I was very close to taking enhancement to get “back to what I was”. Because of everyone here, I’m only like 5-7lbs away from my ultimate goal of 165 9%, and I haven’t taken a damn thing that requires a pct, effectively natural.

Subbed. Ever play around with DB hex presses? Those get great pec activation for me. Really builds the inner, giving a more full looking effect. That tittay pump is real!
 
Not going to lie, had some gnarly food poisoning over the weekend.

But our cup is half full in this thread, I’ll take it as a w. Is it too early to say 10%? I think I’m there.
