Personal experience with MitoBurn:

I don’t think it really does much. I have experienced increase sweating but that’s coming from the gbbgo (I’ve been using Thermal and then Thermal
v2 from Glaxon for months now, kept using it because I like the rest of the formula and MitoBurn looks good on paper, but I honestly don’t believe it’s really doing much). I’m not canceling it out as on paper it’s promising, but I would like to see more in vivo data for this… in humans.

Also enjoyed the PA love in here. Excellent ingredient and I’ve used a ton of Mediator-PA when they first came out from Bio-Test. That ingredient along with cyanidin 3-glucosides are very high up in the tier for ingredients I’ve really loved over the years (that c3g in any meaningful dosage costs an arm and a leg though, really doesn’t matter where you buy it from).

Saw mention of PeakO2 in here, not a fan. I’ve used that at 2-3 grams for months, nada. I get way more out of using plain ole beta alanine than I did PeakO2. I personally lump it together with S7 (accidentally said Vaso6 earlier, was thinking S7) as new “cutting edge” ingredients that I felt missed the mark by a huge margin (not sure if they ever moved the needle for me).

Mitoburn works VERY well for me. Keep in mind that there is a very common genotype which causes expulsion of L-BAIBA into the urine. These people would probably be “non-responders.” Hopefully genetic services (23andme et al) will offer this test in the near future.

I’ve considered picking up some Alpha Lion MitoBurn as a solo ingredient but the psychology of “well, if I just spend a few bucks more, I can have it along with XY and Z” consistently wins out. LoL.

use my code THEBIGT and save 20% at iconic formulations, makes thermoamp priced very reasonably considering the cost of ingredients if bought seperately.

Great explanation on that. And I'm glad to hear that its working well for you.

We will be offering MitoBurn soon as a single ingredient and also in a formula product.

I can't reveal details on the formula one yet, but the single ingredient one will be very cost effective. I wanted to do this both ways and offer it in a comprehensive formula and as a single ingredient so that people that wanted to try it solo could also and could also increase the dosage if they wanted to even on top of formulation products.

If you do decide to use it as a solo ingredient, we plan on releasing one soon. I'm hoping the next 4 to 6 weeks but as you know, there are a lot of factors that can affect time frames in this industry even more than normal now. I think everyone will be very happy with dosage, # of servings, and price on our single ingredient one :)

I will keep an eye out for your single ingredient release. I just couldn’t make myself pay the $30 Alpha Lion was charging for a bottle that would last 30 days @ 500mg a day. Especially when other products cost just a few bucks more with that dose of MitoBurn + other additional stuff. :p

Took the original powder, I recall running 1-2g a day and not noticing anything. :/
However, full disclaimer I never notice much from 90% of supplements.

This. I have been using Thermoamp for two months with good results. I think the combination of GOP and Baiba is key here. Definitely more fat loss using it than if i dont use it.

fantastic, glad to hear this!!!
there are many ingredients that work together better than individually- the synergy of the ingredients in thermoamp is a great example of this.

Should I get some? I am so in the negative with money right now, but I may have to rack up more debt on my credit card to give this a ride. Uggh!

Any feel good energy/muscle sparing effects?

I don‘t really need that per se, but I’ll take it if it works! Seems there are potentially biological responders and non-responders from others posts. I guess there is only one way to figure out if it works for me. 🤷‍♂️

The description reminds me of a non research chemical version of Cardarine in many aspects.

as a combination ingredient supplement the main element i can say is synergy....there is a whole thread dedicated to thermoamp at the iconic formulations sub-forum...as always no supplement pleases everyone, but there are a ton of glowing reviews.

I’m psyched for SNS’ release of L-BAIBA. I buy from Alpha Lion however it’s tough to get a good price with decent shipping times. Would love for SNS to make a pre-WO like Super Human Burn. I almost pulled the trigger for Thermoamp but my intolerance for forskolin was too great.

I've seen some comparisons of MitoBurn to Cardarine. I think that's an okay analogy as long people have the realistic expectation that we're talking a natural ingredient versus a drug. That's the downside I've seen to people comparing it to Cardarine is I think its led to some of the negative feedback on it - in that some people have had some unrealistic expectations from it.

I wouldn't expect it to be as strong as Cardarine but I also wouldn't expect it to have the side effects like Cardarine either; so to me, its definitely more attractive for me personally than Cardarine.

Thank you.

I'll go ahead and clarify that for the formula we are doing, it won't have Forskolin in it. We may do a Forskolin product that people can add to it if they want to and can tolerate it, but I'm very respectful and understanding that a lot of people can't take Forskolin, at least not at a high enough dose for it to be effective.

Want us to make something like Super Human Burn? I'm up for that. I'd been considering it anyway. We hadn't had anyone ask though so I wasn't sure if there was enough interest. I hope its okay with you, I'm going to quote this post into the below thread; please lets discuss there and let me know what you'd like to see in ours different from theirs.

If you (or anyone) has things you want to see from us, please post them in this thread:

no product is going to please everyone...while i am sorry you can't tolerate forskolin for the vast majority the synergy between the ingredients in thermoamp seems to be getting very nice results from those who have used it.

6-paradol (gop) and ECGC have been great synergists with L-BAIBA with my robust experimentation so far. I’m down to 12% BF with little change in diet. I was up to 22% early last year.

Ordered some Core Sear with some more Glaxon Thermal V2. So I will eventually get around to using both together pre-workout. See how that goes with the mitoburn dosed at 1 gram preworkout @ 5 workouts per week.

My best guess would be 4 to 6 weeks.

We have so many things in production right now that prioritizing and reprioritizing delays things sometimes without meaning to. I do want to get it out as soon as possible but also have to make sure we get some other good sellers back in stock first :)

Thank you for sharing your opinion and insight. And if you ever have ideas you want to share or if I can help you and you don't want to post, you're always welcome to pm me.

I think very similar to what you said is actually the way we are looking at. I'm thinking MitoBurn, Green Tea (decaf; but a little higher dose than you put), Paradoxine or CaloriBurn, Bioperine, and maybe including Sinetrol &/or GlucoVantage. I was considering Capsimax or the GlucoVantage and could make an argument either way on that.
Can you please make a Mitoburn solo ingredient product that is affordable? Like 250mg per cap. Grains of paradise may be a great product for most but it gives me extreme lethargy. I don’t like Green tea either it messes with my natural production of DHT and I need that for sex drive. The dumb a$$es at Alpha Lion put 5mg of bioperine per 250mg cap and taking more than 5mg at a time messes up my stomach bad. Hell make a power with a 250mg scoop if that is more practical economically.

We will soon be launching both a MitoBurn formulation product and a MitoBurn single ingredient product - but when I say single ingredient product, that normally can still mean with Bioperine. I just checked the dosage though and its at a dosage that you would be fine with based on what you said.

That’s good news. I have found 500mg of Mitoburn twice daily to be good dosing. If a 500mg cap had only 5mg of bioperine then that would work for me. A lot if supplements have bioperine and that adds up to a daily dose that is not feasible. For example I have turmeric extract and CoQ10 supplements with added bioperine. It limits me and I have to pick and choose what I’m going to use for a particular day.

Bioperine is a great ingredient for things that it works well with, but some companies do overuse it and just throw it in for sales purposes. And, some companies overdo the dosage needed - again, for sales purposes.

But even when dosed properly, it can still be hard to always get it perfect because there's no way as a company to know what every individual person is going to take. So we generally formulate with the ideal dose in mind for the individual product. But if someone does use say MitoBurn XT and stacks it with Lean Edge and Joint Support, they do wind up with a higher dosing; but that's because if we didn't dose them properly, it unfortunately would then be too low for the people that didn't stack them. I hope that makes sense or at least conveys the point I'm trying to lol.

No disrespect meant, but there are a couple of things wrong with this post.

1. He quoted my post and was speaking directly to me. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you promoting ThermoAmp in this thread but you didn't need to quote someone's post who had quoted my post and was speaking directly to me in order to try to do so. You could have just simply not quoted him and posted your own post in the thread that for anyone that's interested in MitoBurn and said something like ThermoAmp is a great product and that Iconic has a New Years sale going where you can save some money right now.

2. If you had read his post that you quoted, you would have seen that he said that he can't take Grains of Paradise and both products that you just recommended to him have Grains of Paradise in them.

I understand the job of a rep is promoting products. But it isn't and should never be promoting a product to someone that has an ingredient that they specifically said they cannot take. What if he bought the product off a recommendation and didn't realize it was in there? That could lead to side effects for the consumer and a return for the company.

There was no disrespect intended.

I started out my post saying no disrespect intended for several reasons:
- I like Iconic Formulations, the brand that you rep for.
- I like ThermoAmp, the product that you were promoting.
- I'm not a disrespectful person regardless, and sometimes tone can come off wrong in writing.
- To try to avoid and argument with you.

If I had wanted to be less polite and more direct, I could have been more blunt and said that it was pretty messed up that you quoted the post of someone that had quoted my post and was talking directly to me about a product/ingredient suggestion and was explaining to me that there were several ingredients commonly used in some MitoBurn products that he couldn't tolerate and you quoted the exact post where he said that Grains of Paradise made him extremely lethargic and then suggested 2 products to him that contained Grains of Paradise.

You quoted a post by him where he had quoted a post to me and he was speaking directly to me.

The quote that you quoted was:
Can you please make a Mitoburn solo ingredient product that is affordable? Like 250mg per cap. Grains of paradise may be a great product for most but it gives me extreme lethargy. I don’t like Green tea either it messes with my natural production of DHT and I need that for sex drive. ^^^There is nothing disrespectful about me being concerned about his or someone else's health and not wanting them to buy something that has something in there that they said they have an adverse reaction to. Some people, whether it be him, or people reading could have taken your post to mean that ThermoAmp didn't have Grains of Paradise in it (and not everyone reads labels thoroughly) when it does.

There was nothing wrong with you promoting ThermoAmp in this thread. I just think that it should have been done as a separate post on it's own rather than quoting someone's post that was talking about how Grains of Paradise makes them extremely lethargic and then suggesting ThermoAmp to them being that it contains Grains of Paradise, the ingredient he had just said makes him feel bad.

Him saying that is why I didn't suggest Lean Edge - bc it has 10 mg. Bioperine in it + 150 mg. Paradoxine Grains of Paradise. It's a great product, its just not the right product for him based on what he said. It's also the reason that I didn't suggest ThermoAmp to him myself - as you can find plenty of posts by me saying that ThermoAmp is a great product (but not for him).

It's also why in my other replies to him - I checked the dosage of Bioperine in the upcoming MitoBurn XT to make sure it would be suitable for him and also didn't suggest the upcoming MitoBurn formula product we have coming soon for him bc it has Grains of Paradise in it.

As for you saying that maybe next time I should just pm you - I'd be glad to if it didn't lead to issues like the last time I pm'd you about something and you responding the way you did.

I realize you don't like me. I wish that wasn't the case, but that's your choice and your right.

But that doesn't make me hold anything against Iconic. I like Rob and want him to sell as much product as possible and as many bottles of ThermoAmp as possible. He's a great guy and works hard and I didn't want to see a situation where someone bought a bottle of one of his products thinking it didn't have something in there that they had said they had an adverse reaction to when it does and it possibly lead to a bad product review &/or return for him.

The dumb a$$es at Alpha Lion put 5mg of bioperine per 250mg cap and taking more than 5mg at a time messes up my stomach bad. Hell make a power with a 250mg scoop if that is more practical economically.

He's a great guy and works hard and I didn't want to see a situation where someone bought a bottle of one of his products thinking it didn't have something in there that they had said they had an adverse reaction to when it does and it possibly lead to a bad product review &/or return for him.
dude, you have way too much time on your hands, lol....it's clear you have a personal problem with me, and i don't care much for you either---but i have better use of my time than to write books about our disagreement---but if you have the time go for it!!!!

have a nice life, i am done with you👺

The retired guy telling the guy that works 70+ hours a week that he has too much time on his hands. Nice. 😂

You interjected yourself into a conversation I was having with another forum member where he quoted my post and was discussing something with me and then you quoted his post in which he said that he had an adverse reaction to a certain ingredient and recommended two products to him, both of which had that ingredient in them.

But you're pissed at me and insulting me because I pointed out that that was inappropriate and wanted to make sure the person knew the products you recommended had the ingredient in them they were saying in the very post that you quoted of theirs that they had an adverse reaction to?

Easy solution there is that rather than spam posting/promoting, take the time to actually read what people write before quoting them and replying to them; especially with information that could be harmful to them.

There's nothing personal about that. That's just me caring about AM and caring about the people that post here and that come here to read and learn about supplements and for the people that read but never post &/or that may read discussions here months or years down the road.

You know what else I care about? Iconic Formulations. I like Rob and he works hard to offer great products to people like ThermoAmp. But sometimes, people don't respond well to certain ingredients and when someone states that they have an adverse reaction to a certain ingredient, a product with those ingredients in them shouldn't be recommended to that person. Doing so can be detrimental to the customers health and well-being and it can lead to bad reviews and returns for the company.

You're a good rep in the sense that you definitely aren't scared to promote the products. I commend that. I just wish you would go back to the way you used to be in that you promoted Iconic products without ever putting down other brands or quoting posts about other brands products to promote Iconic products; and also that you would take an extra second, like in this case, to make sure that if you're going to quote someone and promote a product, that you make sure its something that would be beneficial for them and not detrimental to them. For example, in this thread, you quoted someone that said that they had an adverse reaction to a certain ingredient and then recommended two products that both had that ingredient in there to them. That was an individualized post and you recommended something to them that could have been harmful to them and lead to a bad review or return for your company. Whereas if you'd just posted a separate post without an individualized quote about ThermoAmp being a great product, there would have been no issue.

You have a common theme about insulting me and my posting style because I take the time to write out detailed posts and actually reply to people and take the time to explain things thoroughly to people. A few of the reasons that I post such detailed posts are because:
  • I want people to be able to read and understand my posts whether they're a supplement beginner or an advanced trainer/supplement user.
  • I want my posts to be informative and easy to read for people that may be reading threads and not posting; so a lot of times I'll recap conversations or things so that they can read supplement information with all the information together in one post and in context rather than have to go through a lot of different posts to try to make sense of it.
  • I'm a very respectful person and I try to take the time to acknowledge people's points and reply to them.
  • I love discussing supplements and interacting with people that love learning about supplements and that want to discuss them and learn.
  • A lot of people over the years have told me that they really like and appreciate my posting style and going so in depth with supplement information and that they enjoy learning from my posts.
But the absolute most important reason, and it encompasses all of the above ones too, is that I genuinely like helping people.

I have no desire to argue with your or anyone else. I'm here to help people, not argue.

I never said you didn't. I was actually joking with you, hence the emoji afterwards.

I thought you would have gotten the joke - one of the last times we'd talked on the phone, I think it was shortly after you had retired, you were joking and said that at first when you retired you'd been worried that you might not know what to do with yourself but that since you retired, you actually found yourself feeling a lot busier and pulled in different different directs than you did when you were working. We'd talked about how my dad had felt the same way in that at first, he was super concerned about retiring and the first month or two was an adjustment and then he wound up staying so busy he says he felt busier than when he worked full time.

And also, you know, or knew my personal situation and things outside the industry that I have that take up a lot of time along with my own health issues and that I work 70 hours a week on top of it.

Hence the joke about the person having told me retired life was actually busier than when he worked full time telling the person that works 70+ hours a week while dealing with health issues and other stuff that you know about that I have a lot of time on my hands haha. Bc we'd both privately talked and joked about how neither of us have enough hours in the day.

You said in your post before this one that you felt like I dislike you and that's not the case at all. I actually always liked you but what I enjoyed the most about you wasn't supplement stuff, it was the few conversations over the years when we'd talk on the phone for whatever reason. It would usually start about supplements then would wind up about other stuff - like when could hear your tone change and it was like you'd light up when talking about your grandkids. I remember mentioning that one time to you and you said it was the same thing I did when I'd talk about my daughter.

I truly am happy for you with the retirement and getting to spend more time with your family.

Anyway, enough of derailing the heck out of the thread with personal stuff haha - you're welcome to pm me if you want to and we can discuss privately if you'd like. Hell, you can call me and cuss me out tomorrow if it makes you feel better, as long as we can chat and BS and you update me on the grandkids afterwards haha. ;)

damn, i forgot all the time i spend hanging at the legion with my vet buddies and at the range there-were you in the military? i try to spend time at the range every week, and often hunt squirrels out in my woods with a 22 rifle-you ever hunt squirrels? the secret is to get a lead on them while they are running and then nail them when they go up the tree, takes some practice--but i truly enjoy shooting my 40, do you shoot? i used to play a lot of tennis but now my passion is running-you run? getting kinda cold now but a few days ago i took my skiff out on the lake and caught a bunch of fiddlers-you fish? glad to be able to squat again since knee replacement-you squat?...i used to have a really good bench number 345 back when i was young like you-what is your bench?
