How does your blood work typically look on these injectable sarms?
 
I don't know, I don't do blood work mid cycle. I hate hate hate needles in my veins, 3-4x a year is enough for me! Post cycle always looks great though!

As well, too many times I see folks only post a pic or two once a month when the stars align, they're totally carbed up and holding *just* the right amount of water, the lighting is perfect and the pump is on point.

In real life sometimes you're flat, sometimes you're watery, hell some days you're tired and stressed from work and you're just happy to get in there and move some weight around. What you see with me is what you get; I don't always look my best, I don't always DO my best, but I can guarantee you I will always GIVE my best.
This is what I appreciate about your log. Sure, the videos show that you move some weight around, but the ease you have with these numbers lend credence to the total workout you post. I also really like the “what you see is what you get” part. That’s the mentality I’ve had for the majority of my life and it’s served me well. Ya I dial back my wise ass nature in here, quite a bit actually, but that’s another conversation. Being true to ourselves and showing others how we really are is a great path to happiness.

I’ve used all SARMs except Yk11 orally, and none really hit my liver but lipids seems to be impacted. I kinda treat them like Var in that regard. I also have disposition towards bad lipids.

Never used SARMs IM though.
 
Today was back day and Friday so we had the gym to ourselves for the most part. Tweaked my wrist doing rows but all good still finished strong. Lower back was pumped by the end; I'm starting to understand why all these IFBB pros pay a guy to load all their plates and why they always wear a belt!

Carbed up on 4 meals of chicken or tuna with white rice and black beans today and felt strong AF. Too bad I tweaked my wrist or I think I might have been able to do some more damage on those T-Bar rows and gone for 5 or 6 plates. Next time!

Tomorrow is an off day so I'll work some WFH OT, do some stretching and if I'm feeling ambitious maybe some cardio. Either way NY Strips are def getting grilled. IDGAF if it's 10 degrees out.

Haha! Sounds like you’re good to go, funny how that happens huh? Some people meet “the one” when they least expect. I met my wife one morning around 0700 when I was walking my dog. It was a Saturday and I had just woken up, so had she. But she loves bulldogs and he went straight over to her. The rest is history!

I always get after it on delts and traps. I forgot my pre training pyro so I chugged a bang on top of my Outlift pre workout and we got the job done. Strength is immense, pump was on point. I really didn't even want to leave, I felt like I had another 12-15 sets in me easy but the NY strips back home were calling my name!

Giant set warmup: 4 sets of DB front raises superset with side lateral raises - 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 30 lbs, 35 lbs.

Yes, this is all done continuously without a break.

DB Side Laterals:

Smith Machine Military Press:

2 plates x 15
2 plates + 25's for 12

Hammer strength Incline Press: (I use the Incline Hammer chest press for shoulders by sitting in the machine backwards, facing the pad. Give it a try, you get a great lean back and really feel it in your rear delts and rhomboids)

Machine Rear Delt Flys:

Barbell upright rows superset w/ barbell front raises:

Yates style DB shrugs superset with band raises (I stand on bands and raise them up as well as outward to get a full pump engorging the front and side delts as well as traps to finish things off)

I'm very happy with how I am progressing and am getting curious how well we could do with even higher doses. Perhaps after next cruise to clean out we will find out.

F*CK got close to 7 plates for 70, I felt really good at 40 reps but bonked hard at 50 and only managed to get 58 reps.

My wife stayed home for some treadmill work so no videographer this time.

Weird training session; I was strong AF but I could see the stress from work was affecting my physique, I was just super watery. We got our work in and got out and hey every day can't be a super shredded day so no worries.

She was an Olympic figure skater many moons ago, now she's retired and just now getting back into training.

Her strength has skyrocketed, I'm pleasantly surprised by her genetic response to proper training and cardio and we really only have her diet about half dialed in.

Egg whites, whey and cocoa krispies. That sounds good man! Do you just put all that in a shaker cup?

I make a shake out of the egg whites and whey isolate then I dump it on the cereal. The cereal is just rice and sugar no other ingredients so it's perfect post workout and between the whey isolate and cocoa krispies I can't even taste the egg whites.

It is. You can use 2 scoops of isolate too if you aren’t into egg whites/don’t digest them well. Fruity pebbles is great, but even plain Rice Krispies is good depending on your protein flavoring. Rice Chex & Special K are also solid rice cereals that digest super easy if you want a different texture.

You would be correct about regular whites you pull from the shell if separating out yokes from whole eggs. Human studies have shown the protein in uncooked clear egg whites are only ~60-65% bioavailable looking at blood amino levels after consumption. Cooked egg whites have excellent bioavailability (100+%), and studies showed when you start to burn them the availability drops down again (80-90%).

But egg whites sold in cartons in America have to be pasteurized for safety, and this heating/partial cooking process is why they are opaque instead of clear. Is it 100% useful like cooked eggs? Probably not, but it is definitely better than raw and way safer. My wife loves 8oz egg whites & a scoop of whey for thicker shakes.

Throw a little Torani sugar-free coffee flavor syrup in a pint and chug away!

I can drink them occasionally fine, but my gut doesn’t tolerate them as a staple.

I'm really happy with what I'm getting out of these injectable sarms. I am running down to the nubbins here and only have a week or two left which is fine; we're about at that point where it's time to either up the dose or rotate compounds or we will stagnate. What do you guys think? I've got just about everything you could imagine on hand and will continue running SR9009, injectable carnitine and my 200 mg prescribed TRT no matter what, it's just a matter of whether we continue with what's clearly working here and just up the ante with higher dosing or if we swap compounds altogether.
