a covid vaccination is invasive and i would like to see scotus rule on constitutionality of making it mandatory for employment?
there should be limits set on what a employer can mandate as terms of employment....very grateful my wife and i are retired
Major corporations across the board are taking these steps themselves, and I believe it is well within their rights. I’m sure you have heard about many colleges across the country doing likewise, and or requiring unvaccinated masking with weekly China virus tests.
A working college student is going to get hit up with a vaccine mandate either from their employer or university the way things are looking for sure.

Well, it appears as though Pfizer is likely to get full approval by the FDA as early as next month, with Moderna following right after. They are apparently accelerating the timetable due to the impact of the delta variant. So the emergency use authorization will be off the table before we know it. Just about the same timeline that companies have set in place for vaccination deadlines. What I am more interested in is efficacy regardless, which is starting to raise more questions for me simply because of what I see at work.
On the other hand, I will say that everyone in my family/extended family and friends has received the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine (not per my influence) and nobody has come down with anything resembling a China virus infection.
Immediate dismissal from my job wouldn’t be the worst thing ever.

Your best bet for warm ocean water tends to be from Old Orchard and down south through York. I just looked up the current water temps and they are nearly 70 degrees in those areas.
I just went to Old Orchard Beach just over 2 weeks ago and I was shocked at how warm the water was. Particularly given that it hasn’t been warm this summer or sunny. I’m usually a a huge wussy when it comes to ocean water, and I got right in quite easily. I had to go pee though so it was a must, as they charge 25 cents to use the bathrooms. Do they really think people carry around quarters to the beach?
Warmer weather just arrived today, so that is also promising!

Thanks I’ll look into that for sure….I was just in Dump County north NY (there are a lot of Dump 2024 signs and big flags on houses) and dipped into Alexandria Bay and it was torture lol! Need something I can sustain longer.
Sounds like they incentivize peeing in the ocean. The only tome I’ve ever ran into pay per use stalls was in China outside of the big cities.

When I have the time, I just run off the beach and find somewhere private (which is not easy) to relieve myself. This means a rather lengthy excursion down some railroad tracks. It’s ridiculous, as you can’t use any of the businesses restrooms either, and that was pre China virus as well. It is the only beach I have had to pay to pee at though.

Also, he was African American which also placed him at higher risk. Nonetheless, just goes to show that once this sh1t enters the right host, it a can be a battle for your life in any case.

Supposedly due to increased risk of exposure like being more likely to having jobs working with the public or more likely to rely upon public transit etc. So it’s just a generalization and statistic I suppose, and wouldn’t likely apply to him. Personally, I have other theories…
I don’t know, do they? I would assume so. It appears as though their population only consists of 8.4% of ethnic groups combined.

Maybe because they as individuals are on seafood diets. They sea food and they eat it. African American woman alone are 4 out of 5 overweight and according to statistics African Americans are 20% less likely to work out.
So this has nothing to do with skin pigment, skin pigment doesnt increase appettite or make people lazy. This is an individual choice, and I dont want to hear "poverty" because if your poor and you dont overeat you save more money, and physical activity is free.
The cause of increased problems with the CCP-Virus and African Americans is that more African Americans happen to eat too much and not work out as much. But this is a problem with most of America really....and this skin stuff always bothers me, until we narrow statistics as us "Americans" they just keep fueling division.
