How pronounced is the water retention from TTA, and what level of leanness is it most effective? i.e. decently fat to getting leaner, or already pretty lean to getting ultra shredded?
I have been using my new SNS TTA-500 stacked with (1) MitoBurnXT everyday this week and I swear I am drop body fat. My pants are getting looser and I am seeing definition I have never seen ??? I will step the dose up on the MitoBurnXT to (2) Capsules next week and (3) the following week. I am looking forward to reporting back !!
My Current SNS Stack. @sns8778 send me this FocusXT at No Charge with an order several months ago, I am just getting around to trying it. I now wish I had not waited so long Good Energy and it taste Great ! I guess I will have to pick some up with SNS order!

I am on day (4) and have taken it 30 minutes before each meal working good so far.Any benefits to taking for fasted exercise or is this best before food?

Awesome stack. Also the Green Coffee Bean is underrated for general health purposes
I agree, I think that Green Coffee Bean and also Raspberry Ketones are very underrated.
Unfortunately they were hyped to be something they never could be. Now I feel they get an underserved reputation of being bunk or something along those lines

No, you can’t use mouse models as 1:1 when comparing. You need to find the human equivalent dosage (HED).

To use the specific study, they used rats at 200mg/kg. To translate that, if you weigh 80kg, that means 16g. This would be an insane dosage for TTA. The HED paper I linked stated to then take the 16g figure and multiply by .162 for rats. This is assuming the rats used in the TTA study are the exact size specified in Table 1 in the HED conversion paper. Obviously not going to be the case, but for the sake of simplicity, let’s assume they are.
Once we multiply our 16g TTA dosage by .162, we’re left with ~2.6g for TTA. Still a very high dosage, but much more realistic.
Again, I’m assuming the rats in the TTA study have the exact same body weight and surface area as the rat reference in the HED conversion paper. I highly doubt that’s the case, therefore that final number of 2.6g TTA is just for illustrative purposes
You guys are OOS of Mitoburn unfortunately. I was looking to try the stack with TTA but it’s not available. I’ll probably still get some TTA.

Rodent studies almost never have a direct dosage correlation to humans. Almost anytime one were to try to do a direct math correlation on an animal study to human study without doing relevant conversions, the number they come up with would seem to be extremely off.
The 2.6 gram dosage in the calculation is too high in my opinion. I remember years ago there was a discussion on this and it was pretty much unanimously agreed that the dosage range depending on how the calculation was done, the max dosage was around 2 grams per day, maybe slightly higher.
When we originally released TTA-500 many years ago, our suggested use had allowed for up to 4 capsules per day (2 grams per day). There were two reasons that we backed this down to a 1.5 gram per day dosage when we re-released TTA-500 recently and those are - most people used 3 caps per day anyway bc it was more convenient and because we almost never had people report issues with fluid retention or stomach distress but the few times we did, it was in people using 4 caps (2 grams) per day.
So, overall I think that 3 caps per day is the correct dosage for most people but if someone were to want to exceed the recommended dose on the bottle, I would not go any higher than 2 grams per day (4 caps).

Oh for sure 2.6g would be too high IMO. I hope I added enough caveats and that I wasn’t misconstrued. Just simply wanted to show that to find the human equivalence dosage, there’s a little simple math that has to be done and that we don’t just take the exact mg per kg that rats would take![]()
How long should a cycle be for tta? I read somewhere 8 weeks but can't seem to find it now.
I don't think it necessarily needs to be stopped at the end of 8 weeks in my opinion. I would say it could be used throughout a cut. I remember in the past it was said 8 to 12 weeks but that was really kind of old school thinking that originated out of the thought that all fat burners needed to be cycled and that's really not the case.

I'm going to be using quite a few things soon myself. I still can't do regular workouts bc of the accident, but I've really let myself go this year after the accident and depression and all, and need to get some fat off myself so I'm going to try to start cleaning diet up gradually and TTA-500 will definitely be part of my stack.
