then I broke my ankles/calcaneus or heel bone. Couldn't walk very good for 6 months while smoking a pack of cigarettes a day and drinking 20-30 drinks and eating fast food once a day intermittent fasting style.

I wasted away from about my current size to a skinny fat 180, then went back to work and got in worse shape somehow before I finally quit drinking and everything and got back in the gym at 34

Sounds exactly like me, got clean at 25 got cycled on and off till 30 and did a local show in san Diego. Fell off the wagon again ( switch heroin for alcohol from your post) got clean again at 35 and back in shape but then my wife got sick and passed away in March 2021 so i finally got back in July 2021 to a skinny fat 192 and you know the rest)
