First wanted to thank everyone at APEX ALCHEMY that was involved in selecting me for this log. It is much appreciated. @Renew1 @xR1pp3Rx @nostrum420 If I missed anyone I apologize!

A little about my situation, long time poster here, been out of the game since just before COVID sent everyone home. Just got back in about 2 months ago and am working my way back to being a fit individual. I am down 19lbs since I got started back in and am happy to have the opportunity to run this and get some more assistance with my stubborn fatty area.

I have always held a lot of fat around the nipple area. Ever since I was a kid I have just had a disproportionate amount of fat under my chest and going back into my underarms. I come from a family of women with very large breasts, and I got their estrogen sensitive fat storage around my chest too. LUCKY ME!!!!

Specific Goal of Product Use: MOOB OBLIDERATION!!! I am at a point now where I will be able to tell if the targeted fat loss is indeed working locally or not. The fat under my chest is pretty much the slowest fat to come off of my body. If we can accelerate that so that my fat stores begin to even out it will be quite obvious to me that it is working.

Possible side benefits from product - Anti-Inflammatory, including in the gut, and also Fatigue reduction.

Possible Sides to be aware of - Increase in Blood Pressure, Lowering potassium, definitely a concern during my periods of keto where no intake of carbs is going to make hydration more of a challenge anyway and this seems to have a potassium intensive diuretic effect to it from what I have read. Will definitely be eating a large amount of spinach during this period to assist with that.

Training - I will be doing a good amount of cardio while working a conjugate style training program in an effort to reach my goals. I am training each major body part every 4 days with multiple rep schemes. You will also notice if following closely I am constantly have to adjust my training for prior injuries I am trying to work around or rehab.

Diet - right now is a CKD style diet following the premise of Carb Nite. Low calories and keto during the week with one major carb load a week to help stimulate metabolism via Leptin replenishment. I have had a lot of luck before with this type of cutting as it tends to preserve LBM naturally.

DOSING PLAN - 1/2 ML Flashpoint per lower pec area 2-3 times a day. The 3rd dose is timed around the workout with the Preworkout.

Before Pics - Go easy on me guys, I know I got work to do! ;)
Starting Body Weight - 207.7

20210627_124026.jpg
20210627_124049.jpg

As you can see the outer / lower corner of my pecs are covered in a layer of hanging fat. It just hangs there off of my lower pec and circles its way back under my arm. You can see from the side shot how the fat line is solid and heads back down towards my lats and armpits instead of hugging up on the pecs. Typically this area will not tuck up under my chest in a shirt until my abs are already showing, and takes getting way down in the singles to ALMOST disappear. I have been dealing with these moobs since before I started puberty and will definitely be able to tell you if they are going away faster than normal. I have a good 40 years of experience with these things...

Anyway... WISH ME LUCK, and here is to hoping the results are undeniable.

In. Was going to start mine today but woke up feeling sick, realized I haven’t had a day without at least cardio in a month. Starting tomorrow.
Hopefully we all get what we’re looking for out of it

DOSING / Application - I am using 1 ML of the product in the AM, and PM before bed. So putting 1/2 ml on each lower pec and underarm area at each application. Curious to see if the PM dose causes any issue with sleep or improves it. I found 2 different statements regarding that and am curious which way it will turn out.

Initial Dose First Impressions - Very smooth, slight initial film left on skin, soaked in quickly, 5 minutes post application I was able to put my shirt on with no worry of transfer. As far as odor, not pleasant by any means, but not really unpleasant either. Just a slight chemical smell that disappeared once I got my shirt on over it. Probably once the solution dries to be honest. I think I felt some warming after but not really sure if that was just the stuff working through my skin or localized warming due to fat oxidation. Will have to pay more attention tonight and tomorrow.

I have never done a low carb diet, it might be worth a try. It has a pepermint scent.
Good luck! Btw, what's in Flashpoint?
TD Glycyrrhetinic Acid
Thanks for answering. I need to put that in the
In for the folllow
First….well not really but here for sure!
Is this better than TD b-AET?
It's different, brother.

Although it has other benefits as well, the main thing guys are pursuing with this compound is fat loss.
Yeah really curious how it will play out in the end.
Following along!
In. Keto should raise bp in the beginning, but then drop it?
I am sure it can depending on hydration levels. I have never really noticed an increase at the beginning of keto though. However I have never looked into it. Carbs have a pretty big effect on how much water a person carries, so the lack of could effect it in either way but In general I think most people's blood pressure and cholesterol lower on keto overall.
In on this for sure!
I wanted to welcome everyone above, great to have everyone in here. Lots of old buds and some new people I don't know I am happy to have you all along for the ride.

So yesterday I was trying to work myself into my lower body Muscle Rounds session but my hip, knee and lower back are still a bit upset with me for the tweak while playing Thrill of the Fight. I was going to take a walk but even that was bothering my knee and hip a little. I wanted to train them soon so I took another day.

Instead I ended up putting on the Quest 2 and playing several rounds of Synth Rider, Holy crap is that game fun and easily gets my heart rate up over a sustained 130 BPM. Lots of movement with that game but not a lot of steps or jumping so much as a lot of hand and full body motions, squatting, juking obstacle and stuff. It was a blast honestly, the first time I played it and it made me want to do more. I was huffing and puffing but having a blast! According to the caloric chart when playing you should be burning 6 calories per minute for a 160lb person so about 10 calories a minute for 200 lb person by my math. So a good source of cardio and caloric expenditure too.

I am going to go down and give doing a muscle round workout a shot in the gym for lunch. They have some machines I can use to knock it out quickly.

Well, lunch didn't happen today so I am going to hit lower body when I get home. Will likely follow it up with some VR based conditioning. :) Just finished eating some chicken fajita meat with a little guacamole on it to give me a little fuel. Will have a small spoon of PB and a scoop of protein when I leave work then take my preworkout when I get home and get ready to rock.

So, I got my workout in last night. Feeling it already today but not in the best way. Not going to be a factor for training since no lower body for 4 days but I am a little achy again and am going to require some ibuprofen...

Lower Muscle Rounds = 6 reps, rest 5 seconds and repeat through 6 sets. Truncated due to knee not feeling it.

General Warm Up

Body Weight Reverse Lunges - 3 sets of 10 per side

Leg Press 280x15, 340 x6,x6,x6,x6,x6,x6 - used a lot of tempo to make this very hard.

Leg Extension - 165x6, x6,x6,x6,x5, 145x6, x4

Lying Leg Curls - 35x6, 35x6, 35x1 the back of my knee was just really not feeling this at all and once that got aggravated my knee started to ache so I called the leg workout there.

AB Wheel x3 sets of failure...

I finished up with VR Cardio
, I will go into it more below where @LeanEngineer is asking about it.

Get that protein in !!
You know it!
That sounds pretty sweet! Is it biking or what is the VR based conditioning like?!
Well they have all kinds of games on the Oculus Quest 2, and to be honest now that I have been using it as my form of cardio I don't think I will ever choose to do regular cardio over it again. Getting high quality cardio while having a blast and it not being a boring chore is the best thing since sliced bread!!!

So for example last night for my first post workout bout I connected with my son and we boxed each other for 45 minutes in CREED, which is cool when you have a decent size room you can literally jump around, spin, walk or jump to all directions. On top of it tracking the punches, it sees when you bob and weave, block, squat or jump. It literally just takes your body movement and translates it to the game. So you and up gasping for air and sweating like a madman!

About an hour later I still had some energy and just wanted to play Synth Rider, it is a musical game where you hold these glowing orbs in your hands and hit the beat with the correct hand, and have to ride the long notes by tracing some wavey lines that go with the pitch of the note all while avoiding some obstacles. So if you like music, and like to move to it you will probably love this. It probably doesn't sound too intensive but after 30 minutes of playing last night it sent my legs into a cramp. YOu end up moving up and down the whole time so the legs never really get to relax. Not too mention I was completely soaked a 2nd time.

So from not wanting to do cardio to telling myself I need to back off because I am doing too much and having a blast... Well you just can't beat that.

Tonight I will be doing the Synth Rider for my cardio. The boxing and leg work yesterday reaggravated my knee and hip a little so going to avoid that with all of the wild foot work and instead do this. A lot smoother leg interaction, and uses more time under tension with while being a total blast and burning 10-12 cals per minute at 200lbs.

There is another on that is a sword fighting game it came with the Fitness is Fun package I bought. I haven't played it yet but my son loves it. Honestly though, I think this is my new form of cardio. Easily as effective, easier to get intense with it, and makes it so fun you don't really want to stop.

ANYONE WHO HATES CARDIO AND HAS A HARD TIME DOING IT... $299 for an Oculus is far cheaper than an elliptical and you will actually want to use it. I am 100% all in on the effectiveness of this as an exercise after having done several sessions this way. Like I said, this will be my preference going forward without a doubt!!!

I have never been a gamer by the way, so this excitement is legit based on effectiveness and how cool and immersive the VR experience is. This is a total game changer for me and my conditioning becoming fun now. I can't champion it enough!!!!

===============================================================================

Product Update -

Skin Sensitivity - I have been using Flashpoint at 1ml twice a day and wanted to say I have not had any rashes or anything which is great. I have eczema and often harsh TD formulas will make it flair up. So far I have not experienced any of that.

Scent - is not a big deal but it does have a chemical type smell to it and could possibly be masked however it it s supplement for a purpose so as long as the smell is not lingering which it doesn't seem to then not really an issue.

Post Application Skin Warming - So I noticed it originally but wanted to verify before making the statement but there is most definitely a good bit of skin warming at the application site after applying. I think this is more the product getting through the skin than a thermogenic effect but worthy of note.

DOSING PLAN - I am actually considering going to 3 applications a day since I am fasting during the day a 2nd midday application might be beneficial for me during the fast. What do you guys think?

Glad you’re loving the VR cardio!

I don’t know how you could stick to 3 applications consistently daily, but if you can it would be cool to see.

This is where I was thinking it could be an issue as well.

To the APEX ALCHEMY crew,
Since using one dose morning and one before bed would there be any benefit for you all for me to use a 3rd dose when taking my preworkout before any fat burning activity? That would give about 20-30 for the product to soak in and would have the times being anywhere from 2PM -6 PM, the last dose being around 10:00PM after my shower.

I figure since one of the things it does is increase fat oxidation during activity maybe a timed application might add benefit as well. You thoughts on that rational?

My first thought is that this sort of thing is exactly what beta tests are for. On the one hand some TDs seem to have an acute effect shortly after dosing, on the other, it may not be strictly necessary because TDs have a time release effect.

Try it and tell us what *you* think.

I like to use many things throughout the day including pre bed(no stims of course lol). I feel as though you get a benefit as you sleep and continuing a product throughout the night. I always applied ursa pre bed

Thanks! I am hoping so, ability to go very heavy with injuries is the only thing holding me back a little but I am so deconditioned the light weights are doing just fine for now. I do think the fat is going to fall off though and what is under should still be impressive enough. :)

Yeah and sleeping is a time of high GH output and fat burning due to lower blood sugar and several other factors that make it a good time for the use of a product like this overnight for sure. Also during my fast in the morning.

LMAO!!!!

No offense taken brother, it was obvious there was no malice intended. Just having fun...

I am using 1/2 ML per side per dose. Nothing on the old spare tire. I want to see if my chest can keep up with my fat loss on my belly and obliques. I have no issues getting rid of belly fat, but them there moobs try and stick around until the bitter end. So if they keep up pace, or surpass the fat loss in abdominal / oblique area then this stuff is doing awesome.

Late but in
Welcome!!!!

Training today 7/2/21

So I was going to go do the bike in the gym for lunch but my hip is still not happy with me. So I am going to use the ol VR headset and Synth Rider tonight to get my cardio in without aggravating it too much.

Not too sure on how tomorrows lower body session will go. I may have to just try to do some pumps stuff or maybe some BFR leg extensions and curls or something. I don't think I am going to be good to go for any high effort pressing or squatting.

Did my 2nd application with my pre-workout today.

My hip and knee were still acting up so I did just enough leg press to stimulate and get blood in the muscle. Had to keep my legs together to not trigger the sore area in my hip. Got stimulated and a pump then went inside and played Synth Rider since I couldn't push it with legs.

Played 1 hour Synth Rider and looked like this.

Yes Sir and that is quite a feat.

My internal rotators in my right hip aren't happy after even light leg press so probably skipping my next leg day. I tried some leg extensions and that was a no go so just a day off is probaly needed. Cardio felt great though as obvious by all the sweat.

Current weight is 205.5 down 2.2 lbs I would say this is an impressive loss this week. I was already totally carb deleted at 207.7 last Sunday. I can't say this is due to systemic assistance from the product or my diet and training but I am impressed with the progress.

Oh no doubt at all!!! Miss the turd and she is doing great on her fat loss. Not sure how much she has actually lost but I think she will probably end up hitting her 20lbs mark. Not as sure that I will hit my 200 mark by the time she returns. She will be home on the 17th/18th so that is 5 lbs in 11 days, and I am already depleted @ 205.5. Of course, I know how to do it and can manipulate water to get there if needed but even if so she will be getting the extra $50 if I have to resort to that anyway. Let's be honest, if she hits the 20lbs I am going to give her the extra $50 regardless for making it happen. She went with 200 she could have spent on BS but kept things reasonable and if I can keep her on the healthy train then I am going to for sure!!!!
Good luck.
Thanks!

Oh yeah, even though I wasn't feeling it, and I was exhausted after pushing myself through that session I was quite impressed with the pump! I was looking like a beast after my session for sure. I can't wait to have a good refeed at home where I can really select all the carbs from better sources and a lot more easily digestible starches. I bet the pumps will really be ridiculous.

My hip feels a lot better today after intentionally resting it as much as possible the last few days. I am going to attempt some VR Cardio via Synth Rider tonight, hopefully since no/low impact it will be therapeutic getting blood in the area. Still have every intention of skipping lower body tomorrow just to give it one more day before giving it a go. I may do some bodyweight work just to see how it feels and get a tiny training stimulus in but not going to push anything. Recovering is what is important here and so far it is going well. I want to keep it going well.

To the APEX ALCHEMY CREW - @Renew1 @xR1pp3Rx @nostrum420 - I am having some appetite issues and wanted to know if there was any issue with me adding in a diet pill or stimulant to help in that area. I don't want to skew the results but if this is based on spot reduction I doubt a basic diet pill would effect that but wanted your input before adding anything that might be an issue for you all.

If you want a big appetite curb for a good chunk of time, pseudoephedrine at 40mg won’t have any significant weight loss impact the way real ephedrine or a potent stimulant would but really kills appetite effectively. Learned that trick from Spurfy.

I noticed you liked @Hyde's post, does that mean you would also be okay with psuedoephedrine as well? If not I might just try adding in some 5-HTP and more coffee. Otherwise the psuedo ephedrine doesn't sound bad at all.

like i said, i feel like stand alone things of that nature are fine.. what is not good would be something like oxypro elite for appetite suppression. lulz.

the thing about HYDEs post is that he is right, that would have a negligible effect on fat loss, but may have good app suppression. just dont fall asleep at the wheel

That’s awesome! She seems as competitive as you! I love that you guys do it together!!

something like 5-Htpa wouldn't bother me one bit. I think something like a fat burner formula wouldn't lend to an accurate assessment of this beta test.
5-HTP is a go to for me!

like i said, i feel like stand alone things of that nature are fine.. what is not good would be something like oxypro elite for appetite suppression. lulz.

the thing about HYDEs post is that he is right, that would have a negligible effect on fat loss, but may have good app suppression. just dont fall asleep at the wheel
Yeah totally makes sense, I guess that rules out clen then huh... I think I might try 5-htp just to see what it has to offer. Can You recommend a dose for appetite suppression?

Yeah I am hoping she wants to stick with it and we get to do a lot more.

So I got to watch a video my wife took of me playing synth rider tonight and saw how much I move. Lol It was awesome and you can tell I am having a blast. I am all over the place, moving non-stop and quickly it's no wonder I am drenched at the end.

I played for an hour tonight.
