I would see if your Dr. would prescribe Proviron. not just for the low libido but, not being able to sleep and getting fatigued. it will also help with focus. my dad use to take it. made a big difference for him. I think its way made by Bayer?

I was hungry all day today !!

Notes; I finally got every thing straitened out with my new TRT Doc (we started in March) and I got my Crystalline Testosterone pellets implanted I my butt today. Recommendations from the manufacture are for a mid to high range (5-800) implant 4 four pellets equal to 800mg of pure Testosterone every 5-7 months. She gave me 8 pellets (1600mg) and says that should keep me a 1000-1200 for 3-4 months. Exciting times!!

Why the switch from shots to pellets? If you don’t mind sharing.

My primary care doctor did not like my level getting over 500 so he cut my dose down to 50mg a week. I was discussing this with one of my daughter friends when she told Hormone Replacement was her specialty. So I asked her what she thought about keeping levels around 800 ? Her response as long as you are healthy (No High BP Etc) they should be kept wherever you feel the best. So I changed TRT Doctors and this was her idea to try and see how it go's. She said we can got back to injectables if I want and she mentioned trying some peptides if my libido dos

My TRT Doc actually likes for mine to stay in the 800s, last check was 855, but the same as long as everything is healthy. It’s good you found a Doctor that is willing to be flexible and work with you on your goals. I’ve only tried injectable, never tried the pellets. Interested to see how it works for you.

I did not like the pellet idea at first, but after talking to her more and doing some reading I think they will workout well.

Seated dip machine is always what I knew them as.

The trick with buffets when you are trying to limit calories is to just reverse all of the maximum bulking rules:

Before you even go inside the restaurant, drink 16-20oz water in the car.

Begin with copious veggies. A big salad of lettuce, spinach, bell peppers, some chopped broccoli or cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms. Pile it high, and go very light on the calorie additions like cheese, olives, croutons. Make sure to use a light dressing.

Get a calorie-free carbonated beverage like a diet cola if you enjoy them, otherwise stick to water or unsweetened tea. If you have coffee, enjoy it black. Carbonation is filling, and caffeine curbs appetite slightly while better partitioning glucose.

Make sure to focus on lots of leaner meats as possible and try to incorporate cooked veggies as well. Avoid fried things and items with lots of added sugars. You aren’t going to be able to get away from fats.

Eat any carbs you truly desire last, and make yourself go back for a third plate to get them after you have had more to drink with your meat/veggie plate. If you must have dessert, keep the portions to big bitefuls so you can enjoy a lot without actually eating a lot. Fruit can be a really enjoyable, much healthier alternative here.

I reverse all these to max out calories. Drink minimally, no drinks before, drinks must have empty calories, avoid veggies, pursue hyper processed items, added sugars, fried things, and bring multiple plates back at once. Most importantly, eat fast as possible and go back before you have time to process feeling full. Time is of the essence. If you sit and enjoy a conversation, you will naturally fill up. Eat dessert until you are sweating and nearly sick.
 
I think I will go with the Bulking Rules, after all I have copious amounts of Test in my butt right now !!!!!!!!!!

Well, IMO.... It helps that you aren't really cutting out many things. You are just pushing them back until (hopefully) you are more satisfied/full.

(By not telling yourself "NO", you don't feel as deprived).

I will call last might a success, I followed @Hyde 's Reverse Bulking Rules and ate till I was full, being with good company (Wife, Daughter & Son-In-Law) helped me to slow down and enjoy the conversation. It was a Himalayan Buffet and the food was fantastic the main protein source on the buffet was Chick Pea Batter Dip Fried Chicken so I ate enough of that to hit my protein requirements and just enjoyed the evening. I got this supplement below on a BOGO from @sns8778 I have been taking (1) capsule 30 minutes before meals for about the last week, I don't think it helps with appetite control* (for me) but I do think it helps send fat to be burnt rather than stored.

*On the subject of Appetite Control, I don't think I have ever found anything that worked, and I have come to the conclusion that I am an addict, (I'm serious) They say an addict is always looking for his next fix, I am always looking for my next bite, I can be full and miserable, some offers me dessert, "Sure I'll Have A Pieces Of Pie". If anyone has ant thoughts on this and would like to share them please do.

Did not keep tack today (I was a bad boy)

Notes; Since I could not do legs I thought I would do a dedicated arm day, it worked out very well, I felt no pulling on my incision and I got a great pump. Tomorrow will be a day off from lifting but with some early morning lawn mowing, than off to my oldest daughters home, for the last pool party/picnic of the year with some smoked ribs and who knows what else. Monday I think I will be able to return to a normal lifting routine.
 
Have you tried AlphaGPC? Choline in a sufficient dose really blunts my appetite. Pseudoephedrine at 40mg also takes the edge off. These aren’t things that last all day, just tools when you want them.

You also need to have the realization that sometimes you will be hungry some, and that’s okay when dieting.

But those things only address appetite, so it’s not going to affect self-taught behaviors like the inability to say no. That’s a social behavior you just need to work on. It’s not rude to turn down something that isn’t in your best interest at the time.

You did a great job of explaining appetite control and feeling like a food addict. I'm in the same boat but you do control yours better than mine bc you have a much cleaner diet than me overall. I can relate so much to the 'I'm so full I'm miserable' and then being like 'oh crap, time for dessert' haha.

That's the think about appetite control supplements - there are things that can help control appetite for people that eat for fuel/function but for people like us that eat bc we always want to, some things may take an edge off but won't actually reduce appetite but to a certain degree so for us, its important to make sure we burn it as efficiently as possible.

Garcinia works great for appetite control for many people. For me personally, Raspberry Ketones are probably the best stim free option I've tried. Legit Raspberry Ketones - I have to point that out bc there are a lot of garbage quality RK supplements on the market. I love our RK-500 Xtreme but RK-125 is enough for many people.

On the subject of appetite control, Lipo Elite should be a great product for that for a lot of people too.

Rk-500 is seriously one of my favorite fat loss products. Sometimes I dose before bed but it can really warm you up so just be aware of that.

Up one pound after the buffet last evening not to bad.

No training to day but I did get in 1.5 hours of push mowing, after a shower the wife and I headed to our oldest daughters house for a end of summer pool party and cookout. I feasted on Chips, Salsa, Crab Dip, Cheese, and some very good Smoked Chicken and Ribs. This should all be some great fuel for tomorrows workout.

I hope everyone has an enjoyable Labor Day and gets to spend it with those they love!!

This was my last workout with the SNS Focus XT, I will have to open a new tub of something for tomorrow morning. Normally I just use the Pec Deck to warm up my peck's and shoulders but this morning I did the reps very slow and got a good stretch of each rep, at the end I had a great pump going, and kind of felt like the Alpha Male!! I had no pain or stretching feeling in my incision this morning so I think we can get training back to normal. I should be able to get my diet back on track tomorrow at work, there are just to many temptations at home. Although I will say my diet was clean today, just had a little to much good food, like Dave's Killer Bread with some BLT's. I spent way to much money on the Labor Day supplement sales, but I will make sure they all get used in good time. I will post my in coming goodies in the "In The Mail" thread. I would encourage the rest of you to do the same. Everyone have a good week !!

Looks like you're going to have to get an Adductor machine to add to your home gym?!
 
I found a nice one but I really don't have any room for it.
Lay on a bench on your side like your curled up in the fetal position, use your hand to hold a plate against the outer part of your knee and leg area. You can work the abductors one side at a time. For the adductor you can make yourself or buy something like those old thigh masters lol. They work.

Alternatively, squatting in a wide stance with toes pointing forward will hit the adductor pretty good
