So made it to the gym this morning, I had the fire for sure!! My body wasn’t quite as ready but still had a decent session, just took a lot longer to get done then normal. Had a busy day, gym, 2 mile dog walk, enjoy the 60 degree day and cooked a steak on the smoker. So out put was high but food intake was lowwww today.
Stretching/ warmups before working sets
Squats- 3x10 140lbs
Stiff leg deadlifts- 3x10 80lbs
Leg press- 3x15 160lbs
Leg extension- 3x10 75lbs
Leg curl- 3x10 90lbs
BB standing calf raise- 3x10 120 lbs
Calf extension machine- 3x10 120lbs
V grip Tricep pushdown- 3x10 70lbs 80lbs 50 lbs
Cable curls- 3x10 50lbs 60lbs 50lbs
Dips- 3x8 body weight
Did one pull up then hung for 1 minute
Calories 1400/ fat 89.2g/ carbs 40.8g/ protein 166g
Glad to be back at it, hoping the wife does not catch it we will see. She is a big juicer and I know gets way more vitamin c then me. Also have her doubled up on zinc to see if she can beat it.
