As of today Froogle is going all out cracking down on and new election fraud claims without "context" on their Fooltube platform.
Google-owned YouTube announced that it would begin enforcing against this content on Wednesday, citing Tuesday's safe harbor deadline for the US election, which is the date after which state election results Invalid Link Removed. YouTube said that enough states have certified their election results to determine a President-elect. National news outlets have universally projected that Joe Biden will be the next President.
It will begin enforcing the policy starting Wednesday, and said it would "ramp up" efforts in the weeks to come. It will still allow videos including news coverage and commentary to remain on the platform if they have enough context. Any videos in violation of the policy that were posted prior to Wednesday, will remain up even though they now break YouTube's rules. They will feature an information panel that says election results have been certified.

What is "enough context" I wonder.
One of my favorite lines of all time in any movie.
When that movie came out I was 4 or 5 years old and as a kid it was just an exciting ghost/action movie. Then I was in college and hadn't seen it in forever and my friends were watching it and I remember it hitting me...holy sh*t this is a comedy! I felt so dumb.
Probably because nothing has come from any of the allegations other than far right Trump loyalist threatening people and claiming they will die to change the outcome. Pretty scary, even more than the lunatics intimidating people and blocking roads with banners before the election.
I suppose that must be good reason enough to suppress speech they don’t agree with.
I don't think they are saying if they don't agree with it, but just yelling voter fraud and trying to stir up emotion isn't exactly context.

I guess I don’t understand how they feel justified in suppressing it. Yelling voter fraud is not threatening harm on anyone, it is not hate speech, it is a theory. Whether they agree or not it’s a theory. Why suppress it?
I agree, but I also think those same adults need to squash this dangerous violence being threatened to others because of the outcome.

i don't get it...i think the vast majority realizes that police are necessary...in large cities with large population of black folk why aren't the leaders encouraging young blacks to join the police to cause change instead of protesting to disband the police---this is just beyond my understanding.
i just think that even those who say they are for defunding the police have to know that this isn't the answer---i can't believe they are truly that stupid, but i've been wrong before????Your expecting a Groper Joe supporters to lead the youth to change?????????????????????

encouraging young blacks to join the police and attempt to be part of the solution seems so much more rational to me???
lol...liberals/democrats keep telling me they are the intelligent, deep thinkers????They are just truly that stupid, I think your pretty much on point with what your deepest subconscious is trying to tell you.

Agreed. I think the younger generation is dumb as hell. Have any of you read up on the BREATHE Act? The details haven’t been released but what has been released is defunding police, release of all nonviolent offenders, abolish life sentences, close ICE detention centers, close all federal prisons, abolish the DEA, free education, increase welfare and Medicaid.
What I get out of this is, don’t lock me up because I possess and/or sale drugs. Do away with the DEA so they won’t arrest me or stop my supply coming into the country. Pay for me to live in free housing and give me free healthcare so I can use/sell drugs. Am I the only one they sees it that way??

We need a new act called the "Stop smoking crack no matter what your color and maybe you wont have a police knee on your neck Act."
that is insanity!!!!
i can't understand how those 2 are in congress???? probably supported by ocasio and omar too i suspect...Extremely! It’s being supported by Representatives Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley. So that explains the extreme insanity!

I personally try not to believe that people actually think getting rid of police or reducing funding is any real answer, if anything, more education and training is in order- which costs money. However, we seem to be in such a "all or nothing" mentality because people are frustrated, that they are preaching things that make no sense.
Whats not the answer is more racism, BLM at its core is a racist movement. It fuels division, not unity. We should aim better education for all, not stealing from a skin pigment all because of something absolutely none of us are responsible for 160 years ago.
No you’re responsible for it today because you’re systemically racist and don’t even know it.

Food for thought in COVID-19 and the vaccine
I fast fwd a bit and heard him talking about “serious adverse effects” of 21%.
I have heard of adverse effects being about 20-30% after 1st dose & 70-80% after second, but those are 1-2 days worth of fevers, muscle aches, headache, fatigue, injection site irritation (eg. Redness, itching).
Id hardly call any of those “serious” if we know whats causing them and know theyll self resolve within a day or two. Take some Tylenol or Ibuprofen for a day (or dont - youll live either way) and itll pass.
I’d love to know what he defines “serious” as, or if he’s just full of shît and fear mongering based on either pseudoscience or disingenuous misinterpretation of the data.
Theres a lot about that guy that screams “quack”, but i wont claim he is one without looking into it more and i dont have the time or desire to do that rn.
I see what this virus can do to you every day. Its not just a cold, its not just the flu, it does effect more than just old, frail, and ill people.
To transition into the topic of effectiveness, here’s a graphical representation of effectiveness data from the pfizer trial. 14 days after the first shot you start seeing efficacy vs placebo. That immunity only gets stronger after the booster a few weeks later.

Like ax1 likes to say, theres likely a higher risk of you having a serious adverse effect from getting into your car and driving to work today than there is from either of the two main vaccines in question.

The same cost article I was reading does say while the flu is 40-50 percent effective the CCP-Virus is 90-95% effective.
So like why they never got the flu one so effective after all these decades?

Flu virus is different every year and they literally guess a which type of strains they target based on what they think will go around. 40-50% is probably an average over the years if bet. There have been years where the they miss the mark completely and have 0% efficacy.
The CCP virus was already different earlier this year, they dont even talk about that anymore. Who is to even say it wont be different a few months ago and if multiple strains are going on right now then WTF????

All major circulating strains of the virus still have the spike protein. Thats all that matters as it is the target for the vaccine.

It still doesn’t equate to a long term solution right? I’m just comparing to the flu vacc which they only was a short term solution but a partial one as well.
I do agree with this. I have some concerns with what I see as a new, untested platform being rushed to the market. Of course, this platform was actually designed to have this benefit - speed to market - so it makes some sense. But it still lacks long-term effect studies. As we often debate on this board, lack of evidence is NOT evidence of safety.
But on the same hand, people focus on "death" from Covid so much they ignore all of the long standing effects that could be avoided if this vaccine works - and that is a big part of the equation too. A lot of people never consider that part of the reason you want to get your kid vaccinated for chicken pox is that you don't want them to end up having shingles later in life and all the potential side effects from that, which can be crippling in some cases. I think a lot of the risk/reward math has to take into account the fact that covid does appear to produce long-term health consequences on its own.
To be honest, I'm surprised we could get this far with a vaccine for a novel virus in just 1 year and I think that as much as Biden wants to claim Trump has no plan for distribution - we shouldn't even be talking distribution at this point and when does Trump get some credit for that?
Realistically, I don't expect Trump to get much credit for the vaccine or the distribution - good or bad. The private sector has really shown it's worth and people who will likely never have their names in lights have delivered in a huge way - I'd rather see them get the credit. But Trump did push the FDA, even before Covid, to speed things up and make things like this happen. Would they have done it anyway? Probably. But it isn't like Trump did nothing or worse, stood in the way with his complacency.
And this second half of this is not geared at all toward jswain - just venting.
