It seems like a long shot but based on the last month of restructuring and adjustments it might just be possible to pull off... I'm going to "grow into the show."

Tren is not sleep friendly lol but I am also excited about making a bit of a comeback so that’s a bit of a factor in my mild restlessness.Great move buying the GABA - that will be critical for rest & edginess with the competition cycle.
And Lean Edge did help control my appetite and seem to let me eat more. And the extra chromium is really critical for the upregulared mineral needs on a blast. People fail to consider those details, but minerals like that and zinc can become rate limiters in growth when all your processes are in hyperdrive!

Up until last year I had done the July 4th Venice Beach Show for 3 years consecutively. They weren't able to do July 4th this year though so Labor Day it is.
It's pretty cool for sure but it's become a haven for the homeless, mentally ill, and drug laden. I'm not sure how it will be this year as things have gotten much worse there following the "c word." I was fairly surprised looking at myself when I woke up this morning. I appear leaner and bigger. I can see my serratus coming in and my abs gaining some definition even from the front view. I've basically recomped up to 200 lbs while going down a couple pounds in fat. This is giving me a lot of hope and excitement moving into this more aggressive phase of grow-into-the-show (GITS).
For only having done 50mg of Tren Ace on Wednesday morning I can already feel the andrenergic effects. Last night and the night before I woke up at 2am with my mind going but was able to settle back down after 45 minutes or so. I also feel much more energetic during the day. Dream was kind of weird for being on Tren though. I was in a situation where I was being aggressively provoked but remained exceptionally calm, passive, and tactful in how I handled it.
This morning I did another shot of Tren Ace 50mg along with NPP 50mg. I added the NPP at the advice of Bostin. Further I have increased my GH dose to 4iu effective yesterday. 2iu immediately post workout and 2iu pre-bed. I am maintaining Test E at 400mg and Mast E at 400mg. Also, my fancy pharma Anavar rolled in. Cost me a many ducats but it'll be well worth it
Bostin isn't coaching me necessarily (I will have him finish me out at the end stage of prep) but he advised some nutrition adjustments in order to GITS. Actually, he was the one told me I needed to add tissue in order to compete. So I have increased my protein and fats while dropping my carbs down. My total calories are up by 100 (approx 2250). All of my "real carbs" are in my post workout oatmeal and blueberries. There is residual carbs in my riced cauliflower I have in later meals but the amount of veggies I am taking in is reduced. I always go by total carbs when calculating my nutrition plan, which is 84g, but of that 26g are from dietary fiber. Today will be my first day using this new plan I cooked up (get it? lol).

I sure did! We ordered huge batches of the pellets (see attached pic) and brewed them out. These things were so cheap that we'd make a crap ton of money selling the oils to folks, that my boyz and I had enough money to pay for our own gear. Yeah I’m doing the steamed riced cauliflower (microwave **** lol) and no lie what you just said is exactly what inspired me to use this over green beans! Unfortunately, my diet will be too tight for the extras but will have my Frank’s and seasoning I also add a scoop of pineapple EAAs to my evening egg/egg whites and cauliflower bowl with the hot sauce. So Bomb!Awww yeah getting spicy now! So is the NPP for now just going to be dosed same intervals as the Tren?

Eating that with a protein like shrimp, cut up chicken breast, lean beef feels like a real cheat meal. Maybe throw some Sriracha or Szechaun on for some extra flavor without a bunch of calories!

My forearms and biceps twitch and cramp typically after my arm day. I blame myself for probably not drinking enough water and taking creatine which I believe is the culprit.Had a decent bout of twitching in my arm today. It may be the general use of transdermals in that area is a bad idea or that my arm is reacting to the workload from training. Speaking of. Training went very well and the weird feeling I get in my arm recovered very quickly after I was finished. It wasn’t until a couple hours later the twitching kicked in.

Awesome! Suppose my lazy a$$ could have looked it up . But it is appreciated and I assumed there would be no issues. It’s in several supplements I’m currently taking and I figured I’d see if it was one of those things that’s good in moderation, but terrible in excess. Guess it’s fine though. I’m not coming anywhere close to 8 grams a day lol. Although this new Helios is making me want to. Thanks for the info bro!
