Love these brands not only because they’re board sponsors but because their products actually work. Had to pick these all up and try and lean out even more.

With the current b-AET shortage, lot of folks gonna be jealous of that Invictus! Our last batch of material failed incoming inspection and we don’t know how quickly the lab can have another batch made - it’s custom made for us

Let us know how you like the Blue Hawaiian flavor!
Flavor was good 8/10 but effects were 10/10 for me. Hard to flavor some of the ingredients but @delsolrob did a great job on this one. Little spice from the GOP but overall good. Also a little review below from another post-

Let me just say that if you’re looking for a clean stim feel that still packs a punch, has amazing endurance properties, fat burning properties, and zero crash then I highly recommend all out sweat edition.

Felt amazing and had zero crash. A big indicator of “feel good” properties is when I’m bobbing to music in between sets and I was doing that and more . I’m sure the regular edition will just provide more pump and endurance which I’ll try when I’m done cutting. Highly recommend. 10/10 imo.

Titan Squat Safety Bar V2 showed up yesterday - broke it in tonight, and it was worth the wait for the back order & the price tag! This bar is solid as a rock at 61lbs with an excellent pad, coating and handles.

Perfect clone of the EFS Yoke bar, except chrome plated for corrosion-resistance & Olympic sleeves for regular clamps.

I really try to get used equipment of quality products whenever possible, but there are not many manufacturers of quality SSBs and finding a used one locally wasn’t happening. Rogue’s for example is 30% more and it’s actually terrible to use (almost no padding, which isn’t cute when you go to lift maximum effort).

If you have never used one, this bar is great as it forces you to learn to keep your chest up, hits the quads harder, unloads the shoulders if you need extra recovery there to push your pressing harder or wanted to squat more frequently, and is a godsend for folks with bad shoulders or poor mobility (we have 2 friends that can only squat with this bar after years of damage).

Also awesome for good mornings or lunges/split squats because it’s much easier to keep the weight on your shoulders and focus more on the lifting.

Nothing spectacular but around 15lbs of Dymatize Isolate/Vega protein, 14 containers of Dymatize bcaa, and 8 containers of Dymatize pre. $85 at local discount store.
Nice snag for sure! Definitely stocked up for awhile :)

Looking to stock back up on essentials and Fish Oil seems more expensive than previous.. looking into a larger dose of taking 4g a day. Is ON and Controlled Labs still king for best bang for buck? I've been listening to a lot of Rhonda Patrick podcasts lately lol

Vitamin D3 and fish oil are on the list, I may be interested in trying injectable l carnitine as something new.

Using Anabolic Effect now, have Lean Edge on the way as well as Immune Support XT. Don't currently track calories, but my diet is fairly the same week to week and my weight hasn't changed, so looking to maybe increase a bit and get a bit of a recomp going.

I like NOW Foods high potency Omega product - I think its called Ultra Omega; I can look and check for you. It's enteric coated and allows me to take a high dose without it hurting my stomach like some fish oils do. But both ON and CL are great quality brands.

The NOW Omega is what I take as well for some time now, 8g day (4g 2x/day) to get over 550mg EPA (dosage I’ve seen in studies found to lower triglycerides) & easy on the gut. Although I’ll be switching to an equivalent dose of their krill oil in a couple months when this runs out to see how that stacks up on blood work.

Awesome, I'll look into it. I'm trying for 2g EPA and 2g DHA, so it won't be the cheapest thing for sure either way.

Edit - just looked at it, is this it? 8g/day would give you about 4g EPA unless I'm confused here (very well could be)

NOW makes some different ones so I'm not sure if he was referring to that one or another one, but the one in your link is the one I take myself.

I’m sorry I said that all bass-ackwards

That 546mg threshold is what’s required for Krill oil. For fish oil, is 2-4g of EPA and DHA.

This is why I take 8 caps of that NOW Molecularly Distilled Omega 3, and why I will need to use 4 caps of their Neptune Krill 1000.
