Lots if volume this morning, nothing to over bearing except note to self........DB RENEGADE ROWS===== NO JOKE!!!!!!
I underestimated the amount of strength this took and dialed it down to 1 set. I will probably incorporate this into my regimen a little more often. I feel like these types of exercises just make you a much stronger person. I don't know, its hard to explain I guess.
Ran out of time I feel like this morning. Was slow starting but when the 2 scoops of BLITZ3D kicks in you really have no choice but to crank it up. Along with a 58 degree garage....WTF!!!!!!
Tomorrow will be lower body along with some arms. Didn't really smash the arms this week but should be able to get that in tomorrow. If weather and time permits I may go for another log run. For me its not only a beastly workout, its therapy. Just gets me away mentally for an hour.
Have another away game tonight for bball so will be a long night, about 90 minutes away.
Anyways, start planning now. Help someone out, call a friend or family member. You be the one, dont wait for someone to do it for you!!!!
