Fast fluff day today, the Sunday usual, wrapping up a light week. Big pumps. Been using Gear cream for 3 weeks now. About a week in I decided to put one dose per day on my shoulders and the other on my shins/tops of feet. My skin health is excellent. The teeny bit of acne I had went away and my skin is not getting dried out either. This is an excellent transdermal.

This session was really important for a couple reasons:
1) I benched 10lbs more than a month ago on this day, with more reps left in the tank as well.
2) My 2-boardpress with 245lbs is up several reps from about 6 weeks ago.

Everything is feeling stronger, and I am undoubtedly bigger!

How's the bodyweight?

Up a lot, but I haven’t been weighing really lately; I got very hungry at the start of this and decided I was going to run with it & eat appropriately for strength. I expect this to be the final week so I will have numbers soon.

Big gains from a month ago: 25lbs on the 4-rep squat and 30lbs on 4-rep pull! That’s what I’m talking about

Nice numbers being moved around in that leg workout!

Gear cream has been treating me very well. Yesterday was just a bit of pump before traveling for family stuff: a few rounds of push-ups, hammercurls, side & rear delt raises to flush some blood & break a little sweat for recovery. This morning was squat & deadlift accessory:

Final training session of this Gear cream run. I had missed my second dose on 3-4 different days this past month, so the bottle will last 28 days at 4 pumps per day (2 full servings per day). Happy to have gotten my bench back over 300 for reps! There were 2-3 reps left in the tank as well.

Weighed in at 238.8 yesterday; I’ll weigh again Friday morning and get some updated pics so we can see what this bulk yielded.

Going to try those bird dogs at some point.

I do them every training day. Does a LOT in addition to core stiffening/bracing: warmup, stretching, proper breathing, diagnostic. It quickly tells you if anything like hips, hamstrings, lats, shoulders, etc need any extra mobility before getting going with heavy loaded movements.

Bodyweight 237.0 - up 12lbs in a month

^Flexed, then relaxed. Starting pics are in post #20.

I used 4 pumps of Gear daily, split over 2 applications morning & evening, for 31 days. I missed a few doses, and estimate the bottle would last 28 days. I was also on my cruise of 240mg of testosterone enanthate/wk. I ate freely and heavily, intentionally eating for growth & to drive an increase in strength. Strength noticeably rose, with gains of about 15-20lbs on benchpress and at least 30lbs on squat & deadlift on the training weights being handled. As expected with such a rapid weight gain, there was some bodyfat increase - I am very happy with the distribution of the weight, and feel Gear definitely improved the amount that became muscle. All of my clothes fit tighter everywhere, including the belly and waistline, BUT most noticeably in my upper body and the thigh/leg of my pants. Not easily seen in these photos, my legs (hamstrings especially) really packed on size favorably. I expect I could have gained half this weight eating conservatively.

Gear dries well, it dries fast, has no smell, was not greasy or mess with my clothing, & it did not irritate my skin in the least. It did not leave a bunch of wasted product behind when dry the way some others have. An incredible transdermal preparation!!!

I experienced a slight uptick in acne, perhaps some lethargy at times, but I always felt great going into training as I always used it preWO. I feel Gear promoted a great mood, more drive in and out of training, and generally produced an entire month of excellent, motivated workouts. Really, truly happy with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend for someone looking for a positive boost. The blend of hormones in here really seem complimentary, and I did not need to use an AI, which was incredible for me.

10/10 - would recommend IML Gear!

Nice final review! 12 months is a crazy jump with lots of strength. Sounds like it treated you very well.

Yeah I really flipped the switch with my eating efforts. Obviously the product wouldn’t yield as much size and strength just eating at my old maintenance, but we don’t exactly take products like this to try to stay the same, right??

That will definitely do it. It's crazy how much the diet has on results and impact to the body.

Quick question I see that you put this cream on before working out. I assume you shower after your workout, it says on the bottle to not shower or swim for 8 hours after applying, I'm assuming it doesnt matter 2-3 hours after applying the topical?

I would put it on at 5am or so, train 6-8, get my son ready to leave for daycare at 8:30, and shower sometime between 9-10am once work emails were caught up and any fires put out. So a solid 4 hours before showering even on training days. Longer on days off.

I got solid results this way, and I also think the preWO mood/intensity it helps bring is also a big component of the what the product offers - you would get that obviously even showering immediately after training.

Missed the entire log and didn't really read through, but judinging by the pics... You are definitely bigger, a bit dryer and way leaner. If you notice, your traps and delts look much more 3D. I did not notice the vascularity in the delts with the before pics. Much wider too and waist looks a bit smaller . Nice man

Yea because I train in the morning, and I shower around 3 hours from the time I wake up, I assume I won't really have any problems right? And scrubbing while in the shower won't cause any problems I assume after hours applying the topical. I just purchased from IML and have never applied a topical before so that is why I am asking.

You will still get some good effect. Especially considering only half the dose will be applied preWO and the other half should be used later in the day.

I preferred to put it on the tops of my feet preWO (these are naturally lean areas for everyone) since my delts sweat much more and sooner than the top of my feet would, and my later dose in the day I applied to traps/delts. If you are hairy, strongly consider shaving your shoulders for optimal absorption.

Thanks for the logs!

42 years old - long time member here and never posted but just started this stuff 2 weeks ago. I had been on TRT for a couple years, stopped, then was on straight DHEA for a couple months. It kept my body fat down but I was the most tired and had lowest libido I’ve ever had in my life.

After tons of googling, came across this product, and it seems to be “working”. Libido immediately up, energy up, mood up, and feeling the difference in my lifts already.

Man that’s awesome to hear! I’m glad my positive experience helped motivate yours in some way. The stuff works, no doubt about it.

Even if you get back on TRT, it’s something you can integrate periodically if you like.

Yea I’m not sure wha

Yea I’m just two weeks in. Not gonna do the “log” type thing so forgive me. Its hard enough to find time for me to train with young kids at home and myself and my wife working full time. All I’m really looking for is to see a little bit of progress in my physique and lifts.

For the record just upped it to 4 pumps per day now.

I hear you! Feels like there's not enough time in the day some days!

Well almost done with week 3. Deadlifted for first time in weeks - hit a lift I hadn’t gotten in years, and supersetted with a lower weight for reps, which was another weight I had previously struggled with.
Don’t “see” so much yet with my physique but its still early. Very happy with the product thus far.

Question - why does the company itself say to only use for 8 weeks? Why can’t I stay on more? Its a pretty mild prohormone.

And what exactly does 1-dhea and 4-dhea do? Does it raise my T levels? Haven’t “seen” any shutdown yet - and I am taking double the dose.
Thanks brothers.

I can’t speak for IML, but generally when you take exogenous hormones that are greater than natural levels of testosterone in effect, there can be negative health impact over time with continued use. For example, someone on TRT who tripled their testosterone dose would probably begin to see elevations in things like estrogen, potentially acne, positive or negative changes in libido, things like hematocrit & hemoglobin blood levels, and so on.

So limiting the duration of use on “unnatural” hormone scenarios is a way to head off some of those potential downstream ramifications before they could become more significant. Nobody can say what your bloodwork would look like if you just stayed on Gear cream for a year straight, but we’ve all used it long enough to anecdotally say a couple months seemed “safe” for us.

It’s their recommendation; you can do whatever you like but you must be willing to accept those consequences. I took a double dose, for example.

1-Andro is a prohormone that converts to 1-Testosterone to some degree, and 4-Andro likewise to Testosterone (and other things).

Thanks for the reply. After all the **** I’ve done over the years, I can’t imagine imagine an extra few weeks of a DHEA derivative fucking me up more than other stuff lol
