Dropped MK a few days ago. Added in 250 mast e/week to cut down on exem and because I had half a vial I needed to use. Double whammy.

I feel you, though your injury is more substantial than mine.

If I can workout any major body part(s), I feel like it helps everything to an extent; whereas stopping altogether causes substantial atrophy. So I think youre training smartly. Hope you heal up soon.

This morning they announced mask mandates for kids in school in our district. We pulled out our 6 year old today. I’m moving out of this state in March. Done with the shite. Time to lift…..

Sucks about the local political garbage. Not like all those booger-picking kids are going to be avoiding touching their faces; kids are germ-spreading machines and masks aren’t going to do anything in that use context.

Yeah, at 6 they ain't gonna be using it as prescribed regardless, and even if they do the protection is marginal at best. Just makes people feel like they are doing something, well I should say, that is my opinion of the situation.

Yeah it sucks. It is what it is and I will adapt accordingly. He stated at the end of last year he didn’t want to mask anymore. I flipped out a few times we pulled up and I saw all these kids not doing kid stuff that is critical at that age. Even had a few heated arguments with the wife about my feelings on the matter. She gets it now. There was some tren at the time, but still, it only amplified my innermost being.

Still can’t even pull myself off floor from pull up position, much pain just attempting. These chins don’t feel half bad though.

Quick and heavy (not really but it’s relative for the time). Today I completely deviated because I just had to know…..
Benching is pain free and my favorite past time so why the hell not. Back in 3 wheel land for now so that’s progress considering I’m not going heavy as of late. I miss deadlifting, that’s what I want most right now, that heavy rush. Pondering trying light squats with my friend’s transformer in the next week or two to see where I stand (or squat).
 
Nice benching! On the comeback trail for sure!!! I have no idea when I will even be able to get over 2 lates again so be happy!!!!

Needing more plates is a great problem to have!!! Wish you were nearby because I have a 50 cents/lb source nearby. I’ve got an absurd 800 lbs now, after building my Olympic dumbbells. Not sure how much those would cost to mail, but I think it would be cost prohibitive.

Thanks! I do keep an eye out at Walmart and a few other places in town that randomly get plates, and then they disappear for a few weeks. You’re right the shipping is what gets a guy. I really would like to find a pair of 100 lbers locally or just pull the trigger on a set of rogue deep dish. The badass factor is fun as well
 
Started a quick lil ralox protocol last night to remedy the Ibutamoren buildup. 50 mg a day smashes it all away, in about a week.
