TD Smash just tore his bicep pressing a 600lb Larsen press on a Duffalo. He actually hit it fine, wasn’t happy with it, so he took it again and that’s when it tore.

There’s no point to this story, other than you can watch a 600lb Larsen press on a Duffalo bad happen if you search for it and its awesome.

I noticed you run some high doses on your Trest. You must not get many sides from Trest. I’m one of the few that doesn’t get hardly any sides with Trest or any 19Nors really. I don’t run Trest that high, but I do think it’s an amazing compound. Keep killing it man.

Thanks! Yes I am lucky as well in regards to sides from 19nors. Low dose exem every few days keeps me in check. It is hands down my favorite compound of all time!

Thinking I will run 2 heavy overload sessions per month (1 upper, 1 lower). This was my first time ever taking the weight releasers for a ride on squats. Walkout VERY slow I learned lol. Sent em flying before I had any serious weight on them during testing. The lack of weight was very much the culprit, but still, it puckered my butthole a little and I was very conscious moving forward. I kept accessory to a minimum as I learned from last overload session (bench focused) how severely taxing it is on the CNS the next day. Still loving the weight releasers method!

I went with grip genie to support Juji’s channel because I have met him and he’s a great dude.

But I am super glad I ordered 2; if you google the CoC training manual you want a warmup gripper you can do an easy 10 on, your current trainer you will work 2-3 sets of 3-10 reps on with max effort, and a challenge gripper (next size up you’re building to).

I got the grip genie #2 I am training with and the #3 I am still trying to close. You have bigger hands than me I expect as you’re taller and have better DOH deadlift#s, so you can look at their lb ratings/comparisons to CoC and decide. You would probably need a #3 & #4 Grip Genie. I use some cheapo my wife had for warmups.

Grip Genie does sell sets as well, not sure about CoC. But honestly all I’ve ever heard from some really strong guys is the CoC go up insanely high. Guys I know who have both won America’s Strongest Man at 231 who aren’t anywhere near closing the top ones. When in doubt, order smaller/weaker sizes!

Alright, you sold me on the grip genie complete set . Basically get one free when you buy the set. I’m all about it. In 5 years I intend to be able to close that 350 lb freebie 🤣

Ohhhh snap can’t wait to see them come in! I still haven’t gotten to use my rolling thunder from them. I keep believing I’m going to have time for little extra sessions in the garage but that time just doesn’t exist with a toddler to watch and a wife who works Saturdays and some nights.

But the grippers are perfect because I can still do them in the house while watching the boy. Just a towel to keep my hand dry and I can do it in the armchair or wherever.

Rolling grip thingy they call it I believe. But it’s just like the Ironmind Rolling Thunder.

The Grip Genie one is really quality. I know I haven’t used it yet, but I can firmly say it’s made solidly with what feels to be very good parts.

There was a period where I was heavily grooming my OHP and behind the neck OHP real hard. I still remember the numbers I was putting up then so subconsciously it F’d with me today.

Thanks gents! Been a crazy week with work and have another swell 8 days ahead of me lol. Got a smorgasbord full body dynamic day in last week that I didn’t post. I’ll do some catching up on everybody’s logs tonight and tomorrow.
 
Quick story time: so I forgot how damn well trest and tren love each other. Kept my minimal dosing of exem the same (12.5mg e3d) as I was using before introducing tren. Rapidly crashed estro and caused prolactin to rise. Had slight gyno flare that I combatted with 30 mg ralox every day (a very low dose) and dropping exemestane. 6 days in it is eradicated.
As of this morning I adjusted to 300 mg each test, tren, trest. I was planning to keep tren at 150 buuuut, forgot how good it feels. I lost my old cycle dosing when I transferred to a new phone but I remember ai dosing was super minimal on this 1:1:1 style layout. Something like 12.5 weekly. Time for Tren Malone to come out and play.

These came in the other day and fiddled around with em yesterday. Going to do wonders for the old mitts. So far I am able to close the 250 lb’r. That was after attempting the 350 (mother of god) and 300 lb’r. Those 2 are no joke. Goals lol
