What’s a good all in one pre workout with creatine? Used shock therapy and storm a few years ago but looking for an all in one

Pick literally any pre-workout you enjoy and Chuck 5g creatine mono in = profit.

any particular reason you want a combo product?
Good advice! Brands including creatine in the preworkout formula has gone a bit out of fashioned. Still plenty around that still do but creating is very cheap and easy to add. I've used mono or SNS Creating HCL. I don't get bloat from mono so either is fine with me. Anymore I will pick up a fancy pre out of the gazillion that's out there every now and then as a novelty. But with the caffeine content getting so damn high anymore I usually make my own. I like to use the amino energy products as most are pretty modest on caffeine. I toss in creatine, l-citrulline and agmatine.

Creatine in a prewokout is pointless, though. You want to simply get 5-10g a day. For me, creatine in a pre blunts the effects of the stimulants and other ingredients. If I have creatine in a pre, then don't workout that day, I have to supplement it with something different. Creatine + BA + Betaine + Vanadyl Sulfate every morning.

Its only a matter of time before young person dies from overdoing these high stim pre workouts and it is going to bring the hammer down on the whole industry

10g of creatine a day is also pointless. No need for that much

It's a saturation based ingredient. I personally won't go above 5g but I wouldn't say 10g is pointless.

I mean unless you want to spend twice the $ then thats fine. But every study has shown that one fully saturated, 5g a day is that is needed to maintain. Some studies have even said 3g.

I take anywhere from 2.5 to 5g a day and I'd say that's sufficient for almost anyone imo.

I saw this in a static YouTube post. Is this a real thing, or just "theoretical"?
I wish . My bakery was using similar ingredients though it was neat.

It’s their idea of a product that should be made. Interesting for discussion, but no, it doesn’t exist.
