GABA Dream Story Time:

My ex-girlfriend (who I had the most significant relationship with and who recently blocked me lol) and I exist in friendly, semi-estranged/semi-engaged relationship as roommates in a surprisingly nice and spacious apartment. It sat above a riverside marketplace that was abuzz with youthful life and energy. One of the sections of the apartment was being rented out to an individual who we only knew casually... or so I thought. As it turned, this casual relationship had been evolving into much more in regards to my ex. The fella was a jacked BBC and all around a much better person than myself in every capacity. Well spoken, intelligent, professionally successful, confident, and an absolute gentleman, as well as totally indifferent towards me lol. I soon found myself and my gimpy atrophied arm in an awkward and uncomfortable situation with the two of them becoming increasingly intimate and her becoming increasingly distant from me. Naturally, this provoked a lot of painful emotion and any attempt to sustain any degree of a relationship was rejected. As to be expected of a dream there was the usual weirdness and happenings to give construct to the dream but that's the gist of it.

Oh, how awkward lol. Those are exactly the “types” of dreams that seem to linger for days. Just sit there and dwell on it even though it’s not real, didn’t happen, and you’d probably never allow it to happen. I much prefer zombie apocalypse dreams (and not the ones with “28 Days Later” zombies, those suck). Hell I’d take the dreams where you’re throttling some chick that isn’t your wife (for me that’s a big deal because I’m very happily married and always feel like sh!t when I wake up after those lol) than the ones where someone else is with your woman. I mean, they’re both annoying I suppose. But ya, I have dreams with a similar theme. Now I’m reluctant to try my GABA because my dreams are already horrible haha

“A jacked BBC”

Sounds like a crappy dream. I feel like the majority of dreams I remember have negative context over all - just have to remember none of it was real.

The context behind this makes it much more... intensive of a story lol

HHaha no doubt man. I’d be wary as well if I were you. I can only imagine what deep seeded images would emerge from the depths with GABA in the mix. But yeah it’s a shitty dream although I’m not really all that bothered when I’m awake in my day to day. Obviously I’m subconsciously effected still though lol

Saturday Update

Fasted Weight: 197.8 lbs

My weight has been steadily 199-200 lbs all week up until today. I suspect yesterday's leg session did the trick to empty the tank. I also take it as a sign of progress in the sense that I am not gaining fat and performance, expenditure, and strength has made some small incremental improvements. Still I will be making efforts to drop weight. Ideally I won't fall below 185 in decent shape for the contest.

Diet has not changed a whole lot. I mostly just lowered carbs a small tad (calories replaced by almonds) during the week. On weekends I have dropped the sugar free jello with Reddi Wip. The jello isn't an issue really but I love wHHHip and don't need those tempting calories in my camp.

Great news! My custom batch of Masteron E in castor oil (Castoron haha) arrived today. After preloading the syringes I had one that was a partial of .7ml leftover so I went ahead and shot that as a kicker into my ventroglute. First time using that spot and it was perfect. I may do another 1ml tomorrow into the other if I feel frisky and then resume normal dosing protocol on Tuesday. I intend to otherwise maintain 400mg of Test E and 400mg of Mast E as my injectables for the cycle run. See full stack at top of page.

A little bummed that my Alpha Lion order is delayed (freaking UPS) until Monday, but once it arrives I will start MitoBurn at 1500mg per day and perhaps work up to 2000mg to really test the potential of L-BAIBA. @delsolrob was kind enough to lend me some samples of All Out Sweat which is probably in the mail somewhere so I'll give that a whirl and compare it to Superhuman Burn. At first glance I really like the formula as it contains Dynamine which I feel is a great addition to any preworkout. .

Huge thank you to @nostrum420 for kindly selecting me to be a part of the trials for his latest product, Flashpoint (TD Glycyrrhetinic Acid). Badass name for a product with badass potential. That is, localized spot fat reduction, which is unheard of so if this has an apparent effect it could be a game changer. Pulling out all the stops for fat loss!

I also ordered 4 bottles of the Apex Alchemy Dienogen which is on discontinuation clearance. I'm not sure if I will actually use it or not yet but am very tempted to add it at some point during prep. Bostin advised 50mg on M/W/F of Tren Ace in the final 4-6 weeks to minimize sides and maximize results but may swap it with Dienogen instead.

Top-notch European Anavar is en route as well as Ezetimibe to help protect my lipids while going through prep. My supports will be exceptional and my drugs usage cautious.

I'm extremely happy to report my best workout week in months. As stated previously I am moving towards more body part specific training. Some highlights as it pertains to my arm progress includes:

- Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 12.5 lbs x 10 for 4 sets
- Triceps V Pressdown: 42.5 lbs x 8 for 2 sets (with 35 lbs x 10 for 4 sets before those)
- Pec Deck: 115 lbs x 8 for 4 sets
- Reverse Pec Deck: 140 lbs x 8 for 4 sets
- Lateral Raise Machine: 110 lbs x 8 for 4 sets
- Front Raise Machine: 110 lbs x 8 for 4 sets

It's not impressive at all in terms of numbers but the form, feel, and focus on the muscles is very high. Even more it gives me confidence that I will be able to regain some of my lost size and roundness desperately needed in my upper body.

Pulled the trigger on my second shot of Mast E this morning with a full 200mg dose. Do I believe in front loading injectables? No, I don't. But I am super "particular" and couldn't leave my left ventroglute unattended. Moving forward I will do 1ml of Test E into the right injection site and 1ml of Mast E into the left injection site to keep things nice and symmetrical. To note I hit the following spots in rotation: quads, ventroglutes, glutes, lats, traps. Traps are the biggest son of a bitch for me to reach and plunge so this one may or may not stay in the mix.

Nah. I prefer not to. My left one I can’t do at all really because that’s the one with the calcific tendinitis or torn this and that so it is painful to shoot it there.

I've been experiencing a lot of on/off twitching and spasms since yesterday. Predominantly in the problem area of my injured arm, but also up through the tricep, bicep, and shoulder. I'm not sure if that is a good sign or bad sign. It is not painful any and feels as if I am using an electrical muscle stimulator when it kicks in.

Oddly I had been using a magnesium oil transdermal spray a friend recommended to relieve pain/aches. I was suspecting that perhaps it was contributing or the cause? But thought perhaps biceps training the day before could have been the reason.

Strange ?
quite. For the amount it was doing it at least. Seems to have subsided now.

To note I haven’t used the spray since Saturday morning.

Are you spraying it directly on the area that is now twitching?
You may be on to something with that contributing.

Sure was! And I think it must be a big contributor if not the direct cause. Granted I’ve been training more but the timing is highly suspect to say the least. For fear of it twitching into a tear I have stopped lol. I’ll apply to other areas like my knees and lower back though. Shoot I spent $20 ya know lmao

I agree that I think it is likely contributing. Magnesium has some great properties but also can have some interesting interactions with nerves; most of the time good; in your case, not so much so.

Hopefully it will stop now that you've stopped using it on there so you'll know for sure if it was the cause.

Always appreciate your input and expertise on these things! I know you can't give direct advise or recommendations, but as a hypothetical, do you feel that it could be possibly "reactivating" or "stimulating" the nerves believed to be damaged? I still don't have a diagnosis; however, my inability to flex certain areas of my arm leaves me to believe it has to be to an extent. Other pain symptoms lead me to believe a degree of soft tissue damage to ligaments and/or muscles. To note, I don't intend to apply to the area for fear of overly stimulating that twitch response.

Copied from my “in the mail” post

Huge shipment landed today! Super stoked to start all of these up.

Big shoutout to @delsolrob for hooking me up with 4 samples of his All Out Sweat in both Rainbow and Blue Hawaiian flavors! Sadly, I purchased the Superhuman Burn before realizing this was available, but it will give me a chance to do a product head-to-head challenge. I’ll do a couple days of Burn followed by a couple days of sweat both this week and next week, which I’ll post in my log. Thanks, again, Rob!
Absent from the picture are GLAXON Thermal and Alpha Lion Sleep, which are by my bed for night time burnzzzz.

I believe that it could be having an effect on them but if so, I don't necessarily believe it to be in a good way. I'm much more of a fan or oral magnesium by preferred use type than I am topical form. It can work for certain applications, but if there is nerve damage, making them fire isn't necessarily a good thing. Because just like they can get stuck in a place of numbness, they can also get stuck in a sensation of tingling and that wouldn't be good.

I’m excited for the joint and health aspects that come from the anti-inflammation. Also, ripper mentioned it is good for managing glucose (in more or less words). The Flashpoint has me intrigued like a good Hardy Boys novel lol

Fasted weight: 197 lbs

More crazy dreams last night. It was pretty random, yet expectedly typical. Somehow I found myself forced into the midst of a PMC conflict. I have no reason why I was there but I ended up allocating a deceased mercenary's (very cool) futuristic, COD style AR. It was reminiscent of that Gamer film featuring Gerard Butler. Naturally, my ex was present and utterly resentful towards me. She noted that she was in attendance to "watch [me] die a horrible death" or some paraphrase of that. Fortunately, I did not die and even befriended an adorable kitten whilst sitting in the "lobby" that was basically a blown out building lol.

I ended up busting out Iconic Formulation's All Out Sweat (fat burning preworkout) for today's upper body session. I went with the Blue Hawaiin flavor and as a fan of pineapple, boy was I impressed with both the taste and the effect. My initial impression is that it is a slightly improved version of Alpha Lion's Superhuman Burn. I still have the Rainbow Candy flavor to try, but I will write a separate head-to-head review/comparison of the two productsin a separate thread. Props to @delsolrob for AOS.

I can’t wait to burn through my Burn so I can get more AOS. I’m willing to cut folks a good deal on my remaining stash of Burn which includes 3 sealed Hulk Juice flavor sample sizes haha. Burn is still dang good but AOS is a bit better and I love the spicy pineapple flavor <3 🌶 🍍

Today's workout went exceptionally well as I find myself making steady incremental improvements with my arm seemingly gaining strength and resilience back in the process. It seems the combination of careful, body part specific training in conjunction with my increased PED as well as performance and support supplement regimen. Also, my midsection feels like it’s tightening.

Just checked out ThermaAmp! I tell ya what. AOS + SNS Lean Edge is a great damn fat burning preworkout combo! I touch it up with extra MitoBurn and Cleaver as well. My current full, cocktail I take before training is a beast. It’s extensive af but I am loving the stack.
