Actual traditional flushing niacin was found to be much more effective. 100mg tabs taken daily I bought off Amazon from CVS or Riteaid made a noticeable difference for me quickly, and caused no flushing at that trivial dose.

500mg flushes me badly, and is overkill.

I can’t answer on the methyl pool, but if that’s a concern just research supplementation for that. But 100mg per day is not an excessive dose, so I would not worry over this.

After two days back rubbing Helios 100 on my wrist the pain is gone!! I won't run out again !!

Im new to HICA & Feurlic acid ..so looking fwd to see how it treats me.

Recovery FIX expecations : Recover & continue to push weights heavy. .. One thing right off the getco i noticed two with 2 caps ... better endurance, longer workout.

Oroxylium - have never taken alone by itself ..so testing this out to give feedback to some people .. will be hard to tell and judge skin health but should be able to tell on focus/motivation outside of gym is what i am looking for.

sorry if i confused . maybe shoulda just said sabroxy instead of oroxylum .. just an extract.

Focus & Mental energy is what i remember being read on most .. SNS touched a lil on the anti flamitory and joint health in his write up thread.

Ill report back if i notice anything on joints as well .. not taking any joint support or cisssus so should be able to see if any issues come up.

Just tried. I love oatmeal chocolate chip cookies so I just went and bought 2 tubs.

First impression: 8/10. It's good, but not amazing. It has more of a vanilla base. Was expecting something a little closer to oatmeal. Maybe a hint of cinnamon or something but nothing like that.

It has chocolate shavings which are nice, but wish I could get them with each sip. Instead they just kinda sink to the bottom.

I still think the Toasted Almond flavor is the best I've tried from them.

I don't think they do many sales directly... but there are a couple sites that sell them that occasionally have some bigger discount codes. I've gotten tubs from Campus Protein and Nutrition Faktory with 30% off codes.

Toasted Almond one really is good, especially with almond milk haha. Spot on to the ice cream bars.

I have had better PWOs in terms of performance though (maybe endurance in this case). Performance seemed to wain last third of the workout. I’ll be adding 2g more citrulline next time. Then add 1g agmatine if it’s a pump day.

If they just made an energy product with the stim/nootropic blend, I think I’d be all over that.
