Real quick update, had a really hard time getting to sleep last night and it was mostly my fault. Studied too long and waited until right before bed to take a huge exam. Felt a little bit of anxiety and then was wired awake for a couple hours. On the flip side that was the best quality sleep I have had so far for the 5 or so hours I was down and I feel pretty good.
we will see how far this extra body weight carries me in the strength department. I’ve run arimistane to reduce cortisol and gotten a bit of performance from that, so far the AET is drying me out like arimistane and without the harsh joint sides so I’m very excited to see where it takes me
